This place is never open when it is suppose to be and they use to make the coffee really good. There is only a young man and one young lady who now makes the sweet cream cold brews right. The rest of the time when others make them they taste like sour milk cold brews.

I ordered online using their app and it was fast and really easy. My order was correct and ready when I got to the store. Great customer service

I was just inside waiting to order. I waited for quite a while, while employees saw me and ignored me. Then a customer told me they are closed (it’s 3:37pm). However, their hours say until 8pm? What’s the problem at this location.

They served me sour milk 🤮 id only come to this location in the AM. The PM workers have no motivation or joy to be there.

My frappe was disgusting im new to the area wanted to celebrate with starbucks and then taste my drink and it taste like water instead of a vanilla Bean Frappe with Caramel taste even worse without the caramel.

A way to go if you like cappuccino or anything with ccino at the end tastes good.

Normally i dont usually have a problem but today my fiance ordered a pumpkin spice chai tea latte and when he brought it home to me, it turned out to just be coffee with creamer and chai flavor. No pumpkin at all, this isnt even a latte. Im very upset about this especially with it being the only starbucks in town

Normally I love this Starbucks,however this time there was an older lady working who I not only had to repeat what my drink was multiple times,but she was also extremely rude. Also lately it seems they work fairly new people together who havent quite figured out how to make drinks quickly so the line is almost always out the door anymore.I understand there is a learning curve but at least put someone with the newer employees to help them out.

Kira was extremely rude and should be fired. Her hair was not pulled back. She touched her face and hair multiple times. Played on her phone the whole time I stood there. Could have cleaned something, there is a global pandemic occurring. Was upset I asked her to wash her hands after playing with her phone. Refused to give me cream and sugar, after I purchased the drinks. Said we could get our money back from customer service and walked away without giving me my drinks. The self checkout attendant was who served my coffee. Very dissatisfied. This is not Starbucks attitude or enthusiasm.

Sorry we are out of sleeves.... sorry we are out of carriers..... we are happy to charge you $5 per coffee and then watch you try to juggle them to your car without burning yourself. Sad

All of these 1 Star reviews are for an older experience. The ladies explained to me that they are trained to fill the coffee to a specific line on the cups so it doesnt matter whether you ask for lite or no ice, you still get the same amount of coffee. Im a regular and love it. These ladies are awesome.

I was fine with this location, aside from the fact that they seem constantly understaffed. The past few weeks, I havent even been able to get anything here because the staff all go on break at once right after 5:00pm and just put up a sign that says theyre on break and will be back. I understood the first time because there was only one person there and when you have to take a break, you have to take your break. But then there started being multiple people here and all taking their break at once during what I would think is one of the busiest times of the day. So if you want to actually be able to get your drink or whatever right after 5:00 on any given day, dont come here......because apparently theyll all be gone and leave the place totally unattended.

I used to love Starbucks, but now the coffee is old and stale. They keep it in big plastic urns that really do not help retain the freshness. Coffee this expensive should be fresh, but it isnt here. So Id steer clear of these Starbucks in the front of larger stores like Kroger and Target.

Looked online said it closed at 9pm. Drove across town to find out they close at 8pm....plz update your hours on google maps!!

Friendly service with your typical assortment of drinks available. My only knock is, they are in a Kroger store so the location is not typical. Sure, there are chairs you can sit down in, but if you want that actual coffee shop feeling, there are better choices.

They are a little pricey, but its totally worth it. Fast and friendly service. Convienant. But the best, most important thing.... BEST mocha lattes Ive been able to find yet!

Always seem to be understaffed here. They also run out of a lot of things at this location. It used to be a decent spot but I always debate about going here. Ive waited in line for 20 to 30 minutes here which shows my dedication to the place. But I find myself looking elsewhere for my caffeine fix.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. There was one person in front of me and it still took over 20 minutes to get my drink. I order an iced chia latte which has 3 ingredients, and it still took forever once the woman in front of me left. When I got back to the car, I realized they had given me some kind of coffee. Save the $5!

Last time we stopped by, the drink menu had all kinds of notes saying they were out of one beverage or another - which makes me think someone forgot to order ingredients. Other than that blip, the coffee and service here are pretty good, if a tad pricey.

Just left there the older lady was rude. They messed up mine and my cousins drink. Younger lady was very nice and polite and customer friendly. Sometimes elders need to learn from the younger people about manners ! WONT be goning back !

Worst Starbucks ever! Normally one person working who takes your order and money. And also the person behind you. Proceeds to wash dishes and pitchers painfully slowly. THEN. Makes drinks. Almost always a 30 minute wait for beverages. Close for bathroom breaks and close at least ten or more minutes before the posted hours. Not sure why the owners don’t do something about this. Avoid this shop.

I was in Kroger but not in this liberal place. Their coffee is not only overpriced, but it tastes terrible! And their politics are worse than the coffee! Buyer BEWARE!

I was not happy today 😒 #1 the 2 ladies that was working was not very happy or friendly. #2 they was out of venti cups. #3 I asked for no whip and she put whip all over it and shoved the lid on and it went every where and handed me the cup I whiped it all off. #4 the counter they gave me my cup was so dirty and disgusting. #5 and when I tasted it it had a funny taste like it was bad. Well today, as I observed a buy one get one deal, this Starbucks was busy. I knew I would have to wait but not on the terms of one of the individuals working. As I approached the counter, the dark haired lady with braided pigtails stated to me, it would be a few MINUTES. People starting lining up behind me and before you knew it, there were 5-6 of us. Someone who appeared to be her boyfriend, approached the counter and she stopped what she was doing to chit chat with him, again, when it was clearly busy. The other individual was taking out trash and then started restocking cups. Yes, there are still 5-6 people waiting in line behind me. At this point, Ms. Pigtails stated, those people are gonna have to wait while we get caught up. Uh no. Those people, need to be addressed and served. It was at this point I decided to leave. I had already been standing there for 5 minutes and wasnt going to waste more time while they caught up. Dont run a promo if you are incapable of keeping up with the demand. This Starbucks tends to be slow and I tried to go to them on a whim, well pity. Ill stick to staying away, although I consume coffee everyday. Disappointing.
