Real food as the name already says. What I liked is that there’s not too many sauces and condiments. Seems to be very natural, energizing and well done 👌🏼

They label each of my meals making it easy for me to stay on track throughout the day. Most importantly the meals are FRESH. Vacuum sealed saving space and flavor. I highly recommend using Real Meals if you’re on the go or trying to get/stay on track with a delicious option. Delivery is consistent and on time twice a week and the staff is super friendly.

Great variety, menu changes every week. No extra charges for high end items like steak, salmon, fresh tuna or shrimp. All meals come with nutritional facts(micros). Very happy, highly recommended
