We came here by chance looking for water and Marco the manager gave us a history of how they make their gelato from scratch with real ingredients. After tasting some of the flavors we order water based and regular Gelatos and they couldn’t be better. For me, the passion fruit taste was like opening the fruit and eating it straight raw, real flavor. Both the Enviromental and the Service were amazing, I will definitely will come back and recommend it to people I know.

Amazing! Relaxed atmosphere and very clean. The gelato was absolutely delicious. I had the mint, chocolate latte and hazelnut. Sooooo good!

I ventured in with my brother out of curiosity and a taste for gelato, and this experience did not disappoint! I cant for the life of me remember the names of the two young ladies who assisted us on the night of 10/8/2021, but from the moment we walked in their service was fantastic! Both very warm and welcoming, and made great suggestions for us and every customer who walked through the doors. Loved the environment, and the gelato was so delicious! I had the dulce de leche which was nothing short of divine. A bit pricey, but it is to be expected in this area.

This is real gelato! The flavors are exquisite, the atmosphere is great and the attention is superb. Prices are on the expensive side but if you want real ice cream/gelato you won’t mind! You really are paying for quality and portions are more than enough to satisfy any ice cream craving!My favorite flavor at the moment is Cookies 🍪✨

No prices displayed - probably illegal and set up to scam tourists. Tiny cup of nothing exceptional gelato for $9. Day we went, the Air conditioner was broken as was the bathroom. Many more nicer places in Wynwoid. Dont settle for this place just because its across from Wynwoid walls.

Worlds most expensive gelato? $10 for a tiny cup, $11 for a cone - ouch! And no prices displayed anywhere.

Nice gelato.. but cant say the best. The best gelato in a world 2014 but since then a lot has changed...It’s a nice place, great customer service- very helpful with tasting and very patient! Flavors are good but like I said I would expect more to it. I’ve had winning flavor- citrus with pistachio and lemon on a bottom.

The ice was too little and expensive in my view. I think their target is tourist who have some money to burn. It also the only ice cream shop that’s near Wynwood walls.Customer service staff could do better. The ice was great though.

Worst Gelato I’ve ever had....The gelato was melted and grainy....Lady working at the location was rude and was just trying to hurry us out even though they didn’t close for another 4 hours.

For what you pay at this place for gelato or ice cream, the staff’s unprofessionalism will force you out the door. They have tables inside to sit at but no sink or restroom to wash your hands. I asked to wash my hands before I touched my ice cream and I was offered hand sanitizer. Then when the ice cream got on my hands causing them to be sticky, she just gave me, with an attitude, a pile of tissues which only stuck to my hands. Super annoying. Really wish I knew this before I stepped foot in the place. I promise there are better places in Wynnwood! This place does not care about cleanliness and the staff want to be left alone. Take your money to anywhere else

Love this ice cream place.

Stopped in for a quick gelato after dinner. The chocolate sorbet is very very rich and refreshing. The pistachio gelato was great and my girlfriend loved the afo something or another :-).

Was walking around Wynwood and decided to stop in for some ice cream. Hands down best Ive ever had. Everything is fresh and authentic Italian gelato. Its kind of hilarious how some people gave low star reviews because of the expensive price for ice cream. Its Miami... everything is expensive. If you dont like the high price for quality ice cream then go to McDonalds or Dairy Queen.

If you like spicy foods and/or love rice cakes, this place is for you! Got the main set with just rice and fish cakes (no fries), extra mild and I dont think I could have gone any hotter, lol. Also got the jumbo tuna mayo roll which was a nice compliment to the spiciness. Rice cakes were cooked perfectly!Seems like a long wait time depending when you come so I suggest going as soon as they open if you can. Place is pretty small so they can only accommodate several tables at once.

Im a big lover of all things ice cream related, and their passion fruit gelato was up there with the best ever! Staff was super friendly. Yes, it was $ pricey $, but the scoops were generous and I thought it was worth it.

BEST GELATO IN TOWN!

$40 for 4 tiny gelato cups. They carefully dont display their prices (which is illegal) and then embarrass customers at the till. I havent seen such a tacky scam since we visited Venice a few years ago!

We pay for 2 -2balls ice cream. The first one look like 1 ball, the second one like 2. The difference on the size of the servings was astonishing.... and no the ice cream didnt went to the end of the cone. They just serve it wrong. I did protest a couple of time. The answer was the same: the ice cream is in the bottom. Even though I show them and both ice cream had being serve at the same time. They didnt provided a receipt either. The ice cream was ok...

Extremely overpriced. The smallest scoops i have ever seen in the states, no, in the world. Trust me. I’ve been everywhere but Australia and so far, this place is the most expensive. After seeing all those walls in the hot sun in miami, yes it’s tempting. But unless you wanna spend 9ish dollars on a small cup of ice cream, stay away. Taste is average.

The worst shake I’ve had in my life, tasted like water. Too pricey for its quality. Wouldn’t go ever again.

Overpriced and poorly staffed. Very disorganized, people that walk in 10 minutes after you get served before you. Staff refuses to answer questions about products until AFTER you’ve paid. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time.

Grossly overpriced gelato. The quality and taste are good, but a bit too sweet. By no means is this gelato as good as they claim in their marketing. It is twice as expensive as it should be for the quality.

Ha ha, the name should have stopped me. Or the awful pictures in the window. Or the fact that it said it was rated the best gelato in the world, but had no source to that claim. Probably the worst ice cream I have ever had + the most expensive too. 8 bucks for a regular size. Really(!)Stay away! Please learn from my mistake.

I can honestly say that my experience in the store was great. Customer service was really good. Everyone with a smile on their face oh and the gelato was AMAZINGGGG!!! I think my favorite flavor is between Nutella and Tiramisu

Great experience! The gelato was delicious, try the dulce de leche and the chocolate flavors, super rich! This place is across from wynwood walls and has people pouring in all the time so its very busy during a hot day. It was a great escape from the scorching heat and very refreshing. recommended !

I lined up with my friends. They got the orders, excluding me. The staff asked a group of customers to make the order even though I came first. I needed to wait for a long time until I said I came first. I was not ok with the service.

Authentic Italian gelato in a cool clean artsy spot. Yum! I tried a bunch of flavors before settling on a dark chocolate choice (I forget the name but geez it was really good) and a cookie flavor. My husband had more traditional fruity flavors. Everything was creamy and delicious. Our server was quick and friendly and really patient with our requests for samples. They offer smoothies (which I havent tried yet) and healthy Acai bowls (also yummy). Right across the street from the Wynwood walls!

They have a normal ice cream, nothing extraordinary, I think they are a bit overrated. High prices. I ordered a milkshake and it was very watery, I asked for the change and they told me that they prepared the product in that ice cream shop.

A bit expensive the place but it is normal to be located in Wynwood, they do not sell 1 scoop ice cream but nevertheless the manager made me an exception since it was for my son, we ordered the one from Ferrero and it was very good.
