Ray and Betsy were great! I have been there a few times to buy gifts for friends, except this time I went in for myself. They gave me the space I needed to look around and when I was ready they helped me and gave me tons of info on the products and suggestions for what would be best for my skin. The store was very clean and my entire experience was awesome . Will definitely continue to shop here for self-care products.

Im a regular at this store for years, the staff is amazing, great attitude, always very helpful when it comes to product knowledge and attention to detail.This is one of the few stores in the mall that still makes sure that everyone stays safe by requiring a mask, especially when theres so much product that they have in the store.A few weeks back I went to pick up an order for my wife and my kids and witness the staff at the store being profiled and attacked that the girls had to record the couple that was not following the store rules for their safety, the couple kept on getting loud, and the guy said that they cant do nothing to the girls because shes recording like if he had intentions to harm them, his girlfriend kept on taking her mask off and telling the employees that she is not leaving and when the girls called security they acted like they are the victims, the security had to escort them out. It is sad what these hardworking people have to go through when it is simple to follow the store rules or if not just do an online pickup order.

Am not going to talk about the staff already are impressive But The products am in love for what this HAPPY HIPPY BATH GEL has done For my skin uuuuuuuuuwowowow it’s pricey but is all worth it thank you Lush

0 stars. LUSH, please look at this and understand that this is a SIGN that you need to do something about the management at this store. You have other reviews on here about the manager being disrespectful to customers and here goes another one. I have never been so disrespected and disappointed as a customer. Your manager is aggressive and just plain mean to customers. It looks like she really doesn’t want to even work there. After being rude to me, I asked her for her name and position and she said she didn’t have to give me that info. I turned to her employee and her employee said the same. No one was wearing a name tag and they were out of uniform. The manager has gauged ears, dark hair with caramel tips and a tattoo on her hand. She didn’t want to admit her position but I’m assuming that she’s the manager due to her “I can do whatever I want attitude”. I used to love shopping at Lush so much but after this experience at this store, I don’t think I’m ever coming back. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Not sure if this was the manager or just a store employee but it’s very sad to see someone who works in customer service be so disrespectful and what felt like discrimination to a paying customer. This company says that the promote diversity and inclusion and such and I wish I had the experience that many others on here seem to have had. There’s no need for this manager to get rude and loud. She definitely needs some management training or coaching assigned to help her with her power trip and customer service. That or she shouldn’t be working here with the public. Also why does nobody wear name tags in this store? It seems very shady

I just left lush in Dadeland mall and Betsey and Jorgey were amazing. They helped me find gifts for my sister and explained how to use everything. Every time I have been to this store Betsey remembers me by name and she is very sweet. Jorgey is very knowledgeable with ingredients and where trey come from. I absolutely love this store. Great job!!!

I’ve been to many lush stores but this one is special because the associates are so kind and helpful. I shop with my children and they always are so kind to them and listen to my kids chat with them and engage. They help me find what I need so quickly. Jorji and Quinntin were who helped me and they make me want to come back more because I’m treated with kindness.

Love the Dadeland store always great customer assistance. Between the yummy smells and smiling faces I always leave happy and content 😀

If i could give 0 starts i would... i went to get a gift, and first we were not allowed in, ok, pandemic time, i might understand. We ask what type of soaps she had, the not very nice employee pointed at 2 items in the window. Without any more intentions to sell us any of the products after we mentioned it was for a gift, we turned around a left, empty handed and not very pleased, definitely not going back... EVER!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! YOU WILL BE BELITTLED AND TREATED LIKE TRASH! If you’re expecting great customer service, you won’t find that here. This Dadeland Lush location must be under new terrible terrible management. It wasn’t like this before the pandemic. The manager here makes her own rules and doesn’t care about greeting customers or helping them out. In fact, if you ask for any help, you’re clearly inconveniencing her as she hides behind the register. For the price of these products and horrible service that you receive with them, you’re better off going to Sephora and buying Clean at Sephora products!

Usually good and helpful staff. The company gets rid of products sometimes and dont provide alternatives which becomes frustrating when youve found a good product for years and then its gone. Otherwise clean and nice store

Ive been coming to this store for quite some time (every since they left their little space inside Macys). I love this store. The kids who work here are always so friendly and welcoming and helpful. Youd think that you had known them forever. Its not always the same people working, but they all have the same friendly and happy attitude.Besides that, I can honestly say that Lush is the best product on Earth. Ive tried everything in the store and love it all. The smells are intoxicating. They have shower gels that moisturize and make your skin feel so good, soaps that do the same, bath bombs that relax you, lip glosses that make your lips feel so healthy and the BEST smelling body sprays (try the Karma!). Just go in the store and pick up something, anything, and you will buy it. I love every Lush product and I love this store.And, the best, everything is cruelty free and doesnt have nasty chemicals or poisons in it. Thats the icing on the Lush Cake!And, if anyone from Lush is listening - PLEASE keep Lord of Misrule on the shelves ALWAYS - please dont make me beg!

Although I am not a frequent customer, I can confidently tell you that my recent experience was fantastic. Going in with the intention to buy holiday gifts, I wasn’t sure what to get, but thankfully the lovely Victoria was extremely helpful. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding with me the entire time. When I wasn’t sure what I was looking for she gave me many options without letting me feel too overwhelmed. I am so happy with what I bought and am very grateful for Victoria’s help. Lush has an excellent employee on their hands and I hope she gets all the recognition possible because she awesome!

Today was my first time walking into a lush store and I have to say, I have never felt more welcomed in any store like I was today. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They literally gave me a tour around the little shop, explaining every product to me! I knew that I couldnt leave empty handed; nor was I planning to, but they definitely have a returning customer! Check it out, youll be obsessed!!!

I usually avoid malls, but it was definitely worth the venture to this awesome little shop. The staff, specifically Jorgey (sp?), was impressively knowledgeable and authentically friendly and personable. I am in love with the products he recommended, and will definitely be back soon!!! Love to buy my hair soaps here. Been buying lush for years. All employees are so awesome & friendly except one. I never complain. Normally I give comendation but I had to complain about a horrible attitude of one of their employee & how insulted I felt. Manager was understanding

I love love LOVE this place. LUSH is a serious godsend for me and my skin. I’ve struggled with really nasty skin way into my 20s and as soon as I started using the Angels on Bare skin, it’s cleared me up a ridiculous amount to completely clear skin. The folk here have always been so extremely nice and helpful and answer all my questions as they help me with the whole trial and error of trying other products for my skin. I’ve been gradually going into using other things like the moisturizer, toner, etc and I’m never going back. The prices are a lil high but it’s like buying in bulk, in a sense, bc the product lasts for at the very least a month (depending on what you’re buying!!) I love the staff here, I love the store, and I’m never shopping anywhere else for my face and body stuff.

I was only about two feet into the door of the newly opened lush cosmetics store when a woman with clown shoes and green dreadlocks started rubbing my back and asking me if i wanted to smell any of the different cheeses they were offering that day to rub into your scalp at night, I refused and tried to keep to my self but it was of no use THESE PEOPLE DONT GIVE YOU PERSONAL SPACE. They pulled me into the back of the store and started rubbing bath salts into my eyes chanting CLEANSE HIM OF HIS IMPURITIES my eyes were red and swolen and i could barely see, then they dunked me under water and made me bob for apples for 20 minutes, I WAS HORRIFIED. Frantically searching for a way out of this nightmare i finally agreed to buy one of their products that they said would help me grow hair on my back in a matter of minutes, It was called sasquatch stop watch, But in reality it was a emptied out bucket of paint filled with dirty rain water and a broken piece of a formyca table top. My expirience here was terrifying... Please help me
