Buyer BEWARE, they DO NOT accept returns nor will they refund your money. Mind you this is not placed anywhere in the store, I found about it after making my purchase. I truly regret ever shopping at this boutique, dont make the same mistake I made. Shop elsewhere or better yet online.

Bought my pen from here around July 2020. In February 2021, the pen spontaneously exploded and destroyed the internal mechanism WHILE OPENING it. No drops, nothing. The pen sits in my office and never leaves.Dropped the pen off for a warranty claim in February. I have called the store multiple times. No one answers. I have gone to the store multiple times and they are either extremely understaffed or extremely slow. Here I am, 3 months later, and still out my $400 pen with no update from this terrible store and company.

We arrived to the store midday on a Tuesday and waited at the front door for 25 min+ The employees were aware of our presence and never assisted us, they ignored us. Terrible service and completely disrespectful.

The Montblanc store in Dadeland Mall is a great place to get quality pens, jewelry, and cool accessories. I was really impressed with the selection of items that they had on display in the store and found two items that I could not leave without. The staff here was very helpful and available to answer all of the questions I had. This store was very well managed and had everything together.

They offered excellent service and a very attentive staff, I had the whole experience to be great from beginning to end. Its what I would look for when purchasing an expensive item from a store. From time I called in to confirm they had stock of a select wallet, to the time I came to our ch ase then have it monogrammed. The advice was great and it did not make me feel rushed at all. The follow up phone call was also pleasant.

I feel very disappointed with the service of the store at dadeland mall. In December I went to buy a belt for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. I shoul have known there that my nightmare was about to start because they ignored me all the time but I really like the belt so when I finally got their attention I bought the belt.After Christmas we went to the aventura mall store to cut the belt because that’s closer to my boyfriends house, when we got there the lady told us that they couldn’t cut the belt because it was already cut and damaged and advise us to go to dadeland, saying that she have seen the weirdest things from the store over there and that a lot of costumers in aventure complains about the dadeland store.After the holidays we went on vacation so we couldn’t go tho dadeland until today. When we arrive at the store you could see that the are not very friendly, the guy was visibly upset when we told him that we tried exchanging the belt in aventure saying: I don’t know why they do that, they do that all the time, and we exchange things from aventura.Afterwards they guy said that the belt was cut and they couldn’t exchange it, I complaint because I was so frustrated with the accusation and felt dumb for not noticing the belt was damaged when they sold it to me. Everything got worse when the tall guy called the manager, who was even worse during the phone conversation accusing us also of cutting the belt and refusing to give us our money back and finally threatening me boyfriend and me of calling security and throwing us from the store.When I left the store I burst into tears I felt so violated and powerless and feeling like I lost 329 dollars on a belt. But worse than the money I felt completed ashamed and humillieted with the service and the way the handle the whole situation was the worse. They should not be named a luxury brand, because that’s not what the service is demonstrating.Do not buy montblanc and definitely never go to the dadeland mall store, they are the worst.

Store well equipped, I went in for the fountain pens, but I just didnt make a connection with the woman who helped me. I expected there to be someone on hand who was a user, like me. This is the only reason I deduct a star.

The attention in that store is horrible, I was looking for a mans wallet and a boy with a horrible attitude attended me, by mistake I took a wallet worth 250 dollars, one time I realized I returned to give it back and when I gave it to him I said, for the next one, have better attention and respect for customers

The blonde short-haired saleswoman, a lady is the worst saleswoman in the world, after I bought a wallet she suggested that I go back to the store after Christmas to personalize it, I was buying a Christmas present! Besides, I asked for a refund and he really denied it, what a bad time and all thanks to that woman!
