Took a short vacation to Miami Beach and my Rimowa trunk needed some minor repairs. Dropped it off on Thursday and all the repairs were completed by Saturday. Excellent customer service.

If I could give Wilson and the Miami Technician 6 stars, I would. They rock, they’re efficient and congenial. What more could you want. Two of our bags were senselessly savaged by DL or Skywest and TSA, and I was told it was normal. They never even called back on the claim. Rimowa said, “No worries!”
I had older Rimowa suitcases that needed repaired, including a crack and new wheels. I called and dealt with Elvis Rosa. He was extremely professional and helpful and guided me through the steps to send and repair my suitcases. He was kind, quick and soon I had my luggage back looking better than ever.

Great service and repairs here. Went in with some Salsa Airs that had cracked cases and got them fixed and reinforced. Wonderful! Rimowa has won my loyalty. With the word getting out the wait time is now 1-2 weeks, but they can squeeze a few people in faster if you are transiting.
Nice Rimowa store, retail prices here. They carry the full product line. The staff was helpful in showing us the latest designs.

I would give them 6 stars if this is a option!!! Had a problem with one of my Rimowa carry on luggage, and went to this store this morning, they fixed it with in 15 minutes. They do things nice and fast. Big shout out to the store manager Wilson Frias and sales associate Carlos Ramirez, they are very professional, humble people. The service in this store are beyond VIP. I have been many Rimova store in the world, they are the best! Great store, Great people, Great service.
One wheel was broken on my Rimowa when I arrived in Miami. I googled for luggage repair and found this excellent shop. They came out on the street when I could not find the shop, they repaired the wheel while I was waiting. They even offered me cold water while I was waiting. I recommend this shop!

The service by representative Muika at Rimowa was simply exceptional. I am an international traveller with experience of luxury brands and I can honestly say Muika provided me with one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Rimowa as a brand is also very unique in terms of how efficiently they handle damaged or broken bags. I had two of my Rimowa bags damaged on transit that needed urgent repair before my next flight. Muika handled the entire process with efficiency, care with the entire repair process only took 24 hours. Muika and the repair team at the Miami store went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. So much so, my mother has become a Rimowa fan and has vowed to purchase their entire luggage set the next time we are in Miami! Thank you once again Muika.

World Class service
Had a problem with the locker of one of my Rimowa luggage and went to the store to leave it there and maybe pick it up a couple of days later. For my surprise the sales associate, Carlos Ramirez backed up by the other associate John, replaced both lockers right away. I mean, REALLY right away because it took less than 5 minutes and no need to fill forms and so.That’s the way to build and sustain a brand.Congrats RIMOWA.

Quality and reliability are attributes expected when you deal with RIMOWA. My Topas Siver had a severely damaged wheel that ripped from the metal casing. Not knowing what to expect in terms of repair Elvis and the team at RIMOWA made the process of repair and replacement uncomplicated through follow up communication and explanation of options. I knew that Rimowa was great luggage when I purchased a Salsa case five years ago. Now I can confirm that Rimowa customer serve is equally great. I recently sent my suitcase to the Miami store for repair. Communication was super and my repair was done quickly . Elvis and Andrea are the best!

I cant say enough about the SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE from ELVIS at the Miami store!! We have many Rimowa cases and during a repair he provided a loaner, which was a LIFE SAVER!! We travel a LOT and would have been in trouble without the loaner case. His patience and efforts to replace the broken case were amazing, allowing us to continue traveling with the loaner until the issues were resolved. Rimowa makes great products but this kind of customer service is GOLDEN and hard to find. We will be buying more cases from Elvis, in Miami, in the future. Not too mention, hes a lovely person and an animal advocate!! THANK YOU ELVIS!
Excellent products AND excellent service. Carlos Ramírez exceeded expectations (pretty high, btw) in my recent visit to take took my luggage for repairs. He was initially very cordial and helpful over the phone and efficiently worked with the repair guy (sorry I didn´t take his name) to return my repaired luggage within a couple of hours after dropping it. Friendly and competent, he coached me into buying a separate piece of luggage. Really recommended.

The day before departing Miami for NY, I noticed significant damage to my Large Salsa Deluxe Suit Case. I contacted RIMOWA (115 NE 40th St - Wynwood) 2 hrs before close of business (spoke to Elvis Rosa).Elvis suggested that I bring the bag in for assessing...I drove at a frantic, yet safe pace to the service centre from Sunny Isles to Wynwood.Elvis presented as an extremely nice, understanding, and considerate store associate. He assessed my suitcase and immediately contacted the RIMOWA HQ.Amazingly, he arranged a replacement case within 30 mins and the new case was a current model upgrade. I expected a like for like replacement. But why would I disagree with a fast and effective bag upgrade.I am highly recommending that all RIMOWA Customers consider the Wynwood RIMOWA Store when making purchases or repairs.Thanks Elvis👍

My suitcase broke from a tire, I dialed Rimowa Miami and Wilson took care of me, I arrived at the store and they changed it for a new one. Excellent service from Rimowa and Wilson.
Supposedly Rimowa is one of the best suitcase brands in the world. We bought a trunk that we use a few times to travel and in one of them, the suitcase cracked close to where the zipper is. We took it to the store to check on the possibility of a repair and to our surprise the salesman said he couldnt do anything. That there is no repair for the damage done.It is not that kind of customer service that I expected, especially from a customer who was loyal to the brand.

Due to bad handling, the closure was broken. I contacted Rimowa Miami and they sent me the replacement FREE OF CHARGE, they even paid me the freight. An excellent service. The product is incredibly light, I have the size 30 and 29. My recommended, both the product and the service of the store.
