I ordered a ski rope. Their website said 4 day shipping. But they dont have it in inventory. They order it from the manufacturer and have them send it direct to me (i.e., drop ship). Eight days later, they tell me the manufacturer doesnt have it in inventory and they dont know when it will. So they say it will ship in 4 days, but dont even know if they have or can get the product for 8 days. What a joke. They clearly put anything on their website to sell a product, honest or not, and have no clue about their inventory or supply chain. What a pathetically poorly managed business. Run away! Run!

I recently ordered a pair of closeout ski bindings from them. A day later I got a call that they did not, in fact, have my size like it was shown on the website. Their customer service helped me pick out a new set of bindings over the phone and did not change my price because of an error. My new bindings are due to arrive far sooner than expected so that I can get on the water even faster. Truly phenomenal customer service. I will certainly be ordering my ski and wake products from them in the future!

I called several places looking for a specific item. When I called Miami Nautique they listened to what I was looking for, had knowledge of what I wanted and worked with the manufacturer to help me get it ordered. I will absolutely order from here again and they are my number one place to start! Customer service works and theirs is great!

Will not honor return, they sent the wrong tee shirt and will not return emails requesting the correct tee shirt or return of the incorrect one they sent me. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response over a period of a couple weeks. I don’t normally write reviews especially over such a small purchase. However in this case I was compelled too because they claim to accept returns and based on my experience they do not, even if they send you the wrong product.I highly recommend that you consider buying from a more credible retailer that will stand behind their mistakes. We all make mistakes but I’d rather take my business to someone I can trust. I want potential buyers to be aware. There are lots of better options out there.

Outstanding customer service. I called after hours after hours to see if they had a wakesurf board in stock. I wanted to get it as soon as I could for a day of wakesurfing on my day off. The board I wanted wasnt in stock but we found another comparable one and Daniel drove it to the fed-ex drop off location at the airport so I could get it next day! Back in december we order a wakeboard on line, it supposed to take less than 5-7 days top be deliver. Instead, 10 days AFTER buying it a sales person send a mail saying they didnt have it on stock. Finally, the owner took care of the problem and fix the whole situation. We decided to gave them a second chance on Sept 5, and AGAIN, 10 days AFTER placing the order they call saying they dont have it. WHY bothering is offer something they dont carry?? JUST NOT RELIABLE.

This was a surprise for a bday present...Daniel was incredibly easy to work with. We had size questions...and were looking for a CUSTOM suit. But didnt want to order a Custom w/o the correct size. Daniel got right on it! Put one in the mail for us to try on and we can then proceed with the Custom graphics. Will look forward to future business and working with Daniel..

Stay Local. I thought that Miami Nautique was a reputable name. My boys wanted an Eagle barefoot wetsuit that I could not find anywhere else on the internet. 2 months after charging my card I send an email request to find out what is going on. I get a response that the internet sales guy moved back to Spain and nobody has any clue what is going on. I am assured that my order will arrive in 2 weeks. That was 3 weeks ago...

We flew all the way to Miami, FL from Southern California to purchase a boat and ended up at Miami Ski Nautique. We had the most amazing experience at Miami Ski Nautique and Miguel really took care of us. They made us feel really comfortable, took us out on the water, gave us several options, they were very knowledgeable and had impeccable customer service. Went on thursday August 15 to look for a new ski. Picked one and asked the price and the guy working there said $939. I didn’t buy it, and later that day saw it online for $705 on their own website. Went back the next day to buy it, had a different salesman helping me and i was told again $939. I ended up paying 705 after i showed the salesman their online price. I like to think it was an honest mistake because they can’t keep up with such a large inventory on sales season. I would give it 5 stars except for this little confussion.

Ordered a product online at their store, which they were good enough to call me and tell me it was discontinued after 2 or 3 emails. Never got a refund, emailed another 3 or so more times with no response, was forced to go to paypal and open a case. They didnt respond to them either. Horrible. Quite a few things still up on their site saying they are available which they definately do not have nor can get. Waste of my time

Ordered a barefoot handle on June 6. Checked on the 10th to see when it would arrive, was told they would call me back. Never got a call. Called on the 12th, was told they would email me the tracking number, never got it. Called on the 14th, was told it would arrive on Monday the 17th. Im suprised at the slow service and lack of response, and probably will never order anything from them again.

Great customer service. Since I live in Florida shipping is only one or two days depending on what time of day I order. I ordered all my slalom course bouys and paid less than if I tried to order from the other Waterski companies, Amazon, Wally, Taylor made, or any other online retailer. The people are very knowledgeable about skis, gloves, handles, etc.... if you want anything waterski/wakeboard/wakesurf related they can take care of you!

Ive only ordered a few things over the internet with them, but so far my experience has been excellent. Ive received everything Ive ordered on time and as expected. On two occasions they have been out-of-stock of an item and theyve offered a comparable or better item at a great discount. I had to exchange a dead-out-of-the-box GoPro and they were super easy to deal with. I look forward to visiting their Pompano location next time Im down in South Florida.

It was the only place that had the product I was looking for. I made an international order and the product arrived one week after they informed me they had it in stock.I just think they could answer your emails a bit faster but in general it was a good experience.

Following a purchase of the amount of 160.48 dollars made on 06.05.2019 I found a double debit on my credit card. I have never received an answer from the company.

Ordered a vest for my granddaughter for Christmas. It ran small and I asked for an exchange. Though the original vest arrived in a timely manner, I have been really frustrated trying to get my replacement. Because of living in a rural area, I do a lot of internet shopping. This is the worst internet service I have ever received and would not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered two pair of gloves for my parents for their birthdays. My moms pair was out of stock and until I called 7 days later, did they inform me of this. They swapped them out for another pair and they both finally arrived, but weeks later than anticipated. The gloves that my mom received were too small so I contacted them to possibly exchange them. Two weeks later and still no response back. When I call they tell me they will call me back with an answer.

I ordered a comp vest online and I still didnt have it 2 weeks after placing the order. Turns out they said they had the one I ordered in stock when they really didnt. I didnt even know I was never going to get it until I had to email them wondering what happened to it.
