The best bookbag, suitcase, and travel crossbody i’ve ever owned!

Love my new Kipling bag. Im totally addicted to this brand. I have well over a dozen Kipling bags.

I don’t think I have seen this store before at the international mall and I’m glad they do have it.It’s cute and not too big.Good service and a great variety of products.They had a good sale too and we will be back to get the Disney collection book bag and lunchbox.

The manager Jessica at this location was amazing. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and my daughter wanted embroidery. She went above and beyond to get this done. After multiple purchases at this location and disappointing experiences they finally get someone who can provide excellent customer service.

I walk into the store with my keeping bag for a refund as soon as RAUL the assistant manager sees me try to Avoid have 👁 Contact because he knew I was a refund or return.with my gift receipt in my hand and waiting to show him my bank account so he know the way I make the payment in order for him to do refund he didnt wanted to help me and start giving me attitude and giving me excuses. Nex time I prefer to buy in the real Kipling no in a private store . Real Kipling is in international mall

I love this store, but today i came with a stroller and Maria a worker at the store came up and said we couldnt leave the stroller there also it didnt sound in a good way it sounded as an order.

Love their products but 100 dollars for a backpack...

02/20/21 Today I received a terrible service, there were 2 girls asking them something and they answered me in a bad way and without desire. I went to the store to buy.

We were very well taken care of by the staff, especially by Daniela. Was super helpful and patient. We had great discounts. Highly recommend!

Its not my preference, in fact I dont even like the brand.But as I had to buy a gift I went through the store.The service is very good, the store is organized and clean, the products are good.

Super cheap compared to chile, I bought 4 bags for the price of 1 in Chile. We were attended by a Mexican woman who was too friendly and patient
