My wife ordered a few items from here on a groupon, and they shipped it to the wrong address, they never applied the groupon, they hung up on us on the phone, weve talked to them and they tell us well fix it and someone will contact you in a few days, with no resolve. Lastly weve been trying to resolve this issue for over three months and still horrible customer service when we call.
