Pop-up Fendi Cafe is okay, its nothing great. Theres usually a line out the door to order - to give you an idea of how long the line is, one person got in line while the rest of us tried to find parking (Design District has terrible parking) and by the time we had finally parked and got back to the cafe they had just got to the front of the line. Thankfully the prices arent bad, similar to like Starbucks prices for coffee and the food isnt overpriced either. Go for the pics.
The store and team are amazing! They were nothing short of professional and did everything in their power to accommodate me as a client. I would highly recommend that you stop into this location for all of your Fendi needs. Cheers

5 stars for the experience. Definitely exceeded my expectations, although they weren’t high to begin with. The French toast was quite nice and the fruit that came with it was sweet and fruit and fresh.You will probably have to wait in line for a bit as a heads up but there is ample amount of seating inside and outside.

Terrible service! Went to this cafe for an afternoon cup of coffee with two of my friends. We waited in line for 30-minutes to place an order, 15- minutes for mediocre cappuccinos, and then another 50-minutes for two cold almond & chocolate croissants and avocado toast. Funny enough- I asked the server if my croissants were toasted and he confirmed that my cold croissants were just toasted. Miami is blazing hot- there’s no way that my food can get cold within a matter of him transferring it from the oven to my table. Nonetheless, the server took back my croissants and brought back the same cold items. At that point, I just gave up and enjoyed the scenery.
Horrible Customer Service! Waited forever for cold food to arrive, no utensils or condiments. Aesthetics are nice and price was reasonable for coffee and pastries but nothing else.
This use to be a simple cafe! Now with fancy name with lousy service! Ordered a Sunny Side Eggs after 15 minutes they arrive with scrambled eggs! I told them I ordered Sunnyside Eggs, they took it back and return with single sunnyside egg with broken yolk and ice cold!!! I returned it five minutes they served over easy egg (single) despite menu clearly says two eggs!
Super attentive to all the black people they followed around the store and ignored the other customers leaving them unattended. Had a much more pleasant experience in some of the other neighboring boutiques.
Buy shoes in this shop, the Manager and the other very tall employee treated me with disdain and in a very RUDE way, UNBELIEVABLE!!!No More Fendi for me !!!

My husband an I went in an spent over 3,000 dollars. We was giving the most horrible customer service experience.first off the manager kept trying to pressure me to buy an 880 dollor shirt instead of getting me the 440 dollar shirt I asked for off the hanger. He was so matter of fact about that situation! Also, when it came time to check out Instead of wrapping an boxing our items, they were all threw inside of one bag balled up. Every item that we took interest in we was told was not available. The manager of the store was the rudest. He told us he had limited supplies on boxes so we couldn’t get the proper treatment we should have gotten. Also this is not our first time shopping at fendi, nor any high end store. I was an still is so upset of the way we was treated. I expressed to him that the customer should always get good customer service, especially when they’re spending good big money. I also let him know that I will be reaching out to someone until we receive an apology an boxes for our items
After ordering simple french toasts, waiting for a considerable amount of time, and getting them cold, I decided to complain. Told them the food was cold and their reply was “Since you already tried them, we cannot do anything for you”.How am I supposed to know if the food is cold if I cannot taste it?!Terrible customer service. The manager would not even come out to give an explanation.
