We had our Toyota van repaired there after an accident. We noticed a couple days later that something was hanging down where they had fixed the damages. So, we brought it back this morning. The service guy tells my wife that there may be a charge to look at it for $89 bucks! If its not under the warranty. Hey, nothing was hanging before the accident! Whats the use in buying a extended warranty if it doesnt cover anything?

I purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander sport limited from Walker Mitsubishi, in Sept 2019. The salesmen Kual Martin Bak & Jeremiah Wootan were amazing, they helped me throughout the purchase process to ensure that I got what I wanted. The sales manager Wesley, totally rocks too, heck even the finance dept, Hadi Imam, was awesome. So the guys in my band hauled our band equipment out of Dayton, to a show in MI, onward to Canada, then to New York, back to Dayton and it was time for the first oil change. Valerie in the service department went above and beyond, she offered the best service I have experienced in a service shop! The guys headed out to Cali with the equip for another show, they drove through snow, rain, and xtreme heat, they said the car was BEAST! We are back now, so its time for the second oil change... think its time to get those windows tinted too! WALKER MITSUBISHI ROCKS!!!!!!!!

Ive bought my last 4 cars from Walker (one Jeep when they had the old Performance location, and 3 Mitsubishis), but wont be buying another from them ever again, nor will I be taking any of my vehicles here for service once my free oil changes are up. Theyve lost a regular customer permanently and its way past too late to do anything about it at this point.The actual salesman were mostly great other than knowing we asked specifically for something and was totally ignored and disregarded by the guy doing the financing part. Anyways, the finance guy totally took advantage of us this last time and nobody really cares about it. It was later on a Sunday, they knew we needed to replace a car that was totaled, and likely just wanted to get home.....so he did whatever was easiest, regardless of what it cost us. We asked for the guy to run the 0%APR because itd be less in the end and he complained about how bad it was in his new system and ran another loan that he claimed was less. It cost us a fair amount more and he flat out lied to us about that. I saw it on the papers and signed it anyways since wed been there for hours and needed to get home (it was past closing time already and I cant sit there all day while some inept guy tries to not do his job). Plus he wouldnt listen and run the other anyways. I called the next day thinking someone would care or get something done, but I was clearly mistaken. I had someone give me their email to send a complaint that theyd forward to their GM that I literally never heard anything back from and its been months now (not being given a direct contact is beyond annoying from someone who has spent so much here without a single previous complaint). Anyways, if someone who has bought several cars here cant even dignify a response when something goes wrong, what do you think they feel about a newer customer? I guess the extra thousand or two it cost is worth it to make me realize this business is no longer worth giving my money too. Good riddance.

ZERO stars if I could! Same situation as another reviewer...Dont buy here! They ripped me off too! Messed up the paper work...they are using knowingly leased vehicles as trade ins towards purchased vehicles and cutting checks for incorrect amounts in taxes. They also messed up the title process by submitting incorrectly for out of state. Which means it took 60 days to get my plates. I am a driver and have been out of work due to the plate situation. They have literally cost me over 5k. Dont buy from these shady people! Save yourself the time and hustle and go to a better dealership! They will be hearing from my lawyer and I will be sharing my story with the news stations. I hope you get shut down for your malpractice!

I LOVE MY 2020 OUTLANDER SPORT! The lease option by Mitsubishi of Dayton is wonderful. I couldn’t be happier with the trade in process. The Sales and Financial teams ofJosh Collier/Jeremiah and Mani were superb I would highly recommend Mitsubishi/Walker Toyota to all my fiends. We will definitely be returning at the end of the lease!

Went there for a recall service for my electric car. They did the needful without much delay. Overall the people there are friendly. I feel comfortable (and not pressured) dealing with them. I just havent been there enough times to comment on how consistent they are and have no idea how the sales division is, hence the missing star. Ill reconsider my rating after Ive had more experience with them.

Walker Toyota is the best car dealership i have ever dealt with. I have purchased 2 new Mitsubishis from the Walker Mitsubishi side and they are straight forward, no BS, and efficient. Both purchases with salesman Larry Purciful were amazing. He matched another dealerships price on both vehicles and beat that by $100. I bought one with cash last october and was in and out in 1 hour as we had already done all the work on the phone. I just financed one today and it took 1 hour also as we did everything on the phone beforehand. Larry is a professional and a no b.s. nice dude. Hit him up.

Just wanna day I had a great buying experience at Walker!! I was able to take home a new 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport LE! First I was helped by Andy and it was his first car sold! Second had a great time negotiating with sales manager Taylor! Wesley got all the numbers and paperwork done in a timely fashion! Great deal overall! Had a problem because I needed a suv to tow and they made a good deal! Went above and beyond and was always there to answer any questions!
