Been in the convenience business for over 20 years. Dealt with numerous ice cream companies. This one is by far the worst managed company I have ever come across. They dont answer the phone (half the time its a busy signal) and when you do finally get someone to make an order your order will arrive 2 to 3 weeks later. If you can get your ice cream from another company youll be much happier.

They dont make ice creams. they are just a supplier. very poor customer service. never on time and barely u will get a delivery if u get lucky. drivers always complains about too many stores in the route. dont understand why they doing business??????????
