Nice store,but experience is horriable 😠. I had account in Hermés and bought something at Orlando and Vancouver before,she‘s very rud and told me I need BUILD UP relationship with her,CAN NOT looking for others, otherwise I can not get my dream bag(or anythings)it is make me very uncomfortable.

Meg and April were awesome! You know that dreadful feeling of shopping alone and you just need a gf or your mom to exchange ideas and talk things through? These ladies were able to provide genuine feedback for me. April helped me with footwear requests while Meg helped with jewelry and leather accessories and they were both amazing. Meg particularly was patient and was always super respectful of my questions, no matter how silly they were – I never once felt judged. Meg took the unassuming approach of how much, or little, I will spend at the store. I felt like we were in our own bubble and it was satisfying to not being forced down someone else’s agenda when making big purchases like this. Unfortunately I left the store empty handed, the first time around that is, and after doing some shopping at neighboring boutiques, I decided to return and purchased a piece that I wasn’t even considering in the first place. I’m super excited and happy about my purchase! It is unmistakably easy to feel that judgey aura and receive that not-so-subtle sigh of a disappointment from a SA at high-end boutiques when you leave the store empty handed especially after they spend so much time with you. So for these ladies to make me feel welcomed and wholeheartedly focus on my needs when we were surrounded by other patrons, this is how you plant brand loyalty. Keep up the great work, ladies, I look forward to my next visit!

I would highly recommend April, she was extremely nice and very knowledgeable, every single item that I wanted weren’t available, but it’s ok, I totally understand that this happened due to the COVID-19, I will be patiently waiting for my items! I just went to the store and felt horrible. I bought a pair of sandals with “the manager” Yeny and felt like she was doing me a favor. I dont ever want to go back there because of how she made me feel. She is not prepared to give such customers the needed treatment. Zero Customer service skills. Sad honestly.

If you like premium leather, come see this establishment, just be ready to pay a premium price. Some items seem to be overpriced, simply for having the name brand, but thats the case for all the luxury brands. Definitely full of quality products. Go see.

Beautiful store but very slow and clueless customer service for the most part - rather disappointed after being a very loyal Hermes customer for over thirty (30) years. Not the level of service I have come to expect in the past. Seems like the “tropical climate” effect has even infected the high end retail market down here.
Hermes carries the most handsome and elegant silk ties and has a responsive and dedicated online Customer Service team. I hope that The Hermès Tie Society becomes available at the Miami Design District location.
Let me start off with that due to corona virus you need to make an appointment. So I did and they said they will call me back to confirm and they did NOT. So I called them back and made sure my appointment was still on the schedule for that day. When I got to the store the manager of the store said if I don’t have an email confirmation I can’t go in. I was never told this at any point of making the appointment and was not aware of that, so I told him I made the appointment called twice to confirm and if it’s not in the system it’s on them not me. So the solution hé came up with was that I wait till the store closes and then he will let me in for a couple of minutes. Never going to that location EVER!!!!!!!

It has been true pleasure to work with Jennifer Watson, she is extremely professional, polite, always smiling and engaged and helpful. This store has a beautiful selection of products and the customer service has truly surprised me. Im definitely not a targeted client for Hermes and have had underwhelming service at past locations. However, this I have bought several products at this location and am very impressed with thefriendly service provided. Cant wait to come back! :)

Let me start off with I have never seen customer service like this since the Pretty woman movie. once you walk in the store the guys who work in the men area dont even say good morning or greet the customers as they walk in. I was ANGRY AND SHOCKED at the same time. I am thinking to myself, dont they know all the merchandise in this store can be ordered on line, like the way I ordered my Hermes Belt kit. and there is no need for the customers to even come into any store now. ON the other hand I was met by the most wonderful sale lady Jennifer Watson, she was the best Even though i ordered my belt on line for store pick up, she sized it to me in store and give me my true size.Jennifer keep up the great work and those guys in the men area need to watch and take customer service tips from you.

My sales associate was really nice and helpful. However the ones that were on the first floor were careless about the fact that I was going with a stroller and would have probably needed help with the door. They didnt even bother to say good bye, when I said bye!

Went there to make some changes on my belt and no one even looked at me, they didn’t even say hello, even thought I said goodbye no one cared. They never came to help me or assist me. The worst service ever
Maybe it’s the holidays but I went in trying to buy a cashmere scarf blend and an iPhone watch band and they were dismissive. #shophermesstbarths. Miami arts district Hermes is full of uneducated, uncultured sales people that are borderline rude. No thank you. I’ll spend their commission somewhere else. Armani was Amazing! When you rest your laurels on your brand alone I loose interest quickly.

Attention Hermès Management.I am a long standing and loyal client of Hermès and have never had any reason to complain.In January of 2018 I ordered a Birkin 35 at your store located at 163 NE 39th Street, Miami, Florida, 33137.At that store, I was introduced to a salesperson whose name is Joana Minzala.When I placed my order, Joana informed me that in order to speed the delivery process,that she expected to be taken care of.The bag was delivered to the store on June 20th, 2018. When I went to pick up the bag, Joana gave me her “negative” attitude because I did not offer her a tip for her service.◦ In November of 2018 I returned to the store and ordered Kelly Pochette and Kelly 25. Joana told me that in order to insure that I would get these bags, I had to be “good to her”. So I requested both bags. I want to let you know that Joana’s behavior, once again was not what I or any other client would/should expect from a premier, luxury designer like Hermès. Asking for compensation,’tips”, to insure that I get what I want is totally unacceptable. Her behavior and attitude was an absolute shock.I have called and emailed Joana on numerous occasions to inquire as to the status of my request for both bags.Last week I physically drove to the store and when I asked Joana why she has not responded to my emails and phone calls, her answer was, “I saw your emails but had nothing to report as to the status”. I did find out that Joana requested the wrong bags. Speaks volumes as her product knowledge and professionalism. The bottom line is I waited and wasted five months for bags that I would never get!!I am writing you to let you know how unsatisfactory Joana’s service was!!!

Terrible customer service. I have a watch and have been trying to purchase an overpriced new leather strap and have called several times, spoken to sales people who never return my calls nor gotten back to me about ordering the strap, availability or exact price. I am in shock with the lack of consideration for existing clients. I will never buy anything from Hermes again.
They refused to provide me with a copy of my watch repair details. They gave me something but only after I insisted. When I asked to at least take a picture of the notes they had made on the repair (for my records), the manager refused to--no reason provided either. Giving customers any kind of attitude and poor customer service is typically a no-no, but it is particularly unacceptable when dropping this kind of cash.
