I purchased a purse on March 8th and it is now July 13th and I still have not received my product/purse. The sales associate that I purchased the product from,Vanessa, was very aggressive and never wanted to cancel my order to make her commission and did not care if I had to wait over 4 months even though she told me the next day that I would receive it in 2 weeks. The service that was provided at this location definitely does not meet Saks Dior criteria. They also lied and said I had already picked up my purchase. I requested an email stating I did not have my product and they never emailed me even though I spoke to the manager. Terrible customer service for such an expensive item and no one would want to wait this long for such an expensive item.
