I purchased merchandise from here often. I didnt want any money back. I wanted to exchange a size. Merchandise still in the original box all tape and everything intact. The owner told me she couldnt do it. I told her no problem..... I will never purchase anything else out of that store and well tell all my family and friends to cut ties with her. I am a regular she just sold me merchandise 3 days ago.

Horrible service of the Manager at the time of charging me the merchandise, this type of people should not serve the customers, I felt very bad for their treatment Must have more kindness with people and have education how is a (Manager.) An older lady who also works in the same business was quite the opposite, she was a very kind attention. I consider her as an example of the business of good treatment and kindness towards clients.
