Ask for Thomas Turner. This was the smoothest car purchase we’ve ever had. I called Thomas and worked out everything over the phone from Texas for our new truck. We flew in the next day and he picked us up at the airport. He took his time showing us all the technology in the truck then we started road tripping home. Very pleasant and smooth purchase. I was pleasantly greeted from my first phone call and treated so well until I left with what I was searching for. The first time I was there the vehicle just wasn’t exactly what my family needed, so I left. Nick did not pressure me once. When I found the Ford Escape I loved at another dealership, Nick went the extra mile to bring it to Interstate Ford for me to see. This was my second time there and I was leaving that day on a family trip. Nick moved the process along and I was in and out with my new Escape in less than 2 hours. I live in central Indiana and the dealership is 80+ miles from my home. They had the truck I wanted so we risked it! Arrived at 2:00pm and by 5:00pm we were on the road in our new Ranger! Corey Best was by far the best car salesman we’ve ever dealt with! He didn’t feel like a salesman at all. He gave us the information, answered questions, but didn’t push or hover! It was a great experience and we will do all future business with Interstate Ford!!

I did not expect to buy a new Maverick,when I drove onto the lot at Interstate Ford there was one sitting there available. I went and looked at a used truck, realized for almost the same money, I could get brand new. After talking to the salesman Tony, I decided a new Maverick was for me. The salesman and all people working there were courteous- helpful- nice- not pushy. I judge most places and situations by wether I would go back, here I would definitely go back. Thanks again.

I can’t talk to the sales department, which most of the 5-star reviews are about, but their service department can’t be trusted. Unless you actively track your car health, I would be cautious with using them for basic services and don’t use them if you need to be certain that your car works.I brought my 2016 Mustang in for an oil change with a tire rotation and car checkup. On the checkup report, the tire pressure and the coolant reservoir information are incorrect. The report said all 4 tires were 36 PSI. I fill my tires up to 32 PSI and one of them had a slow leak and was down to 28 PSI when I arrived. I left that information on the dashboard display so that the technician can see what the tire pressure sensors were returning. The report said that my coolant reservoir was full. After driving off, my engine temperature skyrocketed. I pulled off the road and checked the engine myself; there was no coolant in the reservoir. I doubt everything in the checkup report and I doubt they changed the oil. I am waiting to get the results back on my oil to see if it IS new oil in my car and will be checking to see if my brakes and battery are good. The only thing I know they did was move my tires because my low pressure tire moved. The worst part is that I would have been willing to work with the service department if there were any issues. All they had to do was tell me that there were issues and not let me find out on my own by overheating my engine.

I started my new vehicle search at Interstate Ford looking for a new Bronco. My sales consultant Tony Langer showed me the Broncos that would be coming to Interstate Ford. Tony also went through financing with me and answered any questions I had.I still was not sure a Bronco was what I wanted. I told Tony Id think about the information hed given me.Tony text me a couple days later saying I could come in and look at another costumers Bronco colored in area 51 to see what I thought and maybe order one for myself.When I arrived I saw a new Ranger, it was absolutely awesome.I Told Tony Id like to test drive the Ranger.Thats all it took, I found my new Truck.Tony processed all the paperwork including my trade in. Worst Service Department I have encountered thus far. First, the service department never answers their phone. Second, I had an appointment at 0900 and asked several times for an update throughout the afternoon with no answers. Then at around 3PM they stated they couldnt troubleshoot the problem with my dash because their main tech was out of town but wanted to keep trying for their remaining 2 hours of their duty day. I asked for them to stop so I can pick up my truck. When i arrived at 3:30PM, I discovered that they had failed to get a simple oil change done in the 6-1/2 hours they had my truck. No reason other than they had just got to it. I had an appointment! Does that not mean that you start working my truck at that time? Side note: none of the managers wanted to chat. Sad service department. I will never go back to this center.

I called the servicing department to get it fixed. They got me right in. Fixed the issue and it wasnt expensive at all to have them fix it. They were amazing. I highly recommend

Nick in the service department is the best! We brought in our Fusion for a loud noise under the hood. He called and told me our water pump went out. He explained it was covered under warranty and that I wouldn’t pay a dime. He asked if they could keep it a few days due to it being a lengthy job with parts.I told him that was fine and he kept me updated with the progress of it. It was ready when he said it would be and he definitely delivered. If I ever have to come back for other issues I will be requesting Nick every single time! I don’t leave many reviews but this one is worth the read. I truly loved my experience buying my brand new 2020 Ford Escape not even a year ago. However 2 weeks into owning our new SUV the back up camera stopped working, an now on going issue. In total I brought it in now 7 times with the issue not being fixed. The most recent time I took it in and the next day I don’t have a back up camera still. I called immediately and the service manager said “you can bring it in so we can fiddle with it and see what happens.” So basically they don’t even know how to fix it. They’ve never offered me a rental car, or even gas for the wasted time that I am there. Whenever I go there I drop it off at 9 and I don’t hear anything for 6 hours. Then I call and ask about my car taking so long and wow the car is magically done right then. Terrible service. When I go and pick up my car no one can explain to me what is done not even the paper work says it. Highly unsatisfied and truly won’t be back to purchase from in the future. Unfortunately I do have to go back to get my camera looked at again. Cannot wait for it to be over. Save yourself the heartbreak and go elsewhere.

I cant speak for sales, but dont trust the service department. My air box was left open after and oil change. Ill go back to Beau Townsend for oil changes even though theyre 25 miles aways vs 2 miles away. Ill give 2 stars instead of 1 for how it was handled after I called back to let them know. I have had several occasions where I needed assistance if repairing engine systems or electronics in my 2013 F350 King Ranch and as Interstate Ford was close to my home I took the truck to them for the diagnosis & repairs. They were excellent if the way they listened to my concern, took the truck in for diagnosis and found the problem quickly. They called me and explained what the problem was, we discussed the costs to repair the issues, and the repairs were made quickly with no problems after that. This dealership is significantly above average and is now my go to operation for vehicle repairs and service. They are very polite, treated me with respect, and were professional in every way.

We inherited a 2011 Ford Fiesta SE last year with 30,000 miles. Last year I took the vehicle to a Ford dealer in Dayton Ohio near the mall. The transmission was shuddering and jerking. Two weeks ago I returned to the Ford dealer who charged $149 to diagnose that the transmission control module had failed. Ironically Ford has been sued for these transmission failures. The warranty on these transmissions has been extended to 10 years and 150K miles. The Ford dealer service manager refused to repair the transmission under warranty and he refused to provide me with the Ford Zone Managers contact. Instead he offered the standard Customer Service number. Transmission Control Module failure on a $17,000 vehicle that was driven only 3000 miles a year is poor engineering. Sadly local Ford wasn’t willing to help

When I turned to the right. a loud noise would happen. I called Nick and was given an appointment immediately. Purchased a used CR-V through interstate Ford and added on 4 Goodyear tires; of which I paid for. The dealership refused to provide a receipt of purchase because the tires were added into the overall loan of the vehicle. Therefore I was unable to obtain my $75 rebate for the tires purchased.Add this to the long list of other service issues I have had at interstate.1. Does not call on status of services or estimated completion.2. Has kept vehicle for 3+ days without rental vehicle or heads up.3. Over torqued lug nuts and left them to me to replace at my own cost.Do not recommend their service.

We drove 40 minutes here to test drive a vehicle that was posted online we have been looking for a vehicle for several weeks but either the vehicle wasn’t right, the sales people was too pushy or something seemed off so I honestly wasn’t expecting much then Cory Best our salesman came out he was so nice and actually seemed like talking to one of our kids we laughed quite a bit while going through the process he made us feel comfortable and at ease great salesman! Everything was explained nothing seemed pushed. The loan guy that got us next explained our loan choices even further. My husband gets very nervous doing the buying and usually wanders off while I handle everything an he comes in to sign papers. We was so at ease that my husband stayed with me the entire time. This says a lot for this dealership! Thank you for making this so easy, we will be back!

Charles and Tim were honest, straight forward, and just stand up people. I wish I could have had the same experience with my other vehicle purchases.
