Very wrong place to ask questions. Mr. Morell will deny any explanation. Lack of customer service. All seems to be like a Criminals Customers because he will refuse to answer or provide at least orientation to a customers. I believe the Lennox industry will find some way to pay for his training or they will perish. They open late and close early, schedule is not important perhaps. Reputation of that place could be better, they seriously need help.
After having my Lennox serviced (haha) by another company, I called Lennox and was given this contractor. They are the true deal for service, quality, and attention. Marino is effective and efficient. Everything is cool now.
