I bought a complete set years ago. Told they had a lifetime warranty. Now I sent in three suitcases to have zipper pulls fixed and one zipper split. Now I’m talking about a simple attachment you use to open or close the bag. I get an email saying all three bags are out of warranty and not repairable. How is it possible they can’t repair the attachment for the zipper?I respond to the email asking what are my options and how do I get my bags returned? Three emails and no response. They don’t have a phone number to call. Do they just keep $3,000 of luggage. This company is broken. Don’t waste your money. Buy bags that are less expensive and consider them disposable. Tumi is not worth the price.
