The first time I went I was treated with respect. The second time I went they gave me a Karen. Youre not better than the customer, remember that. Thats why you work for LV & I work for myself. Hire better staff
I am appalled at the disrespect that a supposed store manager (Enrique) showed when I went in for an issue I had with my most recent purchase. I was being helped by one of the store associates who very obviously did not care to help me when the supposed store manager Enrique jumped in the conversation acting extremely disrespectful and hostile telling me that I am not paying for quality I am paying for a name brand !! he literally told me If you buy a Ferrari and you scratch it, s that anyones problem? which is not even the case of why I brought the shoes in, I bought a pair of shoes less than 3 months ago that I have slipped with my 5 month old baby more than twice !! The sole is a slip and slide its unwearable. I have never had any issue with any product that I bought from this brand or any other luxury brand and the first Issue I have, I get the worst customer service EVER. Not only that Enrique was extremely disrespectful as he said that I was cursing in my native language in a conversation I was having with my sister. And to keep my voice down .... I never EVER raised my voice as I had my daughter and niece and nephews with me. He was very obviously gas lighting me ! He followed me around the store and even followed us out! we were two women with small children and he was extremely rude and disrespectful and hostile. I dont believe that this was any way to treat a returning paying customer but much less a human being.
Very attentive staff and pleasant location in Dadeland Mall. Lots of stores and restaurants you can visit as well π

I went in for an exchange on a recently purchasedLV Graceful MM and he was very patient and accommodating! At first, I was a bit disappointed with his response in terms of exchanging my handbag, however after a few minutes and some informative conversation with this gentleman, he made the experience very welcoming and satisfying. I have been using Montblanc in wallet in different size for many years, and just when I started to change to Louis Vuotton I arrived at this store 20 minutes before closing and they did not let me in, they have this store fully cordoned off that looks like a concentration camp, disappointed I WILL NEVER BUY A LOUIS VUITTON, do not go to this store it is very unpleasant to feel that they do not respect their consumers

Call, made an order, all is well. Never got package. Tried to cal land get a tracking number or something. Called no answer for 15 mins of straight ringing. Called the Sacs number and ext. Rang off the hook for another 10 minutes. Order charge account cant get anyone, and dont have the package.
My client advisor Carla was very patient with me. She listened to the style I wanted and let me see the bags and wallets as many times as needed to make sure I picked the right one . I am writing this review to let you know if you are considering a purchase at this LV store, make sure you absolutely love your purchase because an exchange may not be so easy.I went in to exchange a handbag the day after I bought it because of what I thought was a slight defect and I was referred to the manager who didnt share my opinion. I wanted the same style bag, not even issue a refund. He explained that the style I chose is not a structured bag, so that style tends to sag at the bottom which kind of made sense, so I stayed with my purchase since I really like its style

Didnβt even get greeted when I walked in, The girl at the register was rude and stuck up, I asked her for a wallet I seen at the window. She looked over and asked another girl to do it even tho she wasnβt doing anything but standing there. I guess she expected me not to buy anything when I was clearly asking for help. When the other associate helped me she was nice, answered my questions and actually helped me out . Special thanks to Lisette for explaining everything and taking the time to help me unlike her co worker . For being lv and the money I spent I expected way better service !
I been costumer from this store for 2 years now, last year on December i came back from my trip and I decide to spend money in another piece from Louis Vuitton, I went to the boutique and ask for help from a lady that was standing in front of me that supposed to be helping people and I ask her for help, and she donβt even pay attention to me because they treat you base in how you look, and she was using her phone.. She call her other co-walker to help me, that day I was wearing a normal outfit and a Gucci sandals and my Rolex.. I donβt know whatβs going on in Miami, the other boutique in Miami design district itβs the same thing they donβt ask you for drinks, all the associates look mad, Iβm spending probably the pay check of one of them, and they donβt treat you good.. BS
Store associates act like theyβre above the customer. Newsflash - youβre an associate, not the CEO of LV - a bit of courtesy and respect would go a LONG way. Take your business to Aventura Mall, the LV employees there actually care about customers.
I went to this store to buy a wallet that I didnβt find at the other LV stores and I can say that itβs the worst customer service, nobody approach to me to even ask me if I need it help, I was waiting for more than 10 mints, the 2 ladies at the register didnβt even ask me if I need it help.... donβt ever go this store.
I have bought products in this store before(saks, dadeland mall) but yesterday I had a really bad experience, I got into the store expecting to buy something nice, there were around 7sellers and nobody looked at me, I ask for help to one of the sellers, he said: one moment please; i kept waiting for around 7-8 min until I left the store with empty hands. A store like Louis Vuitton should have a better costumer service

Sales Associate over the phone by the name of Holland was horrific.Could not assist with my purchase information. Was extremely rude and put me on hold 3 times; must be to receive answers to the questions I was asking. Save yourself the trouble and purchase at Aventura instead.

Walked in yesterday to purchase ladies shoes and a menβs bag, me and my wife were not even acknowledged in the ladies section 2 associated chanting and another one taking pictures of him self holding a bag, finally left to the menβs section and the associate there was having a long drawn out conversation with a saks employee I stood right in front of him for 5 min not a single word was said to me till I decided to walk out that where he said did you want to see something.
I wish I could give this store 0 stars. Horrible horrible customer service. Do not go there. I repeat, do not go there. Go to the Gables!
We asked a lady to see a specific bag and she supposedly went to look for it and after waiting 20 minutes she was off helping someone else. Ill go to Aventura next time.
