I placed an order for pickup on the morning of and was pleasantly and fully satisfied with my order and the service. I cant comment on the delivery issues other reviews mentioned but for my experience, the staff was friendly and everything was ready ahead of the requested time.
Worst place in the world to go . If you wanna send someone something good do not go here! They are so unprofessional, didn’t even call to tell the driver couldn’t deliver my order just had me waiting for my order. It was my anniversary and you guys ruined it . I won’t ever shop here again. You guys don’t even deserve one star.
This is the worst Edible Arrangements location ever!!! No one picks up the phone and its almost 6 and still have not get the arrangement. It was a surprise for my sons birthday and they completely ruin my surprise 🙄 I love Edible arrangements but after this I dont think I will ever order from them!! Horrible. I ordered an arrangement for my mothers birthday. This one is the closest one to their house, so Im assuming the reason the order was fulfilled here. On the day, my parents received a attempt to deliver card on their door. I also received an email stating that delivery was attempted and that they would try again. I quickly responded and advised them via the form that my parents would be at the home shortly please re-attempt. My parents also called the number on the card they received and got no answer. Fair enough, I thought my electronic submission was sufficient. The order was never re-delivered. One month later and still nothing. A few weeks ago, I finally got through to someone at the location to inquire about my order, all while looking at the status on my edible arrangements portal which still showed unsuccessful. The woman on the phone sounded irritated, at first said she did not see my order history, then said that my order WAS delivered. It was not and still has not been delivered. I refreshed my screen anf mysteriously,, it showed my order as delivered.. The associate told me that there was nothing she could do about it, that I needed to call corporate or email the manager. I asked for the corporate number and she told me she didnt have it, that I need to look it up. Unbelievable. I asked for the managers email, to which she provided me someones Gmail and I have yet to receive a reply or credit to my payment method or edible arrangement account. This is the worst store experience I have had in a long time. I would never recommend this location to anyone, ever.
So disappointed and heart broken with this store. Placed an order for my mother who was very ill, and was in the process of recovery and our family thought this would be a beautiful get well soon gift with many of us living out of the country and state, unable to visit due to Covid. We were told by the store they had one driver and with 30 baskets to deliver, but we’re assured that regardless we would get our order 09/13/2021. Sadly to say my mother never received her fruit basket. We didn’t even get a phone call with an explanation, or a phone call to apologize for the inconvenience. I had to contact them via email to receive a refund, because on top of everything this store was not answering there phones and the voice mail box is full, so obviously unable to even leave a voicemail. I hope this problem will be resolved before this store loses more customers as they did with me.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries for same day delivery on my wifes and I 13 year anniversary. Here we are next day 8/4/2021 and still no delivery. I have called numerous times and no one answers the phone (voicemail is full so cannot leave any messages). I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered from this location. I will be going in to their store this afternoon. Finally I spoke with someone after calling about 15 times. I ask about my order and give them my name. Then she tells me that they have no order under my name and that all orders went out. When I told her my order number she says it was for todays delivery (8/4/2021). My confirmation order clearly states same day delivery 8/3/2021. I asked for a full refund in which now I have to wait for 7-10 business days. This store gets -10 stars from me!
I ordered an arrangement for 51.99 and a free (because of a birthday code) box of strawberries and received, without notice what so ever, one that costs alot less and no box of strawberries. When we called to find out about the mix up they only had the strawberries for Fathers day and they didnt have the mug, which is fine if they would have communicated that to me before delivering something that costs less than what I paid. I have ordered multiple times but NEVER AGAIN! The employee who I spoke with had a major attitude and did not try to fix the situation what so ever.
This would be a no star of it was possible. I placed and paid for an order over a week ago for delivery on Sunday for mothers day. They did not call, email or text to say anything. When you call you only get a voice mail and no call back. I understand its a busy day but I waited all day and even though an hour is not promised on the web site it states that the delivery could be as late as 9 pm. Needless to say they didnt show. No call. Nothing. The most unprofessional business I have purchased from in a while. I received a call from the business today at 4 pm offering a refund with no product and would take 5 to 10 days or waiver of the delivery fee. As a business owner myself I know you can do better, specially after making a mistake. Everyone can make a mistake, how you own that mistake is what makes the difference.
Not only they have never delivered my order, that was placed 3 days ago. Now they are not answering my calls!!! It sends me to voicemail at the end and guess what?!!!!It is FULL and you are unable to leave a message! Haha! This business is a joke!!! You guys are scams!!! It will be disputed with my bank ASAP and you will be reported!!! People, do not order from this place! Save your nerves and $$$
It is the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with a purchase. I placed an online order for a birthday present and although it said that if they would have the delivery service for Sunday, July 7, they after told me by phone that they would not have delivery for that day and that my order could be rescheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday because the storm would come on Monday (that cannot be predicted). I canceled the order, that I pay at the moment and they replied to me that my money would be refunded to my account between 5 to 7 working days (to pay at the moment and to refund because of your bad information the money that is not yours the time that they want). Although we live in times where there is no respect for anyone or anything and I understand that if there is no delivery of a specific day it is fine, but I consider that at least and ethically they should fix the information that they provide on their official web page so as not to waste the time of people who trust in a good service, I also made the mistake of not reviewing the reviews of this store before arrange the order because if I do, I do not take even a second to make one order from this place, not for nothing they has only 2 stars, which I think are many for those who do not know how to respect.This business should have zero star.
DO NOT ORDER! If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I placed an order to be delivered on September 14th as a birthday gift. It was never delivered! When I called the next day, I was given some bogus excuse from a woman named Nanishka or Anishka (who knows if that is really her name) that no one told her about the order so it was never worked on. Mind you, I placed the order through the internet and received a confirmation email and all. She was very rude on the phone and changed her tone with me when I asked for her manager (who was not there) and instead got her manager’s email. She assured me that it would be delivered the next day and even included a free box of chocolate strawberries and took off the delivery charge. Well, the next day came and went with NO delivery! When I called, I was told it was on the delivery truck but clearly that was a lie! It is now 3 days past the original delivery date and when I called the store, I get the “The number you have dialed is no longer in service” I’ve already made a complaint with the BBB and will be escalating this as high as I can go.
I’ve used edible arrangements for years and it has been a great experience thus far. However, this location was on the edible arrangement site and my experience was unacceptable and completely inconvenient. I ordered the summer fruit platter displayed in the picture and received dipped fruit, cookies and muffins which is completely inaccurate with what was ordered. I also received an email claiming it was delivered that was false. Called customer service and was told the manager returns on Tuesday and will follow up with me but that wasn’t acceptable. Also informed the credit difference was $3 which was actually $12 by calculation. I drove to the location and waited 30 minutes for my order to be corrected. For the inconvenience, I can only assume, I was given back the incorrect order to keep in addition to what I ordered and pre paid for. This location will not have my return business .
Ordered a birthday arrangement for SATURDAY during the week, Saturday morning we got a call stating that the driver called out so they can deliver the arrangement on MONDAY, not even Sunday but Monday really? If a customer paid to have something important delivered on a specific day its expected to get the job done, it was still early in the day im pretty sure they can call somebody else in. So I had to go crazy to look for somebody to pick up my nieces arrangement because I dont live in Miami anymore. I will not recommend.Update - I just got my arrangement and its definitely not what I ordered. What I ordered vs what I got.

This is the worst Edible Arrangement shop I’ve ever been to. I ordered two small arrangements. One was complete and one was missing one of six pieces of fruit. I called to ask for a refund or replacement and the customer service was very rude and unprofessional. As all the other reviews point out this place is terrible and will not get my business again.
I made an order, they charged my card and my arrangement never arrived. I called the store the person said she didnt know what happened and would call me back. No one ever called me back. I TRIED CALLING BACK, NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD AND YOUR ITEM NEVER ARRIVES.
Ordered a gift for my mom with time to spare and not only did she never receive it but the phones go to voicemail. She’s been waiting all day at home for a “surprise” and I’m the one that was surprised by the absolute lack of customer service from this location. Typical scammy Miami business and the managers should be ashamed of themselves. If you need something delivered avoid this location at all costs. This store here is awful!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste your time here, I have use Edible Arrangements many time but in dealing with this store makes me NEVER want to be a return customer. My dad had a totally knee replacement I’m not in Florida I suggest to send him a nice Edible Arrangement let’s just say the complete process was a nightmare. Never again !! On 3 different occasions, I have ordered from this specific location and every time, the order was incorrect/missing items. Steer away from this location. It is completely unacceptable and ridiculous that they are still open with service like that.
Ordered a mothers day fruit basket Thursday night come Friday evening had it delivered and not even 24 hours later the fruit went all bad. Its ridiculous. So much money spent for rotten fruit.
Ordered for July 6 they said they couldn’t deliver and contacted the person but they never called either of the two numbers. We’re trying to call them but no one answers. I want a refund, horrible service. Don’t order delivery. If you can’t deliver that day it’s best to just say that.
The most shameful business I have ever come across. I ordered a fruit bouquet for Mothers Day delivery on Saturday. It has not showed up yet (its Wednesday now) and their phones go to Voicemail and hang up on you.
Very impatient with customer service. Very bad and irresponsible with orders. Very untimely. I don’t write reviews but the lady that Answered the phone at the location was very impatient. As a customer I didn’t like the customer service and will not ever be spending my hard earned money with them. As a single mother with 3 kids, 2 jobs I know what it is to be done overwhelmed. This is the worst company I have never deal with, my delivery was schedule for Saturday and it was never delivered I called Sunday and they told me that it will be Sunday they had a delay . Today I called since my order was never delivered and the o yo response was sorry . It’s fine if you have many orders and you can make at least call your customer informed that the order will not be deliver, customer services sucks here .

Never received on the day they did not follow directions and the people that work there seem to have no clue. Tried calling before they close at 5 pm but goes to voicemail that is full truly ridiculous. I am giving them one more chance today to deliver I’ll keep you posted. Still waiting to speak to manager and no one has corporate‘s number not even a clue what number it would be tried to Google it you can’t find it.

I went to the store earlier to order for a gift, the door was open so I walked in. I had to call out there was no one at the Lobby. From the back a person came out super rude telling me to get out I couldnt come in if I didnt read the door sing. I walked in with a Mask, I told her I did not read the sign the door was open so I just walked in.Truly I will never go back to a place that I was so badly treated. I am a professional and we strive to give good customer service. Surely that is not important in a this place

Very disappointed I will never order from this store again, I ordered something in time for my boyfriends birthday and they never delivered it to him, when I called the next day they told me OH your order is here I have to ask the driver what happened and if I still wanted to send it But what was the point if the birthday was the day before I told no and they do not even say I am really sorry or anything they just told me that they are going to return my money.

I wish I can give this store a negative rating but I have to settle for a one star. I was suppose to get an arrangement delivered yesterday and I still haven’t received it. Everyone in the store is acting like they didn’t even received the order. They have no idea what happened to the order and management isn’t responding to the email.
Im very disappointed, I went to the store on Wednesday. I was there 10 min before 7pm and the lights were off and the store closed. I was surprised being that they close at 7pm. I saw a young lady and waived for her to come to the door. I asked her what time they close and she said 7pm, but that they closed a bit early because they had nothing else to sell. When I asked do they have any prepared baskets, she said they had thrown them away because they were no good. But that I was welcome to come back in the morning when they opened. The young lady wasnt rude, Im just surprised they closed earlier than advertised.

Very bad experience the delivery was made at 9 at night they charged $ 120 and in the end they only sent part of the order the flower arrangement I am still waiting for it😡😡😡😡😡
