If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far THE WORSE place I have ever ordered anything in my life. From installation to the horrible painting job that this people have done with my door. The quality of the door is horrible, and not hurricane resistant or anything hurricane. This people are unprofessional, does not deliver on time, give you thousands of excuses to then deliver the worse job possible in the Miami area. Please believe the bad reviews on Google and on Yelp. I actually left a great example and picture of the horrible door they delivered and how it deteriorated in just 1 year (on Yelp) yes you read it right.. 1 year! And of course they don’t offer any protection after that. Why would they? Horrible place

Doors Galour manufactured a custom impact resistant wooden front entry door for our home. The door looks great and the installation was done professionally. About nine months later a screw came loose and chipped the door. Jorge came to our home and made repairs that are virtually undetectable. It is very reassuring when a company stands behind their work. I highly recommend Doors Galour.

Very bad experience, would not recommend this company. Took half the money and took 5 months to install the door.

Excellent Door and Installation.The door was received as requested and on time . The order was placed at the end of October and the sales agent promised for first week of December. They deliver what it was promised in despite of how busy they were with end of the year orders. The installation was very professional and comply with the building code. I rate it as excellent .Thanks for your professionalism

I couldnt be happier with Doors Galour. Everyone I met was a true professional. They surpassed my expectations in perfection, precision, but especially in being really nice, good hearted people that I was able to trust. From the beginning to the end it was a smooth process. The sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful. I have 2 crazy dogs that like to scratch my door. My sales person found an inexpensive solution to customize my door to prevent my dogs from scratching, for which I am so thankful to him. My installer was constantly cleaning after himself and made the door just beautiful and perfect. The caulking he used on the outside frame looks seamless to the point that I cant even see its there. If I could give these people 100 stars I would, they are truly that awesome.

My experience with this business was mediocre at best. We purchased a custom Hurricane resistant front door with wood planking and the planks were installed unevenly and crooked.The installation was even more horrific than the poor quality of the product itself. The screws used to attach the base were installed in randomly and unevenly, the hole for the door latch was done without precision and now has wood shavings coming out, the size of the hole for the deadbolt is bigger that the deadbolt and its now noticeable from the outside and the hole for the door pull was open with a down-ward slope so the pulls were almos impossible to install.Ive been complaining for 5 months to get a solution and nothing has yet been done. Every time I reach out they say they are trying to get replacement IPE planks yet nothing has been executed. Overall, save yourself the HEFTY price and go buy your front door elsewhere.

Doors Galour was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. The staff was extremely helpful and available to answer any and all my questions. They kept me posted from order to installation. I had questions after the installation was complete and they were still willing and available to talk to me. They truly care about their products and making the customer happy. The door is beautiful and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. We had no complaints with the door. I would highly recommend them.

Doors Galour did an excellent job of securing and installing for us a front door and entranceway that perfectly met and exceeded our expectations. They patiently worked through showing us a wide array of options that helped us define our preferences, and introduced us to options we did not know existed to better meet what we were trying to define. They patiently adjusted our order as we researched and found options for handles and locks and hidden hinges. We are delighted with the result. We highly recommend Doors Galour.

I cannot say enough great things about this company and the entire experience. From the moment we met with the sales rep to the final date of installation, everything from this company was first class. The sales rep took our vision and created exactly what we wanted from design to construction. The front doors we ordered were perfect and the install was today and it came out awesome! The installer was professional, meticulous and did an excellent job. To say I am happy with this company would be an understatement. if you are in the market for doors, look no further. The service and attention to detail was second to none and we could not possibly be any happier.

Please do not believe any of the bad reviews for this company. I purchased my wood double doors from Doors Galour about three weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. Aside that the model I selected is absolutely beautiful, the customer service was one of the main factors why I did not hesitate to make my purchase on my FIRST visit. Catalina sat with me and went over all the details that were important to me without rush (even though I showed up close to closing time on a Saturday). Jorge was already at my home the following Monday taking measurements to avoid any delays in manufacturing. Anytime I had a questions and called my call was taken or immediately returned after I left a message. They called me to inspect the door before scheduling the installation to ensure that I was pleased with the finished product, and BOY WAS I PLEASED!!! It looked like a Grand Piano!!!! Amazing paint job and finish, SO elegant! My installation was arranged and the installer showed up on time the day of. He took his time with the installation, ensuring everything was aligned and done properly. My home was not a disaster zone while he was working and it was just as clean when he left as when he got there. I wish I could post a picture of it here so youd truly appreciate the beautiful masterpiece that they created for my home. I highly HIGHLY recommend Doors Galour, you will not be disappointed with their service or product!!!!!

Great Service, wide door variety, and great installation. Ive had my door installed for a very long time now and it maintains in great shape. I have no complains. They treat you like family and its a great company overall. The bad reviews here are wrong dont listen to them and surely go and check out the store. You will be attended right away and they have great prices. I dont regret buying my doors here and I recommend them to anyone that needs any type of doors. Go and visit Doors Galour.

On June 2, 2018 we ordered an entry door from Doors Galour Corp. We went back a week later to change the color of the door. When we originally placed the order we were told that it was going to take around 8 weeks with the possibility of an additional 3 weeks because the glass on the transom was a special order. We were fine with that.After 14 weeks I called and was told by Maria that the following week the door was going to be painted and it should take 2 more weeks. I understand that Maria was trying to help me and simply relaying the information she was given. After calling three more times, we decided to go in person, at which time we were told that the glass had to be reordered. We never received a call to advise us of the glass delay, in fact throughout the whole ordeal, we never once received a call with a status update. We paid the door in full the second week of November and the door was installed on November 21, 2018. At that time, there was a part missing and the installation could not be completed. After missing an appointment, they came out the last week of December with the part but unfortunately it was the wrong part.Finally, after having to deal directly with the installer, the door was finished on January 10, 2019, 7 months later. We understand that at the end Abel (a manager) was trying to solve the problem, but it was too late.12 weeks to 7 months is unacceptable. A reasonable person would expect at a call during that time to advise the customer about the delay and the reason for the delay.Things happen, but the customer deserves to be informed as those things happen, especially on such a big investment. Communication is key!!When we started this project I was hoping to be able to write a great review because my company has done business in the past with Doors Galour, but because all of this I can say that this is the worst experience I have ever had with any home contractor or any retailer.

First I received a $10.00 charge from Doors Galour at 12:30 in the afternoon, that charge went thru, then they stole my credit number and then went to pep boys and charged $1014.12 at 2:11pm!!!!!!!!Do NOT trust them!!!!!!! Wait forgot to tell you I live 5 hours away, have never even heard of them. My bank contacted me, so please be extremely careful. Look at all the reviews on all the sites, not everyone can be wrong!!!!!

The door is beautiful the installer Daniel is an amazing and proffesional guy he did a wonderful job and also very clean and neat the small complaint that I have is that the door suppose to take between six and eight weeks to be installed and it took almost 12 weeks

My husband and I went to different places for our entry door ( we were looking for an impact door). This was the first store we visited and the one we ended up doing our door with ( We checked about 4 places). ABEL was great selling us the job, he knows a lot on this field and helps on designs ideas, etc. ( I had no clue about doors before getting this place, all I knew was I wanted a front door, lol). They have an overwhelming variety of doors, materials, and reasonable prices compared to the others we visited. They also make their own wood doors if you decide to go for that type. Abel told us the door would take about 6 weeks and we’d have it ready for December 17th and zas! Done! Our door looks beautiful and both my husband and I are very pleased with it. But almost the same important is the customer service they offer. Abel, both Jorges (there are two Jorges) and the lady ( sorry I don’t remember her name) are very nice and professionals and they respond very quick to clients concerns. These people do know what they do and care for their clients. And for me that’s a five plus!!! Thank you Galour Corp for your service. I really encourage you to keep it up!!! Good luck!!
