I looked all over town for a place that would let me watch the entire process of them resizing my grandmothers engagement ring, so my best friend could propose to my sister. Ive heard too many horror stories of stones being switched out. This place went out of their way to connect me directly with the guy who does their resizings. They made no money on this situation but were more than helpful (and also seemed very trustworthy). I got the ring resized with me watching, and the proposal went great. They are good people. Highly recommend.

I finally found a friendly, clean, reliable place to take care of my watches. Needed two batteries for my Invictas and they took care of them like lightning. Also, if you are into watches they can order anything you want. They resized my band and made sure when I walked out my watch was better than when I came in. I went to Gold Karat Exchange to cut off my ring as it was swollen and I could not get it off with home remedies. John was able to cut my ring off without harming my finger. He was professional and saved me from going to the emergency room. I highly recommend them and will be going to fix my ring once the swelling from my finger goes down.

Mr. Jaramillo and I believe her name is Diana for a review I previously read. But the beautiful lady that was there. They were both extremely nice. I went in to close a Fossil watch that I have and to polish my Pandora bracelet. They didnt even charge me for any of the services. I recall been at another jewelers at the Hammocks and they charged me to close another watch as if they had put in the battery $10, when I had replaced on my own. I was so disappointed of them. Besides the lady was rude had no manners. Never going back there again. I really recommend this place. They are exceptionally outstanding, the best! They exceeded my expectations. We need more people and businesses that provide that good quality customer service like them. God bless them.

Went to Gold and Carat Exchange today April 16 2017 wanted to sell some .999 pure silver bullion. They offered me a price $7.05 LESS THAN BID!!!! sale price at close of business in NY NY on Friday April 14 was $18.52 They offered me $11.50 per TROY OUNCE! This is so low a crack head might not take it. I can understand 1-2 dollars less MABEY, but ripping people off like this is beyond LOW! Business must be really bad for them if they rip off the customer this bad. No reputable dealer would ever try and buy from people at a low price like this. I was shocked at this blatant rip off attempt. They must deal with REALLY STUPID people, or try and take advantage of DESPERATE people. So sad
