I Ordered a custom garment in October 08, 2021 (Order # 10718), It is the same color and the same style that I ordered.  However, the measurements are not what I ordered.The waist measurement should be 32 inches and they made it 20 inches. Hips measurement should be 48 inches and they made it 32 inches. Torso measurement should be 34 inches and they made it 22 inches. Bust measurement should be 48 inches and they made it 32 inches. I cant fit in it. My faja was not made to my measurements.It is ridiculously small and you can see with the naked eye how small it is.  I cant even think of try to put it on because at first glance it looks so much smaller than my other girdles. I have proof that I gave them the correct measurements, because the measurements are in my online order. The girdle I received has all the measures extremely reduced.On the other hand, the girdle is very poor quality, it does not have an internal lycra lining.I sent 2 emails to customer services and no one has answered me yet.

Custom ordered a stage 2 faja. They said it would be 10 days to delivery, took almost 4 weeks. When I finally got it, there was no way it could fit! This isnt my first time putting on a faja, the measurements were way off. I started with a live chat and they asked me to send in a video taking my measurements and a video putting the faja on. Every time I would try to send the video the chat would time out and lose the connection. After 4 tries, I decided to send an email. They requested the same itmes thru email. Now, if you are not familiar with compressing videos, you will never be able to send this, due to their size. Anyway, they sent back an answer saying I needed to watch a YouTube video to learn how to put on the faja and that it was perfectly made. I gave up the battle, honestly I wish I would have never left Miami without the garment. I am out 200 dollars and have no faja to wear!

As expressed in my previous review, I wore this garment one time and the first and only time I’ve worn it it ripped from the stitching. As you can see from these photos the advise is perfectly Intact. I never dried put any heat to this garment. Even after I’ve shown proof. The whomever is behind the computer because you can’t reach a live person is lying. The company is not taking ownership of their wrong doing. The product was made poorly because it’s ripped from the stitching. Instead of giving me an exchange or a refund they rather not take owner ship which is Sad. I spent a lot of money on this Garment. The customer service is horrible.I don’t have what’s app, the manger Should call me on the number I provided through a landline. What business owner uses what’s app as a primary way to reach customers??? How unprofessional.

Great service and great product. This company went above and beyond for me. My order was accidentally ship to my old address and they resent it to my new address. Then for the life of me I couldnt get my fajas on and the owner personally video called me and patiently coached me on how to properly wear it and the tip on how to adjust it. Hands down best place ever and well worth the money

Curvy Gyals by far has the best fajas. They are well made and have the most amazing fabric. Exactly what you need in a garment. When they said “No compression in the butt” the meant it. Ordered my custom made strapless waist eraser on 24th February 2021 and I received it on 3rd March 2021. Fits snug as expected. Mine was non surgical and I lost 4 inches of my waist. I love it!

Terrible Quality, I Highly do not recommend purchasing from this company. Trust me for the money that you spend, you most likely will be able to find a better Faja on Amazon compared to this type of cheap material. The torso area was way too long and Im also dissatisfied with the material. I reached out to the company regarding refund or exchange. Their response to the issue was no exchange or refund, regardless of them having a letter in the box informing the terms used with accepting exchanges.

Wow! The compression is amazing!! Ordered mine 3 days post op with all my measurements. Came in within 16 days. At first it wouldn’t fit, I tried and tried. Felt like it was ripping! I placed an order 9/15 in store and was told it would take 2/3 weeks. As I hit the 3 week mark, I called the store (which takes nearly 10-30 mins for them to answer) and was told that they had not shipped my faja because they didn’t have my zip code. Meanwhile I wrote down all my information (phone number, address, email) the day of purchase. So I basically had to call them just for them to tell me they don’t have my zip code. Why hadn’t they called me in the first place to inform me this? My faja came in almost 5 weeks after purchased. However the faja is perfect, no complains about the faja whats so ever !
