STAY AWAY from this place !!!!!!!!! Specifically from the salesman named SEBASTIAN!!!! HE LIED ABOUT ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING HE TOLD ME about the new HQ 4th gen watch. It has none of the features he said it had. And has no LIFETIME WARRANTY. I saw it in a magazine that came home and I went to the store to ask more questions. BIG mistake. He LIES about everything just to sell the product. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went on Sunday the last day of the black friday deals. He WASTED MY TIME. And when someone in the back resized my watch, they ended up breaking something in it and my watch fell off my arm as I was walking to my car and I had to go back and fix what they broke. THESE KIDS ARE COMPLETELY LOST IN THIS BUSINESS. Returned the watch the very next day.

Ive bought here in the past, nothing special regarding service. However this time service was terrible. I went directly to the counter looking for a pulse replace for my dads Fosil watch, no greetings at all, only how can I help you.. he saw the watch and said We dont have that size, wait and he turned back to help another person who was being helped by someone else. he came back to me,, put a couple of pulses over the counter and said Thats all we have I choose one, he put the pulse on the watch and charged me full price for it (This store suppose to have discounted prices). I paid for it and realized that the pulse was wrong installed. I ask the guy and he insisted it was good, then he noticed the mistake and fixed with a really bad attitude. My bad review basically is because service is the most important thing in a store. Unfortunately I dont remember the clerks name, Hes a Latin guy as he speaks Spanish, but his service was rude with zero interest. I think he works under commission and he doesnt make money by selling a pulse, but he is selling the entire store, which means that you have lose a client because of this bad attitude.

Very nice store, with friendly staff.. Bought a hybrid SmartWatch and a ladies clutch bag. Got good discount. The staff was very friendly with adjusting the links on the strap. Overall, great experience shopping here

Horrible service they only pay attention to the shoppers that look like they have money... no hello, welcome or how can i help u. During the holidays they lie and say their engraving machine is broken BC that takes time away from them making sales and making their commission or meeting daily sale goals. You call and ask is the machine is working they say yes of course go in literally ten mins later they said it’s broken and the person that answered the phone didn’t know... lost this customer forever and sad bc i buy for all the men in my family during the holidays birthdays and fathers days.

I was cheated by the cashier in the Fossil Shop!!I bought a bag in the shop. When I was by the cashierwomen the said me two times, that the payment didnt function even though on the payment terminal was standing approved. so I paid three times the bag instead of once. I‘m sure the lady at the cashbox cheated my intentionally. So watch out carefully when you by something in this shop.What disappointed me too was that when I wrote to Fossil, they answered me that I have to go back to the shop to get my money back. Sorry but the shop is integrated in an outlet mall by the airport. The most people who buy something there arent from the region. Im from switzerland and I have no chance to go back So I would never buy anything from fossil again!
