My husband paid for labor and a used air and heat unit THAT DOESNT WORK. On the contract/receipt that was drawn up itemizing what we were paying for, it states we have warranty on the unit. Yet when we keep trying to contact RICK because the unit he replaced ours with is disabled due to a cracked heat exchanger he is no where to be found or heard from. We had a different LEGITIMATE heating and air company come out to take a look at his work. Not to mention the tenants in our rental home, he fraudulently did the service at, were threatened by Rick because they kept calling him to come back out and fix the problem. Yeah, you read me right! He threatened to fight my tenants. As I read through the numerous NEGATIVE comments from other swindled customers of this company I realized, whoever is behind the screen claiming the company is not a professional at all. Take your business elsewhere. Should you need proof, I will provide. God Bless.

We were so happy with our experience! He was out to our house very quickly, after 7:00 pm! He was so friendly and took care of the problem, and our house is cool again, thank goodness! From now on we will never call anyone else. :)

I cant speak highly enough about Rick and his team. I have used them 3 times over the past year plus, and everytime they have been punctual, professional, and helpful in me understanding what was wrong and what was required to fix. I personally have a home warranty, and RIck has been amazingly patient and helpful while dealing with them. Unfortunately a home warranty can be a pain to deal with. I strongly recommend Rick and his team for issues you may have that they can accommodate!

Having a broken air conditioner is never a good experience, but Mr. Sheppard showed up on a Saturday within 30 minutes of me calling him. He promptly evaluated and repaired my unit and is now working great. His pricing was also very reasonable.Thank you sir!

I had to pay another repairman to fix what this very rude man did to my AC. City hall said he has no license and I should call the police if he shows back up.

We recommend Sheppards because he didnt try to sell us stuff we didnt need, and the repair is holding great and we will call him back anytime
