We ordered our hurricane windows in June, and they delivered in September as scheduled (even with the horrible logistics situation happening at the moment).The team managed to change all windows in 2 days. There was an unpleasant experience with the city inspector but Andrew and Carlos handled it really well and made us feel very comfortable with everything. Carlos was very helpful since the beginning, sending updates on the order, scheduling the inspection and making sure everything was done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for windows in the south Florida area!

Even with the delays getting permits, due to the pandemic, they got the job done and my front door is beautiful. Their prices are affordable. Excellent company to do business with.

A really impressive company. It is truly a challenge to find a company in Miami that provides such exceptional service as they do. I contacted them to replace an efficiency wood door, frame, and threshold. The result was a job well done. I like to thank Andrew for the inspection, Alex for the ordering and communicating when the new door would arrive and Stephanie for notifying me when the installers would arrive on-site. I would like to thank the installers as well for their craftsmanship and clean-up.

Bad customer service. I ordered a multi point lock and unfortunately it is the only place I know of to get replacement multi point locks. The lock was shipped wrong and I have to pay return shipping. I sent a email to two women that I deal with and did not receive a reply from either one

The Keys is fortunate to have access to a company like All About Doors & Windows. Before finding them, I called several companies from Miami and the Keys trying to get someone to come give me an estimate on replacing an impact door. No one ever followed up on their promise to provide an estimate. By shear luck I found All About Doors & Windows advertisement in Marathon. I called them and right away they came out, gave me an estimate. I placed the order, they set my expectation on the length of time it would take to have the door made and provided an estimate on when it would be installed. Im very satisfied with the installation and the service provided through out the entire process. You can tell this is a family owned business, where they care about the service and reputation of their work. Thank you Stephanie, Alex and Robert for bringing this well run company to the Keys. Excellent Excellent Excellent. I researched the door I wanted for our house and knew what price to expect. I contacted All About Doors and they were completely professional and very very nice. The price they quoted me was right on the mark. We ordered the door we wanted after they came out to measure. We asked how long it would take to get the door and we were told that it has been taking around 6 weeks, so be patient. They were absolutely correct. 6 weeks later, they called to schedule the installation, and let me tell you, I was more than pleased with the workmen, and the craftsmanship. It took the entire day, but they left my home cleaner than when they got there. The door looks amazing and everybody loves it. I am more than happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We contacted Robert Sanchez to replace our two front doors and transom with leaded glass. From the initial call to the installation everything was handled efficiently. Robert came to our home and showed us many options. What we selected had to be custom made due to the size of our doors, which he told us, would take additional time. Terri Sanchez kept us advised of the progress. She also handled all permit fees with the city and all correspondence to our homeowners association was handled by her. Once everything was approved, the installation was flawless. All their employees were professional, courteous and hard working. When the job was finished, everything was spotless. They exceeded our expectations. The doors and transom are beautiful and we have received many compliments. I would highly recommend Robert and Terri Sanchez of All About Doors.

Outstanding. The installers were more like craftsmen than handymen/carpenters. Very careful work; cleaned up after themselves at every step. Took the added time needed to make sure door installation and associated locks, etc., were PERFECT. Made me wonder if Im really in Miami-Dade County -- this was not the normal experience here! A little hard to schedule with them, probably because theyre so good that theyre very busy. Family firm with mother and son as principals.

In response to the previous review. I went to Mr. Covellis home multiple times to prevent this exact situation. His opening width was 60 inches. So when i informed him that the Double Doors would be 28 inches each, he disregarded the idea of a double door. I then gave him the option of a larger single-fiberglass door with a functioning sidelight that has the capability of opening and he said it exceeded his budget. This narrowed it down to the aluminum impact single door with a sidelight (which is not available with an active/functioning sidelight). This is what he agreed on and was written on the contract since day one. I did my best to satisfy Corries desires and it is unfortunate that his experience with us has come to this conclusion. We delivered and installed what was on the contract in a timely manner. We have been in business for 18+ years mainly because of our reputation and recommendations which reflect a positive experience between us and our customers.

Terrible company. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for a door that I didnt want. I was told I was getting a double door and only received a door with a sidelight. Dont do any dealings with these people. Installation wasnt done correctly. The door is showing light at the bottom and the trim isnt secure. Andrew Sanchez said he was coming back to check the one guy (Who didnt speak English) work and NEVER showed up. Very hard to explain things to someone who doesnt speak the same language. I will never do this again. Dont trust these people.

Stay away from this business if you value your money and time. When we initially made our purchase everything seemed in order, however when pick up day came we arrived to find our doors would be delivered to us without any packaging. When we requested boxes to cover them we were told the card board boxes they had in view, and would have clearly done the job, were being used for other purposes, instead we got but one piece of cardboard that barely helped. We had to improvise in order to properly protect them during the trip and even so one dented slightly. As soon as we arrived we noticed the hole in the door where the peep hole was to be installed was missing. We called to inform this, as we were told the door would come with said hole on it. At that moment we were told by Alex they would come to our house and do this work free of charge. Believing this to be true we went ahead and installed the door, and the fact that it was installed is the only thing that stopped us from driving right back to them after their unprofessional and deceitful behavior. We even confirmed a date on Monday and were told that Robert, the manager would come to do the peep hole installation on Thursday that same week. However when we called back on Wednesday to confirm time for said work, we were met with a completely different narrative. We were told instead that this same manager had now said they only do this work when they are the ones doing the door installation. Something that completely contradicted what we had been told all along. They also stated they could do the work but would charge us for the mileage. Trying to charge us for something we were told initially was included in our purchase price, after the door was already paid in full and installed is nothing short of a typical bait an switch. Not to mention the fact that they waited till the last possible minute to do so, the day before they were supposed to come do the work. This ridiculous business also did NOT include the molding for the front and we had to request a refund. If you want to get your moneys worth then dont bother with these people and go somewhere else.

They came and measured the doors and said they would send a quote. They never sent one. I called twice, but no reply.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I hope I can save one the trouble of buying from these people. They promised me a simple door in a weeks time, then called me when it was supposed to come in that it wouldnt arrive until 3 weeks later, and then when it was the date to get it to me still they hadnt gotten it. They love blaming the manufacture and have always excuses, I asked to see if they would at least waive the shipping cost as this was becoming a mission and off course they said no. So its been more than a month and my home has no doors. Save yourself the trouble, its not like they are cheap, or your saving on other companies!
