Terrible customer service! I’ve been buying Fajas for years and I’ve never seen someone so unenthusiastic and un helpful. I honestly wanted to buy but this mans attitude put me off.

Customer service really bad, when I asked her for help she told me to wait and I waited ten minutes. On top of that she had a really nasty attitude. To specify it was the skinny girl with black hair.

Great customer service!Ive been there twice after my surgeries and I would go back again, the gentleman is very helpful, measured me both time and helps me to get the right one. Material is great! I’ve ordered others from online and nothing is the same as those. I buy the small and tight and they mold my body great.Do recommend it specially after surgery.

Saw they opened at 9:30am online. Went around 9:45am before my massage and the metal covering was still down. Definitely will go back as I need to get a back board before I go.

I came to this place because it was close to my surgery center and was told it was cheaper here than the garments sold at the surgery place. I walked in and the guy was very rude and expected me to know my size, mind you, Im preparing for surgery so the size I need is not the size I have now. He didnt bother to help with my measurements, he just threw the tape measure at me. His mother was no help she just sat in the corner the whole time. Needless to say, just pay for the garment at your surgery center and save yourself the headache!

Went there twice during what was suppose to be operating hours and the medal doors were closed both times. There wasnt a sign saying when or if they would be open but Google said they were suppose to be at those times. I dont think the places is operating anymore.

Cant try on the garments and the man who sells the garments just throws you the tape measure, he doesnt help you with the measuring tape so make sure you know how to use it.

Very informal regarding the schedule! They have a paper outside saying that from 12 pm to 7 pm !! However they open around 3 oclock onwards! I have checked it twice

The hours of this place are disrespectful. They put that they opened at 2:30 pm after I was in the place they changed at 3:00 pm then at 4pm, wait and they changed again 4:20 pm. Very disappointed in the end I go they are not the only ones who have girdles.

I give a star because you can not go without qualification. But terrible service. The gentleman who attended me from behind the counter just pointed out things, unkind ... I ask him how it worked if they mediated me or gave me one to try, his answer was just to show the tape measure.There was another lady behind and she did not flinch ... As if no one had entered ...I was so upset that I left without buying anything.

They are cheap but poor quality, they feel just fair but they do not mold, the Boy is not helpful, he does not even give you the tape and the sash in his hand .. he just leaves it on the counter very apathetically .. And there is a woman there working but not even support to measure correctly, and there is no tester !! :(
