Jessie the Assistant Manager and Jose, the Manager truly make an A+ Team! We had to move in a hurry an these two made it happen for us. As for the facility and services, we were very impressed with the cleanliness, security, and ease of access to our spaces. We would definitely recommend StorQuest to anyone needing storage services.If theres something we can suggest for them is to have more carts available for tenants (there were only 5 and its a huge facility) and maybe make those elevator doors be a bit more patient! One can only look to one side and the elevators will close on your face!!!Greatly recommend them!!!

It was not an easy decision, and at the third tiime finally I signed the contract, This place is extremely clean and easy to get in and out through the storage building. lAll the time the employess went the extra mile to give an outstanding customer service and I am very happy about my decision!

Ive been using the storage for three months and I really like it. First three months were half the price. Then I decided to dowgrade to smaller unit and got half the price for three months again. Building and units are very clean and climate control is just great.

Since we just moved in Ill go with five stars for our initial experience. Well definitely reassess in a few months. Location is great, excellent maintenance, LOVE the elevators! New storage units next to the falls. I decided to go with this location versus public storage because they are new and clean. Pricing is competitive to public storage. They always run great deals here. Ive been here for almost a year and since then Ive upgraded my unit. The staff is extremely nice and helpful . Ive never had an issue here. I am tenant in this almost new facility since the beginning of the construction, before Store Quest purchased, at least one year now.I have two units ( one extra large and one normal) and I am happy of the space, the freedom of enter and exit the facility from 6 am until 10 pm and the fact that it is maintained super clean and safe. I am a filmmaker / photographer and I need access at different hours to pick up and store my equipment.Until now this is the best facility I ever used in Miami ( I used lots of them of all brands and areas in the last 27 years!!)The in store managing staff ( all of them) are nice, cooperatives and friendly. I will recommend for sure (and I have already recommended) this facility.

We were using another storage facility located near StorQuest but its rental rates have been progressively increasing to the point that our unit was just as expensive as the the previous (larger) unit that we rented there. So we checked out the (new) StorQuest facility and were particularly impressed with what they had to offer: a large covered parking area which is a huge boon especially during bad weather when the last thing you need is to be hit by a rain storm when youre trying to load or unload anything you want to put in or take out of your unit. As I said this is a very valuable benefit: I doubt there are very few other facilities that offer this!! (The previous one did not).The staff, including Raul who checked us in, was very friendly and went to great lengths to help us choose an appropriate unit which was fairly priced and certainly very competitive! The facility is clean and has a good selection of excellent carts to haul ones goods to or from the storage room. The main entry foyer has two elevators and a small garbage bin for small items that need to be discarded - a minor thing but nice to have! It also has a bathroom which is accessible even during after-hours: this is very convenient! (I doubt this is offered by other storage facilities). The storage unit we rented is excellent. Of course the whole building is comfortably air conditioned. From what I observed the facility is well monitored by security cameras in much of the building including the entrance and lobby.This StorQuest building is perfectly located in the heart of the Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, The Falls and adjacent neighborhoods. Great for our communities!

Jennifer helped us and gave us all the information. When we went in to sign and take possession of our unit, Jose helped us. They were both very pleasant, obliging and helpful. Great customer service and very professional.

This is such a great facility. It is very clean, great access, lots of dollies, always a good temperature and good lighting. On top of it being a great building, the staff are so friendly and helpful! Great customer service makes such a difference. And of course they have great prices and specials!! They are really awesome. If you are looking for a storage center, this is the place!!!

Absolutely amazing facility with a more than friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get the exact storage unit I was looking for quick and easy. Probably the best service I have received. The facility is also brand new so its stellar. Air conditioning and most important a covered parking area. Being in Miami where it rains all the time that makes loading in and out very easy and efficient.

The best of the best. Nice staff, clean facility. Love the fact that you can unload in bad weather and your fully protected under the building. Full AC thru the entire facility, so your not hot when working in your unit.

I can’t say enough about this storage business. The units are awesome no matter what size you choose. They are clean and air-conditioned and have a great security system! You feel safe no matter the hour you come in to the storage. The personnel are courteous and very professional. I could recommend this business to anyone that is looking for storage!

I came in just before the office closed, having reserved my unit online. The guy stayed late to make sure I got into my unit and show me how to get in and out after hours. He then stayed even later to help another customer. The space is clean and easy to. Feels very secure. Highly recommend for the storage and especially the great customer service!!

They were very nice and helpful. They showed me a unit close to the elevator since I needed easy access. I like that they have restrooms upstairs so that you can take a needed break when working in the unit. The only issue is that the entry doors on the south end of the building have not been working consistently.good thing hey there are two sets of doors!
