Don’t go there. They are thieves. The staff took part of my belongings because they I left it there when i was just accommodating my storage, gates are always open so people in the are can go inside and take your belongings too. They got lucky i am a good person and I didn’t want to call the police but please don’t go there

A/C UNIT NOT WORKING SINCE JUNE 2017, THEY MAKE IT WORK PART TIME SOMETIMES, THEY ARE BLAMING FPL FOR THE ISSUE, TBEY ARE USING THEIR OLD GENERATOR TO PROVIDE A/C BUT BREAKS UP AND HAVE DIESEL PROBLEMS, THEU ARE NOT GOUNG TO TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT IT, I ALREADY LEFT THE UNIT DUE MOLD DAMAGING MY STUFF, SUPERVISORS DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, I WAS A DAILY CUSTOMER VISITING MY UNIT THATS WHY I KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. IF YOU WANT TO BREATH MOLD OR HAVE YOUR STUFF DAMAGED AND OVERPAY FEES THEN STAY.

The storage looks safe and nice... what I don’t like about it is that every time I visit it, the girl always has an attitude and sometimes is rude. She should change her attitude while giving attention to the public..

Jorge the maintenance guy is extremely helpful. Very kind and give us it orientation about all the aspect. They guy at counter with initials JV that did the paperwork very helpful too. Very neat and clean.

After renting 40+ units from this location I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about A+ Mini Storage and its staff. Every encounter with the staff was met with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The manager and staff were attentive to all my companys needs and accommodated us with excellent service. The facility itself is always well maintained and secured. Access to the units is always a breeze as their are multiple entrances and docks for easy access. It has been a pleasure to do business on a moderately large scale with this storage facility. The ease of my entire experience would absolutely lead me to future business with A+ Mini in the future.

Says it closes at 6 but that is not true. Storage closes ar 5:30 and the office stays open until 6. Elevators are all passenger, nearly impossible to store furniture. But the price is excellent, the facility, cool and dry and management makes every effort to accommodate. Hopefully they will change their Google maps closing time info.

The store sales are very nice. The products are good and the prices are nice. Well organized store. The staff is very nice and friendly

Arrived at 3:40 and we were not let inside to pick up our stuff. Not even sure if it’s legal..

I’ve had my stuff in storage here for over two years. The staff is very helpful and the manager (Kevin) goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs!!!

This place is so unbelievably ridiculous with their hours of operation. They close at noon or early any chance they get so if you need to store and later retrieve any holiday decorations this is not the place. They’ll shut you out.

Its one of my work place offices, always great experience

I have been a customer at this location for several years, but today I visited my unit and I thought it had been compromised. The lock was on, the mesh was in place, but two of my personal effects boxes were open...At first I thought it had been compromised because I box and seal all my boxes. When I went earlier this month, seeing the two open without tape I immediately thought the unit had been compromised. Well, while we cannot explain how this can be, we are perplexed...but this prompted me to look around at other facilities...My rent has been increased several times, and my facilitys a/c is slightly warmer than others I visited. Pricing was less as well for the same unit. And the security at other locations was much better...So everything happens for a reason, and I will be moving on to a more secure facility. I owe these people an apology because MY UNIT WAS NOT COMPROMISED.

It is a very good and safe storage, but it seems unfair to me that every 6 months the cost increases when you are a responsible customer that you never fail with the payment and you only have it to store things, if the price continues to rise it is better not to rent the space and look for something cheaper because that is why you rent it.

This is the best of all the storage in deal, prices, clean. They are very friendly, I have been renting a space for 8 years, I love it, I recommend it.

Very good at your job.The opinion above was before changing the administration. Now the service is unfortunate. They put a woman to attend clients that shouldnt be there. I have discussed different matters with her 3 times and I have not been able to resolve. In the end I decided to leave because I have no one who serves me as a client every time I come.Mr. Jose is an excellent person, but unfortunately I can never agree with him. Im sure things with José would have been different. That girl should be taken off the counter.
