Great selection, decent customer service, but if you know what you need it doesnt really matter!

Never saw a meal prep section in vitamin shoppe. This is also in a high traffic area in Miami. Also they sell kombucha and bio-k products Ive only seen at organic stores. This isbone of the larger vitamin shopppes Ive seen. The ladies were nice and helpful. This seems like a really good spot to satisfy your dietary supplement needs

I had been looking for a product that has been sold out for a while and they gave me a courtesy call and saved the product for me till I got to purchase it. It was simple and fast, very reliable. Thank you!!!

Lots of vitamins and good customer service, the only thing I dont like is the parking. You need to park in the building and if you are in a hurry is a hastle.

Absolutely the most humiliating experience Ive had in my life. Never felt so discriminated against. I was racially profiled and it did not feel good at all. Im a Hispanic tan complexion male and at the time I was dressed casually. So here it goes, I walk into the store to purchase some supplements. As I enter I was not greeted, literally a couple of moments later a white person enters the store and they treated him totally different. They greeted him with open arms and willing to help, even guiding him around the store. All the while, leaving me to fend for myself. After that experience I decided not to purchase anything and just walked out of the store. Even upon my departure there was no acknowledgement that I was even there. The teller at the desk, his name is Rick. The manager on duty, his name is Carlos. I will never come to this vitamin shoppee again, you guys have lost my business. Racism and racial profiling still exist in America, I just never thought Id experience in my own backyard.

Clean, friendly staff, but its a little pricey so its not a good place for people who are low income. We needed supplements to help with my husbands insomnia that were recommended by his neurologist and thankfully there was a buy 1 get 1 half off sale going on, otherwise we would have played almost $80 for 5 supplements. Its the best price in the area for supplements and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable.

The manager / supervisor very knowledgeable and helpful, staff on the other hand is clueless. Prices are high but then again its retail in Coral Gables. Wish they had more all natural no additive powders for physical fitness.

I visited this store today and immediately upon entering, I was greeted kindly by a young man named Guillermo. I made my choices quietly and at check out he took care of me once again. What stood out the most is he double checked with me the flavors/taste of what I was purchasing. Never in over a decade of doing business with GNC has anyone bothered to ask. With that being said, I will continue to purchase my protein and other vitamin needs from this location. Guillermo, you made a regular purchase something special.True champ right there! 🏆

This Vitamin Shoppe location is awesome! They always have way better deals and prices than any GNC I been to and plus the employees treat customers great and look like they actually like their job. Richard, he is the keyholder there that helped me find the proper protein today for my budget, diet, and workout. Richard went above and beyond giving me advice for diet and exercise! I will definitely be back and recommend others to this Vitamin Shoppe.

I have been at this store twice within three weeks period. The manager showed no interest in helping me I bought the product because I needed it, today I left empty handed because he couldnt give information about the product.
