TO BECAUSE MY THERMOSTAT WAS NOT TURNING ON MY AC TURNED OUT WAS A SIMPLE SENSOR BUT THE 1ST TECHNICIAN REWIRED MY ENTIRE UNIT WHICH MADE MY 2 STAGE A 1 STAGE WHICH OBVIOUS DIDNT WORK LIED ABOUT IT BEING REPAIRED THEN 2ND TECH SAID IT WAS FINE REWIRED MY CONDENSSOR ANOTHER LIE! 3RD TECHNICIAN CAME OUT WITH SUPERVISOR FOR 5 HRS SAID WAS FIXED 2 HRS LATER 85 DEGREES IN HOUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE IMCOMPITANT LIARS DO NOT USE THEY IF U WANT YOUR A/C FIXED AND HONEST QUOTES .!!!!

We purchased a brand new Trane air conditioner from this company that has been defective since day 1. They DO NOT back the products they sell. They tell me every time that it is a Trane issue and not their issue. I purchased the unit in 2017 and have had over ten service calls for defective parts and EVERY time they give me a hard time to make the repair. It’s a battle to have it covered and they always want to charge $$$ for every defective part on this brand new unit they sold me on. They are rude, difficult to deal with and untrustworthy. I DO NOT recommend.

Be careful with this company. They offer you a lot of perks when trying to sell you a new A/C unit, but if its not in writing they will not honor it. I bought a brand new unit about a year ago and the sales guy promised a preventive maintenance check up the first year, and now that I call the company theyre stating its not on the contract. Now theyre charging $175 in order to do a preventive maintenance check up which was supposed to come with the new unit. Just another shady business in South Florida. Be very careful with this company and if they offer you anything extra, make sure its in writing.

Probably the best in the business. I use them personally and i am a home inspector and see issues with HVAC systems and refer my clients to them. They are honest and affordable.

They installed ac with permits but failed to close out permits. IM in the process of selling my home and found out after over a decade that the permit was outstanding. To rectify the matter I needed an affidavit from this company along with an application to submit to the city. The owner of the compnay(John) wanted to charge a fee for the affidavit, I asked why was I being charged after all I paid for you to handle the work and permit issues. He stated that he doesn’t have the time to look into the matter and he would get back to me at another time. The manager said if you want us to sign off then you need to wait. I expressed there was a time sensitive matter and I would much rather have my applications back so I can have another professional assist. The owner became belligerent and rude torn up my application and threatened me.All of this was caught on camera as I couldn’t believe I was being treated so nasty and that the environment was so unprofessional

Affordable Air is an incredible find. Prices were far better than other companies, and the service was fast. The installers were professional and worked through a rainstorm to get my unit installed. The tech was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions in a way I could understand. All in all, one of the best companies Ive experienced.

This company installed a central ac unit for me 10 years ago, yes I know its 10 years ago. But in the last 10 years I have had nothing but issues with this AC it has caused water damage in my home. I have so many people out here trying to fix my water damage, roof, engineers, etc. I have recently been told by 3 companies the AC is the issue with the water damage, it is too big for my home. I called to get this resolved and spoke to the most unprofessional sarcastic office manager. My warrant expires in September the office manager offered to have someone come out and look at the AC for $85 as if I want to give them more of my money. Save your money, they do shotty work, and very unprofessional

Outstanding Customer Service! The owner came out to provide a first class education on the AC units and what would work best for our home. He had the best price out of all the companies I shopped around with. He is a very funny and personable guy. We love our new unit most of all we love the price. Great company to get a new AC unit. He also gave us a great warranty as well.

Never showed up...waited all day..when I called to find out why, I immediately got attitude from someone named Alice, who needs an attitude adjustment. I cancelled the appointment and was told OK. do what you want . They do not corner the market and I will certainly not refer them to friends or family and will suggest alternative AC dealers.....

Affordable Air and Heat replaced my central air unit and installed a dryer vent. They were professional and performed the services in a timely manner. I am pleased with their work. They were also easy to get a hold of and provided excellent customer service when I had questions.

These guys live up their promises. It doesnt matter when something breaks. They seem to always have someone available to come fix it within 2-3 hours. Prices are competitive or better.

I had called this company to check my A/C unit and they sent someone out the same day which was good but when i went to set up a appointment the first time for 9am they didnt show up or even call that they were being late. I ended up calling them at 11am and they said he wouldnt make it till 1:30 pm because he had an emergency which I understand but they could of called at least. So i ended canceling that one to set up another appointment because I also have a job and need to work. Ended up making an appointment for Saturday same week at 9am and they didnt show up or call. Found out they came at 12 but it was already too late and I needed to work. Point is that I wasted time & money from work to be there for them twice and ended up not getting the work done because they werent reliable.

First everyone is very friendly. Trying to do the right thing However, I had an appointment and nobody showed up and no call to give a heads up. So I had to call dispatch to learn that they had gone over on a previous call. They went 4 hours late. This is worse than the cable company. Worse than Typical Miami service. If you want to waste a day then call right away. After the Tech finally came they did get everything working but now a second trip is necessary to finish the job.
