I had a slow leak in my tire Austin had me stop in Look at my tire pulled and plug it all while I waited Took about 30 with no appointment and charged me $10 ! I don’t know any place else with such amazing service

Took my car there for a vehicle inspection. They told me I needed some work done to pass. They charged me $700 extra. The work they did was shorty and caused more issues that led me to dispute the charge. The bank was nice and gave me the money back but the shop fought it and they got their money back. Well, I hope the $700 was worth losing out on future referrals. I was initially referring people to you but no longer will. I was told by another mechanic that what YOU claimed I needed was not needed at all. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Im so glad that I was recommended Welchs by a co-worker. They were able to fix my break problem that multiple mechanics could not fix and wasted so much money (for a college student). Although I had to leave my car I am very satisfied.

They were very nice and fixed my flat very fast, but they dont take credit cards or bank cards, so I had to walk to the farm store to get money off my bank card so I can pay the bill.

Incredible Auto Shop. The guys at Welch Automotive were very helpful. They answered all of my questions and explained the issues with my vehicle. They were also able to complete the repair earlier than expected. Their pricing is very solid. My 1996 Maxima drives like a brand new car after some new struts and an alignment from Welch Automotive. My A/C in my SUV was sometimes blowing hot air and not A/C, sometimes..! It would go in and out. I dropped it off and they called me saying I need a new A/C compressor that would be around $700. So I let them do it because it was in the middle of august. I left there with it blowing nice cold a/c and then in about 4 days it started doing it again. Same damn thing. So I took it back and they said that this time it was the blend door actuator and that I would have to pay again because it not the same. No crap its not the same... that was the problem the hole time...! I take my car there for you to fix my A/C and you didnt. And now you want me to pay again for the same overall issue, the A/C?..!! That is your problem, you didnt fix it the first time... just an excuse because you didnt fix it the first time and now you wanna blame it on something else to get paid more. Crooks...!!!!
