Ayman was fantastic to work with. He helped repair the screen and camera of my phone. After a few weeks I noticed the speaker for calls wasnt working and took it back when I could, and even when it wasnt under warranty, made the repair anyway, all within the hour I took it in!

Caesar and Sarah helped me out with fixing my phone screen and went above and beyond to fix my speakers that felt like it was on 30% when really should be max volume. Thank you so much it was an awesome experience, almost feels like a whole new phone

Got my phone screen replaced there... First time the screen was laggy and would randomly freeze up. I took it IN WARRANTY and the guy said he couldnt replace it because it was supposedly not their screen. (only got it replaced once and it was there). He eventually replaced and all was good.... Until now..... A few months later, it now has a black spot in the corner very frustrating.... Probably not getting my phone repaired there again.... Their employees are generally nice....(after seeing the reply)I did present the form... It was the first thing I handed him... He claimed it wasnt your guys screen, but it was the only place I had gotten my screen replaced... It was not broken after the first repair... (the screen has been replaced twice) Both by you guys.... as I said, the first one, then the second one in warranty due to it freezing up and glitching out... If i had my screen replaced by someone else in between the 2 repairs, I would have brought it back to them.....

Wouldnt go there again. Didnt want to help me replace a screen for my phone. Guess it was not broke enough. Weird. Thanks for nothing.

Excellent and very fast service!I cracked my screen on my iPhone very badly. I came here and they fully replaced the screen, and now my iPhone is good as new. It was very affordable and it took only half an hour. This service also included a free warranty and a discounted screen protector. The employee working there was polite and informative. The store itself is very clean, organized, and air conditioned. This is definitely the place you want to go if you have problems with your phone screen.

I went in thinking my battery had stopped working but Ayman did a hard reboot and charged me $25. Turns out it wasnt a problem with battery at all. I got ripped off for just a hard reboot that I couldve googled.Do not recommend. Totally disappointed for having to pay $25 for a hard reboot (press volume and start together).Certain nobody else charges $25 for a reboot.EDIT: Got a $25 refund from Mazen. Such a wonderful guy! Appreciate the customer care.

I found this place on line and went to get my Apple Watch fixed after finding how much it was to get fixed (no insurance plan ) it was very expensive so I looked at some of the refurbished watches which were cheaper than getting fixed so ended up getting one and very happy Maz was very helpful and taught me a few thingsI asked about a Apple ID issue my brother had and he said just come by and ill take a look went by the next day and Maz figured it out and problem he had for a couple years was fixed so much easier to go speak to someone easy to get to right there by kfc and McDonalds

Ayman is THE MAN :D I had my phone screen replaced here a few months ago and had great service then, but yesterday part of my screen stopped registering touch (probably because of something I did) and I was locked out. I went back in today without my warranty paperwork and Ayman provided THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Because of the scratches on my screen he wasnt sure the warranty would cover replacement, but called his boss to see if he could get me a discount on a new screen. I found a right place that I dont have to go out of the Island to repair my phone. I heightly recommend this place for your phone makeover. They offer excellent service, honest and reasonable price. Last week, my phone screen was black and I was worried that I could not use my phone anymore...and lost all memorable pictures. I left the phone with Ayman in the store to check it out and he called me that required to replace new scree. He helped me to restore my phone above and beyond within 30 minutes with bonus of 6 months warranty and pictures were still there in the phone and this means a lot to me. I would go back to the store again for the services also planning to buy new accessories there to support local business. They also sell used phones as well. He called me at 6:30 pm last night to ask that I come out to make payment...I was aware that your store closed at 7pm and I didn’t want your employee to stay late because of poor planning on his part... I spoke with Wendy and she assured me that she could complete the repair and would be no problem if it ran a bit late...she would be “very happy to stay late if needed and do the repair”. I arrived at 5 minutes before closing, and she was repairing his screen. Fast service on a battery repair and for a decent price!

Broke the rear glass on my iphone 11pro, and absolutely no one else would fix it! Even apple!Yet i took my phone into cellular mobile services and not only were they able to replace the rear glass, but they did it within 2-3 hours!I would highly recommend coming here for any phone repairs!

My speaker was broken on my iPhone and i could not hear anyone when calling them and they could not hear me.I brought it to them they fixed it within a week for a good price. I highly recommend.

Brought an older iPhone with a broken screen in for repair yesterday. Took less than 20 minutes to replace the broken screen. Prices are similar to other places that replace screens and much cheaper/quicker than going to an Apple store. The new screen comes with a six month warranty. Overall, a great experience and will definitely come back if the need arises again.

Went to at&t to either trade in or repair my girlfriends broken phone where they were no help, and got sent here. Upon arriving Ayman, immediately helped us. The prices were very reasonable $79 for an iPhone 8 Plus screen repair. He said it would take 20-25 minutes to fix and he had it done in roughly 15 minutes. Overall a very good experience, quick and reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend this place. Ayman fixed my iPhone screen today and put on a new glass screen all for under $100 which saved me from having to spend $350 on a new iPhone. Ayman was super helpful in transferring the data from my old iphone to a new one. He took the time to make sure everything was set up and working before I left. Ive gone in there two times now and they’ve saved me money both times. It’s like finding an honest mechanic, instead of making up things that need to be fixed they tell you what needs to be done and they do it no BS.

Just left here and I can not recommend them enough! The girl working was extremely knowledgeable and when we told her we were thinking about upgrading our Sprint phones she recommended staying away from the XR which we were actually going to get. We left both of our phones with her for screen repair and when we came back she let us know that one of the phones in fact did not have a cracked screen. She could easily have scammed us since we left the phones with her. Excellent service and knowledge and we will be back!

July 1, 2019, iphone had cracked screen. After repair, I did not want this to happen again So, with the help of the employee, I bought a brand new case and a Full covered tempered screen protector. I was told by the employee, with this new case and the full covered screen protector, if the phone is dropped, it will not crack. July 4th, 3 days later, the phone fell out of pocket onto wood floor and the screen cracked!!! I went back on July 5th. There was a different employee. She called the owner to explain my situation. The owner would only take $20 off of the cost of repair after I was assured 3 days earlier if the phone was dropped the screen would not crack!!

Lol company deleted my review less than 24 hrs ago! Don’t believe the hype they don’t go by there warranty they buy cheap screens from a company and put them on your phones. Less than 2 months and your screen starts acting up. You’ll go back just to inform them & keep in mind your STILL UNDER WARRANTY but they will LIE and say you damaged it then not fix your screen again! Smh! I will keep making my point that this company is a fraud so keep deleting all you want I will be posting for a month people need to know the truth!
