This is the place to find professional fencing products. Prices are very competitive and significantly lower than home depot or lowes. The store employees are all experts and very professional. I found them to be very kind, professional and honest. Mr. Carlos the dispatcher is an excellent professional and the father of an American hero and war veteran. We thank him for his service and sacrifice for our country. This is a fantastic store.

Great service! We have been in this location several times and they are great. We decide to do everything ourselves, but order here all of our materials and supplies. Its convenient and cheap in comparison to having a company building a fence/gate for you. Good quality products delivered to you at an extra cost if you dont own a truck.

Customer service is horrible. Called several times and the call kept dropping or so I thought. So finally called again and spoke to a lady who transferred my call once again and another lady answered. This lady was rude and did not want to help me at all, insisted in me going personally to the location vs helping me over the phone. She was rude and very unprofessional. When I asked about the grade of the wood to make sure that it is code as per listed in permit from my city; the lady put me on hold and after a wait another woman’s voice told me that they were out of wood. So in other words they did not want to sell it to me, I guess they did not want to be liable for the quality of the wood since the code requires 2 grade or higher. Go to Anchor, Jose was very helpful and verified the grade of the wood for me.

They dont have what I was looking for wood fence.

I purchased a metal frame structure and wooden picket fence and I was unhappy with 3 of the wooden boards. I installed them anyways to complete my fence, then a couple weeks later while in the area I stopped by and ask if I could get 3 new replacement boards to replaced the ones I didn’t like and the sales person that sold me the fence material and he was gracious and gave me 3 new boards.I would recommend Lazaro fencing to everyone!Thank you,Alin

Good service and good price

Great selection, excellent pricing, but customer service is average at best. They have a no return/no exchange policy which means you cant cancel your order even if they fail to deliver what they promise. That was a concern since this was my first purchase from them and it was a major expense.They promised to contact me when my order was ready for pick up. That call never came, so I had to call them. Their phone system is a bit frustrating and you don’t know if you’re on hold or the call dropped because of the silence on the line. After 5 mins on hold someone told me they would call me back. My expectations were low that they would call me back but a few mins later they did call and my order was ready for pick up.My experience was primarily positive, just be aware of their no return or exchange policy, which the clearly displayed on signs in the store and on your receipt. I would recommend.

The only thing they have not done for me so far is to come to the house and install it too. Very patient and explicit in their instructions of the job at hand.

I do not recommend this company. We ordered our fence over 2 months ago and it is still not ready. All that was sold to us were the polls. I went ahead and went to another company who had everything ready at their warehouse. Not only did they take long, but every time I would call to ask when the things would be ready there was a constant attitude. I went to V & C fencing instead. ALSO, they are more expensive than all the other companies around FOR NO REASON because the material is the same.

I traveled from Central Florida on a 4 hour trip.I was not disappointed. The pricing, employees and staff were all great. It was a pleasure to have made, such a large purchace at inexpensive prices. Thank you!!

Pretty tight to get full size rig in. But, over all a gr8 place. Friendly n fast.

Not a very promising place. They did not keep their word o delivery date. They kept extending the days. And then to top it off the post caps where the wrong size. They did nothing to resolve the issue.

Reading the reviews leaves me wondering who the reviewers are? First and foremost they will take advantage of their customers. They are not the least expensive if you do your research you will find other companies with similar prices and probably better quality material. Theres a saying in spanish Cría fama y échate a dormir which means something similar to if people think you are good at doing something, no matter if you dont do it well anymore, they will always think you are good at it. San Lazaro Fence company has become that saying. Between my neighbor and myself we purchased close to 4000. worth of material. The galvanized steel boards they sell are not six feet rather they are 70 making them shorter than the standard 6. But my issue was not so much with the height of the boards but the fact that not all the boards were delivered. The delivery was made by a tow truck company they have on call. They tell you, you have to pay them in cash. This is not smart business sense having someone else to deliver your customers material. They have also raised the price of the material according to them their prices have gone up. That is why I said to shop around. Your better of hiring a company that will include the labor and material. If you try to save some money like we did you will end up losing with San Lazaro Fence Company. One week later after the fence is nearing completion we come to realize that not all the material was delivered as promised. I am a person of justice. I will leave this in the hands of my credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau, because I know I wont get Justice from San Lazaro Fence Company.

They attend to you quickly in the order in the premises inside. Just notice a little disorganization on the outside where the order is delivered. First time I was going and I had to live because I was missing things in the car.The person who was going to do my work spoke to the guy in the office on the phone when I placed the order. I communicate what I needed.Then . When I picked him up outside and not knowing about those things, I had to look at the order and notice that things were missing due to the quantities and the logic of the work I want to do.Nobody informed me ..
