These people didnt even give me a chance to try to sell my camera to them. I called and he started by asking how much i wanted for it and before i could even finish what i was saying (which was that i was open to a lower price) he cut me off and very rudely said not thank you without even telling me what they would offer me for it. And when i tried to tell him how rude it was for him to cut me off before i was finished he kept neglecting that fact and just kept saying it was because my camera was an older model. Which has nothing to do with what i was saying at all and also very rude!!

Horrible costumer service

Terrible experience attempting to buy a bike here. They told us one price on Friday and marked it up by $75 the following Monday. Very rude employees made us feel completely unwelcome. It’s as if they don’t have any interest in actually selling their merchandise or keeping customers. Good thing there are better options for pawn shops in Miami! Save your time and your money and go elsewhere.

UPDATED REVIEW: The rude employees are no longer there, at least during my visit. The new employees were very helpful and polite. The only issue is that they had no idea what their stuff is worth. I went in looking for a subwoofer and noticed one I was looking at on Amazon. Its valued at $90 retail but was selling it used for $130. Noticed a couple other things marked up a bit too high as well so it wasnt just this one item.

100% good customer service, 100 % quality, best prices. Rafael, Maria, Eucaris are very helpful and professional persons I recommend visit this place is the best. I have 26 years buying jewelry I never have a problem in don-z-cash. Very serious and trustful place

Worst customer service ever!! Do not go here ! If i could give no stars I would. I walked in looking to buy an xbox and see what i could get for my laptops. Ralf didnt even want to look in my direction and had a very bad attitude when he had to deal w me. Rudest people ive ever dealt with !

The bald man was very rude, I do not understand how he is working in that beautiful place, it seems that the owner does not care about his business. He should be fired !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spoke to Raphael. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This man profiled us and assumed that we had no idea what our item was worth. We came in with a 55 inch 4K tv and he tried to tell us it was a plasma tv we corrected him by showing him the model number in the back and he preceded to offend us by offering $100. He was very rude when we first walked in as well. LOW CLASS, INSULTING, RUDE man. Do NOT waste your time here.

I went to DON Z CASH the other day and i think this place is amazing amazing costumer service especially Rafael he is very professional and super nice thats why i give it 5 stars this is the place to go for all of your pawn needs

This place deserves no starts. i have gone there before and the services was awsome. but this time i went to sell one of my watches and the guy that help was supper rude talking supper bad, didn’t recognize then brand of the watch and didn’t even looked it and when he did was supper rude. wont ever go back to this place ever again!!!!

100% garbage

On one occasion I went to a pawn shop located near the airport, I do not remember the name at that time, the point is that I wanted to pawn a ring, the boy who attended me very politely told me that they were only accepting weapons at that time, But Don Z Cash recommended me, because they paid very well for gold he even told me that he was a customer of that place, I paid attention to him first because on one occasion I bought a gun in that place and the Serbian was great, so I trusted him so much and went to that place. In the years that I have been in this country I have never felt so bad, so offended and humiliated, they treated me horribly. If they dont want to give me or cant lend me the amount I asked for, they could just tell me in another way, but it wasnt like that! The older man who attended me told me that my ring was worth nothing and that at least he did not give a kilo, exactly that was the expression that that rude used to me. They have to realize that this business, like any other, has competition, apart from the fact that foreign merchandise is worth nothing for it, it has to respect that for the owner it does. Anyway, I do not recommend this place in the least, I hope the owner has the opportunity to sit down carefully to read all the negative comments about this place.

You enter the premises and they do not even welcome you, I have been there on several occasions and they do not respond to the greeting, not counting how rude they are and the straight faces that they always have hahahaha .....
