Friendly and fast service. Clean store with plenty of choices in merchandise.

The two young ladys that were working today were very kind and helpful not to mention pretty.. The young woman who sold me my phone case was very helpful and polite.

I had to give them 1 star to leave a comment... I have been a boost customer for years...this store should be shut down, bottom line..... The lady that waited on me was rude, disrespectful and down right unprofessional....she should be fired on the spot...when I left the store, she made me feel like I was at fault for trying to purchase a new boost phone.....i am in no way a cell phone expert.....she had tied up hours of my time and still I walked out with nothing....do not shop here....if you do you will be lucky to find someone their during working hours...sad thing is she said she works st the other middletown store to....good luck

Fake air pods sold as real ones. NEVER shop here. The $15 dollar pair sold at family dollar on university blvd worked better than these👎

I avoid this store. The employees are rude, smart mouthed, use foul language and have no respect for the public or their selves. A supposed manager was making out (pg-13) kissing in the lobby with no regard for my presence or business!!!

My phone pulls up random apps on its own freezes turns itself down and i paid for hotspot on both phones on my account and my hotspot on my phone says unavailable but the hotspot on my phone my boyfriend uses works fine this it why i left boost in the first place they suck now for real their service isnt any good at all

Veronica was very rude and made me feel rushed out of the store. didn’t want to help me with a job application or paying my phone bill kind of rushed through drawers to tell me to try another store and sighed when i asked for help paying my phone bill

Worst boost store ever! The girl was being extremely rude and disrespectful, I Was trying to reset my pin and had a bad signal while at the store and asked the girl for the wifi password so I could get online and give her the info she needed and she told me I cant have the password because she doesnt want people hanging around the store to get wifi. So I had to go to a different boost store on the other side of town to do something that simple. I would switch my service before going back to this boost store again.

I have always had a great experience with boost! Been with them almost 4 years now. Wouldnt trade their service for the world!!

Absolutely the WORST CELL PHONE PROVIDER AVAILABLE!! BUYER BEWARE!! They sold me a brand new phone in the box with a CRACKED SCREEN!! THAT THEY BASICALLY ALL BUT CALLED ME A LIAR THAT IT CAME OUT OF THE BOX LIKE THAT THAT I HAD CRACKED SCREEN!!! THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE FOR A NEW PHONE THAT WASNT BROKE OR OF COURSE!! NO REFUND!!! THIS BOOST STORE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE STORE!! ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE ASSOCIATE OR THE DISTRICT MGR!! I was there for almost 2 hrs bcuz the associate was not well trained in her job had to keep calling management for help. Made me step aside while she assisted other CUSTOMERS making me wait even longer. Lied to me about a program they had in place that I was not eligible for it. When I found out from boost corporate or 800 # that I was eligible for it. Anyway I am definitely switching providers as soon as Im able to financially!! Bcuz the service for phone calls and text is ok sometimes. Others dropped calls or no signal or my fiancee who has boost as well! Does not get my texts I send him numerous times! The data the internet service is absolutely HORRIBLE!! WORST CELL PHONE PROVIDER WORST PRODUCT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY WORST ASSOCIATES AND MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!! I REGRET THE DAY I DECIDED TO SWITCH TO BOOST HOWEVER! I ASSURE YOU I WONT REGRET THE DAY I DROP THEM FOR FOREVER AS A PROVIDER!!! TRUST ME FOLKS!! Went to one on verity Pkwy an says open till 6 online but they was closed at 4:30. Went to one on Roosevelt says open till 5 but was closed at 4:50.. Dont post hours if ur not gonna stay open those hours!

I go to the one on breiel in Middletown Ohio because the one verity to slow.

Guys make sure you get that 7 a month plan to pertect your phone its really worth it
