Highly recommend this company! I initially messaged them re: garage tune up and heard back from them within 10 minutes. Then, just an hour or so later, I had two men working on the garage door. I contracted BA Garage Doors to get a new garage door. The quoting process was great. When it came to installation we ran into a few issues because as you all know every project has its challenges. Throughout this process BA Garage doors always communicated with me and addressed my concerns. When I called because something was not right (after they reached out to me asking for feedback) they right away found a way to make it right. I give them five starts not because the job was easy and quick but because they are focused on their customer and when we ran into some challenges on how my previous door was installed they went out of their way to make it right, to the point that the owner of the company came personally to make sure at the end of the job I was delighted with their work. I am delighted with how the job ended and would recommend them moving forward.

I called B.A. Garage Doors during lunch on a Friday. Gaby answered quickly and suggested I text pictures of my damaged garage door to her technician. The technician, Danny, responded quickly. We set up a 4:00 p.m. appointment. At 4:15 p.m. Danny texted he was running late, stuck in traffic. He showed up at 4:30 p.m. and got to work. My door was repaired before 5:15 p.m. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the repair. Based on my experience I highly recommend B.A. Garage Doors.

I purchased from them a garage door. What made my decision to go with BA was the fact that I could talk to a person, not a recording, every time I called. If I got their voice mail, calls where returned right away. This after I requested estimates from four other companies. Three never returned my call and the other was a much higher price. The door was delivered and installed on the date specified and the price was right. Im very happy with my door.

After Irma I came to the conclusion that it was time to get a new Miami-Dade wind-approved garage door. The old garage door didn’t even open and I was afraid it will blow by the slightest wind. I called several different garage door companies, but only one company provided me with both, excellent customer service and superior quality doors. Dealing with BA Garage Doors was a complete pleasure. Gabby, the office representative, was always available to answer any questions. Even knowing that I was going to be out of the country, she took the time to send me a facebook message to confirm everything. Time was managed properly and when installation occurred BA Garage Doors made sure that there were no surprises. The team finished the work in record time and with the highest quality. I would use BA Garage Doors in the future with my eyes closed.

Firstly, they do not make actual appointments, or give you a time frame of when they are coming. They just tell you that they will call you when they are on the way. After confirming a date I called to see what time they thought the tech was coming, so I could get home. The receptionist said around 2 but no later than 2:30. I waited to call back till 3:30. She then said that she would call the tech but that he would be there soon. I called again and she said at 4:48 that he was leaving in 5 minutes from the job and that he would be there in 30-45 minutes, so I patiently waited to no avail. So, the next morning I called another gate company because we had an intruder try and steal a scooter 2 nights before (we have him on tape) and we wanted to get the gate closed. They came a few hours later and fixed the gate at 11am. Then, at 4:10 in the afternoon I get a phone call from the receptionist that her tech is there and that he thinks the gate is fine. So this company didnt call me to tell me they were not coming and the didnt call the next morning to explain themselves and reschedule. They just showed up at the end of the day when they wanted to and I wasnt even there to let them in. She hung up on me when I mentioned that the gate was already fixed... Dont waste your time with this unprofessional company.
