Having a really hard time reaching their customer service. No response to emails (after 3 days) and tried their 877 number twice, but after waiting 45-60 minutes each time, had to hang up. I summarized my issue on Messenger (no email response, unable to get help via phone) and got a stock response to email or call. Love their stuff and trying to be patient, but their the service is really lacking right now.

Always find more than I can afford! Staff is courteous and helpful. If you go during the holiday season, AVOID THE WEEKEND if at all possible unless you have the patience of a saint!!

I always enjoy visiting this store. They sell a lot of unique items from all over the world, no doubt thats why they are called World Market ;) I really like their cloth bags/purses. I have one that has lasted years. We have also purchased bar stools and they are great quality. Downside is that you should expect to be awhile when trying to check out. It is SLOW and lines can get long. But staff is usually pleasant.

A unique store in Middleton! They have merchandise from all over the world. Its a great place to browse for home decorating. They have pretty much anything you might need to furnish your home. Plus lots of adorable extra gadgets and knick knacks. I have never seen any other place like this. The carry one of a kind products.

Shout out to Ethan and Tyler at the Middleton store for being so awesome and helping me with a purchase I made within the last couple days. Ethan was able to get something ordered for me very quickly and set it aside for me. Tyler was very helpful and got everything set up front for me. When the box wouldnt fit in my car, he helped us take everything out of the box and load it into my car! He was so patient and helpful. Thank both of these employees for being so great!

If I could give you a zero I would! No customer service and complete disregard for their customers. I placed an order for pick up 5 days ago. I needed brackets for shelving that I ordered online through World Market. The brackets were in stock at the store on Saturday. I went to the store that afternoon to get them and they told me the brackets were on the truck and it still had to be unloaded. I was told they would call me when they were ready to be picked up. I called the store on Sunday, and I was told they said they could work on getting them off the truck. I stopped by the store on Monday and they told me again they still had to be unloaded from the truck. My shelving arrived Wednesday via UPS. It is now Thursday evening, still no phone call. Instead I receive an email telling me the order for my brackets was cancelled. What? I would not have ordered shelving without brackets. I feel as though i have wasted time and will never be a customer at World Market. Everyone should beware, they just dont care about their customers. Is this how World Market does business?

I love their outdoor furniture and all the oddities you can find. This is a place my husband and I like to go on a weekend afternoon and just explore and my husband always finds a unique treat to try. I highly recommend joining the rewards program it has paid off in spades over the years for me and is stackable.

Alright place. Variety of goods that arent from this area of the world was refreshing and nice. Hard to describe whats here but if you need a more exotic food, this is a good place to check out.

I come here often enough to know if you dont have patience youre not gonna have a good time. Lines during the holiday season are crazy long and slow going. They have an archaic pos system. The storej is amazing. They have some many unique things. I love the Christmas ornaments. Tip: dont but vanilla beans from the grocery store.. buy them here! The difference, other than price, is HUGE! Worth every dollar

Definitely a fun store to shop in and the place to find nice decor for the holidays at reasonable prices. We went the day before Thanksgiving and were able to find plenty of themed table decor and all marked down 50%.

Seemed like it had a lot more open space then before. But it is just right after the holidays, so Im sure they just need to restock.

This is a fun store, its like a TJ Maxx with products from all over the world. If I ever need any food to satisfy Oriental cravings, this is where Ill be shopping. The store is always clean, has a restroom with changing tables for the kiddos.

Dont forget to go there very often but its fun to look at all the cool stuff

Waited in line for 15 minutes to check out because there was only one check out person who had to wait for a manager to give her a coupon code but he was busy so there was a line of 10 customers waiting. One couple left without buying anything instead of waiting.

There was a nice selection but a lot of the stuff had no price. Or the price was for a different item. And a lot of it was over priced. $7.99 for a bag of kit Kat bars. Is a little ridiculous

The Manger with a tattoo on her arm and the pits in her face from acne needs to be fired immediately. Dont interrupt her from setting up a display because God forbid you need to ask a question. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I will be opening a complaint with corporate. Absolutely rude and pathetic excuse for a manager. The nice cashier needs to be promoted.

I went in to buy a gift card for a friend. I used a debit card, theyre system went down right before my purchase, as I learned it had earlier that day. It still charged me, even though the cashier said it wouldnt, and after I paid in cash.. They said it would be returned, it was. I was then re-charged over 2 weeks later for something I never should have been charged to begin with! I then was told they would send it as an email to corporate, with no gauranteed time for a return! After alot of he-ing and hawing, I got an in store return. Worst shopping experience of this decade of my life!
