I had a great experience ordering in person. Very friendly and helpful girls in the front desk. This place is magical!! The quality not only of their service but the flowers and the knowledge of the flowers is superb!

I did an order on July, 14, and until now Doral Best Florist didnt delivery the flowers I bought and also didnt send me any information about it.It was for a funeral ocasion and Im really disappointed of this, it was really important to be close to my friend when she lives the worst moment in her life by losing her dad.I want to cancel the order immediatly but none answers my messages by email. I dont know who I can contact to solve the problem anymore, Im chocked for so much negligence from company. I wont recommend you for anyone.
