Womens bathroom has regular faucets with hot water and has paper towels to dry! I have Raynauds and cant wash my hands at most Quick Cheks because the automatic faucets (cold water) start an attack and so do the dryers sometimes.

I know, I know - who leaves a review for a convenience store/gas station? But the women at the checkout here every weekend morning when I stop for coffee or water on the way to open my store for the day ALWAYS set the mood for my day. They are pleasant, friendly and kind. You really dont always get that at other convenience stores.

The section that hold the salads was poorly stocked and there was little to no salad dressings. I ordered the Reece’s shake and it tasted like water mixed with a pinch of chocolate and one Reece’s cup mixed together. IT WAS DISGUSTING! Also, the seal on my Snapple apple had been broken. As if someone took it, opened it, drank from it, then put it back. Just nasty!

Convenient location on Dolson just off I.84 exit 3W. Clean, well stocked. Sandwiches are made well, orders are filled quickly and accurately. Coffee stations are always filled and fresh. A mid-sized location, somewhat smaller than some of the other local locations, but still is my local choice. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the restrooms are not consistently well maintained.

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. I dont want to make this about race or gender, but I have noticed the caucasian female cashiers are extremely rude. Secondly, this store does not adhere to its own policy and procedures. When purchasing items that require ID, Ive watched cashiers a) chit chat with customers and not ask for ID, b) ask for ID, look at the ID, and return the ID to the customer, c) ask for ID, look at the ID, then enter the customers birthday into the computer. I am well over 30 years old, and today another rude and smug female employee asked for my ID. I told the cashier my ID was in the car and I come to this location all the time because I live around the corner. The disrespectful female stated, Well, I dont know you and you look young, so... That was the final straw for me. The gentlemen who work at the store are always polite, courteous, and considerate. The women need to enroll in Customer Service 101.

This place of business is outstanding I have no bad remarks about this

I am on the road a lot due to my job and I rely on this type of convenience store for a quick stop for lunch a quick cup of coffee a fuel stop or a restroom break The men’s room in this particular Quick check is the MOST DISGUSTING REST ROOM I HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF HAVING TO USE I PLAN ON NOTIFYING THE LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH IN THE DEPLORABLE AND DOWN RIGHT FILTHY CONDITIONS I FOUND IN THE MEN’S REST ROOM

I went in for lunch and had good experience. Staff was nice and even with the long line at the registers they got through it very quickly. The sandwich I had was very good and would recommend them if your in the area for a quick bite.

Okay place to get fuel.

They need to change their name to Slow Check. Every single time without fail that I go to this quick check the line is 15 people deep and there’s one cashier working. I love their coffee and every time I convince myself to stop at this quick check I immediately regret it. Plan to spend 15+ minutes in line, so if you’re looking for “convenience “ in this comvenient store, plan accordingly.

Great beverage selection from the fountain or from the cooler. Large selection of snacks from the deli, as well as sandwiches and heros that you can customize any way you like. Good place to get something fast when you need to eat.

If I could give a NO star, that would still be too high. This location on Dolson Ave has an EXTREMELY disrespectful and uneducated elderly woman that has no understanding of the law and disrespects every customer that comes in to shop there. If you see an elderly female cashier.....STAY AWAY from her and use the other cashier. This woman yells at the customers and is very rude, disrespectful, and doesnt actually want your business.

Best quick chek in the area... Clean and lots of variety. The staff both day and night are absolutely amazing! Very professional and friendly. They always carry the items that I want .. And the staff knows me well enough that its almost like a family environment.

Quick and easy. Best drink selection of any convenience store and the food is outstanding.

Great QuickCheck location! Never have had an issue here with anything. The sandwiches are made correctly and the store location is nice and clean. The only odd thing was the way to enter the store via vehicle, but thats not up to them to decide.

I had to wait a long time for my food while I was the only person there. Then proceeded to get home to find my sandwich with a half of a cut mark and HAIR in it. Last time Im going to quick check which sucks bc its on the work to my work.

Got an Italian grinder here about a month ago. Have to say it was excellent. Better than other sandwich shop grinders. Will be back again.

This is the hang out spot for drivers. Yu can have a light lunch with a friend and people watch. They play 80s music in there so it makes the place even more appealing. Staff is always nice and fun to talk to. Heads up, people love to skip you in this place... been in a couple of feuds myself because of it. So just beware.

A few points I would love to address, over the past 3 years I have been going to this Quick-chek and I enjoyed the staff as well as the service provided every time I came in. In the past 3 months the Dolson Ave store has been an absolute nightmare with lines constantly going around the desk with a 15 to 20 minute wait not to mention during day time hours there are 4 registers and only 1 person running register... Like 3 months ago this never happened at prime time hours, the food quality has diminished and hot warmers are constantly empty and from what employees constantly talk about it seems that not only are they short staffed they are also being mistreated... I understand why the store would fail with a manager, and district lead always setting teams up for failure and it is unacceptable.. Im am sorry however the last 5 times made a deciding factor and I will not be wasting my time and money support a corporate business that doesnt support their own team members. Also anyone who questions about your business I will persuade others to move elsewhere as well.I recommend the Board of directors have a closer look at the management teams and figure out the problem because businesses dont fail when teams feel safe and respected.

Long time customer just right down the road from our house and on the way to any main roads makes for convenient stop to fuel up with gas and coffee. But this place is going down hill fast. No windshield wipers at the pumps. Went in and the employees were fighting about break times. Went to go get coffee. No sugar out at all. Most things empty. Management might want to check in. Looks like employees checked out. I now go to the one across town.

Good location.... Bad service! Lines always out the door. Go to the other 2 locations in Middletown, NY.

Like it for the convenience. I am upset that the tire air pumps are not in working order though.

Lazy employees. Period. The products provided by this company should not reflect your rating. The lines are out he door to this place because they provide quality products. But the counter help and customer service interaction is unacceptable.

I havent written a review of a business in over three years, but the woman at the register (middle-aged brunette with glasses) was so unpleasant that I may never come back here again. Also, the French fries are limp and soggy.

Nice. The 32 oz drinks are .99. But you have no cups. Plenty of lids, but no cups.

Went there the other night because I got hungry ate a Philly cheesesteak from there tasted decent,Next morning I’m throwing up nothing but that sandwich....lost a whole day of work also never going to quick check ever again...STAY AWAY FROM THE STEAK!!!
