I ordered a 2 person reception desk from Madison and am very happy. Despite the global supply chain issues that most every industry is dealing with currently, Ash L. was able to secure all the parts we needed from multiple suppliers to complete our order. It did arrive in multiple shipments, due to the parts coming from multiple suppliers. But that was no issue for us and was completely beyond Madisons control. Not much anyone can do about a sluggish global supply chain. Im glad Ash was able to get it all organized and sent directly to us as quickly as possible. He kept us up to speed on everything throughout the transaction. I would definitely buy from Madison again after how helpful theyve been.

I ordered two L shaped desks with drawers from Madison. While the items themselves are nice, I cannot recommend buying from this company due to the overall experience.1. Beware the online checkout process - there is no order review/confirmation page, if you make a mistake on the original input.2. The online store is buggy - the item quantity and total price of my cart did not match what was actually ordered, causing me to have to contact customer service to correct the order.3. The items I ordered were out of stock, but the website did not indicate this, and customer service did not send me any notification about this within a reasonable amount of time. I spent 2 weeks wondering when my items would arrived before I finally reached out to them, at which point they informed me they werent in stock.4. They do not have an inventory system that can stay up to date with their manufacturers, causing two more iterations of my adjusted orders also being out of stock, after being told they were in stock.5. Their internal communication seems disorganized, as I was contacted by 2 customer service people that I could not determine if they knew about the others chat history with me, as they were both relaying the same info.6. When the final order iteration was finally placed, I still did not receive tracking information until after the items already arrived (yet you are expected to be present for delivery)7. I have to wait another 2 months for the final part of one of the desks to arrive, as the out of stock notice for that part arrived at the same time as the tracking info (aka after delivery).I would like to add that both of the customer service people were pleasant to work with (thus 2/5), but they are clearly working within a broken system.

Nicole did an excellent job of bringing our vision to reality! She was great to work with and solved every item we needed for our office remodel. Her recommendations for furniture was excellent! The installation staff was also great to work with, professional and got the job done quickly.

DONT DO IT!Nothing but issues from start to finish.Pieces arrived broken (and they refused to replace them!), shipping took forever, mistakes in the sales reps designs, no management ever available to speak to... what a nightmare. What a waste of $3000

UPDATE: Sep 7 - filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. The case closed on Sep 20.Sep 23 - I received my replacement file cabinet with working locks! I am happy with my purchase.Sept 28 - Let BBB and Madison Liquidators know I received the replacement file cabinet without issue. Changed my 1 start to 3 star rating. This was way too much effort on my part versus ML just sending me a replacement like any other business.==========================================================Original Review Post:Jul 3. I ordered a 4-drawer file cabinet in the color I wanted...great!Jul 23. Issue 1: Delivery mix up and did not receive my order after the delivery company called to confirm. I contact Support and they contacted their 3rd party vendor to find out what happened. Got that resolved and it was finally delivered. No scratches looked good. Accepted delivery.Jul 28. Issue 2: One of the drawers did not lock. Reached out to Support for assistance. I work with Ray, Ashley, Nicole (she was the best) and still not fix.Jul 28 - Aug 25: Back and forth with Support to fix the issue. I have sent videos, I followed the instructions provided and still no fix. My last email was asking who to escalate to because they wanted another video to show them AGAIN the lock does not work, which I did not because if I tell you it does not work it does not work. What do I have to gain by making this up? I want to use my file cabinet and get my stuff out of boxes. Six days later no response...crickets.Sep 1: Sending another follow-up email to see what is going on. COVID at this point has nothing to do with the quality of the product. Replace it (and make sure all the drawers lock) or have someone to come and fix it, but this is too much effort any customer should go through.

Great service, great product and fast delivery. I ordered my desk on a Saturday and received it early Thursday morning. The delivery driver was very professional and pleasant. I contacted them a couple times to get the status of my delivery and the staff was very polite and responsive. I normally dont write google reviews, but this was a worthy experience for a review. The desk was easy to assemble and very good quality for the price. I recommend this company to anyone looking for great furniture, service and delivery across the board.

I ordered my desk in May and online it said the eta for delivery was end of May. Weeks go by and I hear nothing so I emailed them asking for the status. They said its out of stock. It would have been nice if they reached out to me and told me instead of me having to track them down. Then I was told it would ship in June. June comes and no word so I reach out again. They said one part got damaged in shipping and it is out of stock and i would have to wait again! Finally come end of July and they say my order shipped and is on its way. I stayed home all day waiting and it never showed!! i called and they said oh sorry we didnt pay that shipping company because they have damaged our packages and we will have to reship it. Once again I reached out to them to get the status. I had to call to reschedule and the item finally arrives and its completely damaged. Dont buy anything from this company. Ive worked in customer service for years and this is no way to treat a customer who pay thousands on a desk. Now I am stuck with a damaged desk. I also was told I would get calls back from their customer service representatives and never did. I had to keep calling and calling. NO stars! Do not use!

If I could give this company a ZERO star I would. My original order was late for 3 plus months. I called and was given the run around saying it was out of stock, but when I purchased in person we were advised it was in stock. I would call for status and was given no delivery date just a its currently out of stock. They have the worst customer service I have experienced they dont know what they are doing or how to look for orders in their own system. I had called them a couple of times for updates, only for customer service to tell me they didnt have my email to send me an update. Well Sherlock Holmes how was my order confirmation EMAILED over to me to begin with. WOW like I previously stated one of the worst experiences in my life. Will never go back to them and will highly recommend EVERYONE not to as well. Save yourself the headache, time and money and go else where!

I was somewhat apprehensive buying a desk without taking it for a ride but I was very happy with the finished product. The directions for the assembly were a little week and I could not locate a YouTube video to assist but eventually it was assembled and providing a great deal of work space even with 4 monitors, the smallest being 27” to 49”. I would recommend the company and specifically Kayla King, she answered my never ending stream of questions and never expressed any frustration. Knowing what I now know I would definitely repeat the process. One deciding factor was the accessories that were available for the desk. I have the 3 drawer filing cabinet, pencil drawer and the keyboard tray, this should be mandatory for the amount of desk space it frees up.

I had a great experience with Madison liquidators. Furniture shipped on time and the communication was great. Ava Davisson was a pleasure to work with and helped me along the way until my orders were complete. Extremely responsive.

Horrible customer service. They say they have all items in stock to get you to place your order. Then when actual delivery happens not the full order arrives. When you call and ask what happened they lie and say the shipping company lost it when clearly on the order that comes with delivery states items are on back order. When one of my items is thr wrong part they blamed me for placing the wrong order.??? Ask to return anything and they want to charge 30% restocking fee and shipping is on you. Supervisors are never available to take a call. Save your money time and headache and buy somewhere else. $3200 later and still dont have what I need.

I will never purchase office furniture from anywhere else! I shopped multiple locations both local and online, both national and smaller retailers. As a professional buyer, I have also purchased multiple brands of office furniture from multiple retailers. The customer service, price, quality, and selection of Madison was excellent compared to my previous experiences with other retailers.Some bullet points:- The Madison furniture is VERY customizable!I had a list of things I was looking for in a desk so it would fit perfectly in the space in my home office. No matter how much I searched, no one had what I wanted.From Madison, I ordered exactly the desk I wanted. Try to find a 36” depth desk that is at least 60” wide, with an L return that has a 30” depth. And here’s the thing: their desks and L returns can be ordered in customizable widths/lengths (adjustable plus or minus in 6” increments), and multiple depths. The message here: get the desk that’s ordered and built just for you!Other customizable points:- If you ask, they will add cable holes wherever you want them (in the desk, the L return, or the lower panels) capped off with nice grommets.- The drawer pedestal can be attached to the desk, can include wheels, or can have a top piece to match the desk. I chose to leave the top piece off and went without the wheels so it would fit under the desk. I left it unattached so I can easily move it around to whatever position under the desk or L return I want. It looks like it’s attached, but it’s not.- They have a list of finishes to choose from.Other points:- The hutch I purchased has an opening tall enough for my two 28” monitors to comfortably fit underneath (very hard to find! I tried before I found Madison).- I like that the hutch has an open center shelf for easy to grab stuff and frosted glass doors to hide stuff behind on the sides. I use the very top of the hutch for my modem, a surge protector, an external hard drive, etc.- Compared to all the other furniture I looked at and have purchased previously, including name brand office furniture, this furniture is thick and sturdy. It’s laminate, just like most of the other stuff out there, but it’s really sturdy, and has a nice finish. It was built to last. Unless you are willing to spend big on solid wood furniture, and unless the limited solid wood size options work for you, the Madison laminated furniture is the way to go. As a side note- the Madison furniture did not have a formaldehyde smell like I experienced with some other furniture.- The price was very reasonable, and less than furniture I looked at from other places.- Customer service was great. Madison Liquidators walked me through the options after I explained what I was looking for.Before contacting Madison Liquidators, I called other places. The other places took my information, said they would call me back, but never did. They just wanted to move on to the next quick easy sale. Madison helped me choose the size I wanted, and choose from various styles, and finishes. They really helped me get the exact desk I wanted for my home office.The only thing I would do different- I would have purchased a desk one size wider than the width of the hutch. The hutch fits perfectly on the desk. But it’s so perfect, when you are putting the desk together and get to point where you set the hutch on top of the desk, you have to be careful not to accidentally push one side over the edge of desk. Once the hutch is secure using the double sided tape, it won’t move at all. But to make installation easier, I recommend purchasing a desk 6” wider than the hutch just to give you a 6” cushion when setting the hutch on top of the desk. Either that, or make sure you and your friend are extra careful when setting the hutch on the desk.Also, don’t forget to tell them if you want extra grommet holes and where you want them.Everyone’s house, office and use is different. Get the desk that is right for you!

Try to overcharge for delivery. They email me saying that the order is in backorder and if I want a similar one they want to charge 210 dollars more, are you kidding. Please take your time and find another more serious company.

I had an issue and they resolved it right away for me, so far am very pleased. Lets hope our shipment gets to us in a timely manner.

The entire process was amazing! I accidentally placed the wrong order, I emailed to let them know and I had a response within hours and the issue and refund was corrected! The delivery process was smooth and the driver was very accommodating! There were no broken or damaged pieces. The only problem I had was the directions were very unclear but we were still able to figure it out and get the desk put together within a couple hours! Very happy with my service at Madison Liquidators and would and have definitely recommend!!

My office desk was lost in delivery for a week. When it arrived almost every piece was damaged. I reached out with my concerns and was offered nothing in return. It’s a shame because the product looked like it would have been nice but poor packaging and delivery and no resolution from them directly makes them a company I would never do business with again.

Terrible company, does not answer phones. Seems this company is a scam, best go elsewhere if you value your time and money.

Ordered 2 credenzas on December 30th, 2020. Process went smooth enough as to taking the order, however 3 weeks later, still no furniture. Call the rep and rep promises to callback. 1 week later, after i call again, and email, I receive whoops, our fault, we never sent your order to the warehouse, your order from almost 30 days ago will finally ship from our location tomorrow, and I still dont get an ETA on when to expect the items. total BS customer service!!!!!! Worst part was, they didnt even have the courage to call me, cowards hid behind an email.

I think the furniture is a bit pricey for being bulky, outdated, and outsourced. Most of the furniture looks like it was made in the late 80s & 90s. Nothing modern or fashionable. Great office - room hogs. Lacks the easy to transport, and lightweight qualities that modern businesses need. Lacks the photogenic pop that is necessary to set a biz apart from others.
