Great experience buying my car at the dealer, terrible when trying to get in touch with service adviser. I left my car a couple weeks ago, and every time I call, they just transfer me over service agent, never pick up my phone call, so I left several messages and at this point, no clue on what my car has, nor how long more will be there. If possible, go somewhere else for service. I went there because I bought my car there, but when my guaranty expires, will never return there. No follow up emails or call at all. I dont like to write this kind of reviews, but not happy at all with the service.
I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL unlimited sport that I also bought from this dealer and every time I’ve gone in to service, scheduled or unscheduled, they have done everything they can to help me and made sure I have everything I needed and answered all my questions. They also tried to get everything done as quickly as possible. Honestly, this has dealers service center has given me the of the best experiences I’ve had in any service center. I’d recommend this service center to anyone I know because of how good they are at getting things done quickly and efficiently and are truthful and honest about anything that happens.
Walked in to this dealership just to browse and test drive a Jeep, with 0 prospects of actually buying anything. Walked out with a beautiful Wrangler Willy thanks to the incredible Howard Wollaston. I grew up around Dodge’s and will remain around Dodges. This dealer is amazing. They are super busy however they handle their work amazingly. I service my vehicle with Felipe Francisco. And he is phenomenal. Dealing with him is an experience itself. He is knowledgeable and communicative. As I was driving by Kendall Dodge Ram Dealership, I decided to stop by and take a look at there used trucks. As we walked around, I found an amazing Ram Rebel 2019 truck. Truck in great condition inside and out! a few minutes later, we were approached by Ryan Holan Sales Pro for Dodge. Ryan provided great insight on the truck with no stress feeling. Offered a test drive with no obligation. We took the truck for test drive. Truck in great condition, strong and powerful. Ryan asked if were interested and I said yes but only if you can manage to bring the price down to a level that Im comfortable. I had my doubts but Ryan was able to provide the cost to my liking. Long story short, that day, I left with an awesome truck thanks to Ryan. Ryan is friendly, down to earth and very informative. A great place to do business! From entry our salesman Michael Lopez took care of us. General manager Hector also took interest in our requests to purchase. Since our original build never came after 2 months, Michael went above and beyond to locate another vehicle with the same options we wanted and today we finalized the transaction!! Victor the finance manager was also wonderful to deal with and got us great financing!
I went to this dealer to have my car appraised by them through kbb. Kbb offered me $16,600. CarMax had offered me $16,000 and AutoNation $15,700. This dealer came back at $12,000. Obviously they weren’t going to screw me so I left. Don’t use them to buy your car. Stick with CarMax, Carvana or AutoNation they don’t play games.

August 9th I brought my 2016 Ram truck in for a faulty ⛽ fuel sensor which was repaired. When I got my truck back I noticed a tapping noise coming from my vehicle. I brought my vehicle back to the dealership to fix the problem, the vehicle was not repaired properly, the tapping noise continued. I previously said I will not bring my truck back for repairs. Hugo Monterroso ask me to bring it back in to fix the problem. 2 weeks ago I got my 2016 Ram truck back from repairs Hugo made good on his word. The tapping noise is no longer present, its running stronger and now getting better gas mileage than when I first brought it in. Thanks Kendall Dodge and Hugo Monterroso for a job well done. 👏

Horrible experience.. we purchased a new car less than 6 months ago and has already been in the shop at least 5 times. Were always told the issue has been fixed but it never is.. its been a waste of time and money just to be able to drive this car.
UPDATED: 05/17/2021My boyfriend and I purchased Jeep Wrangler 3 weeks ago, the service department is the worst service we have ever experienced.Two days after purchasing the Jeep the check engine light was on and we had to bring back to the dealer. Dealer had the vehicle for a total of 10 days and didnt give updates until my boyfriend showed up at the dealership looking for answers. Problem was fixed shortly after, and now same scenario occurred. We are given the go around of we are working on your vehicle but no details as to what may be wrong, an estimated time more or less when it will be fixed. Out of 3 weeks we have had this vehicle for only a total of 4 days.Sales and finance department were great, HOWEVER, spare yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere for a vehicle. I have never experienced this poor of a service when bringing my Hyundai to be serviced. They always called back same day and gave a detailed update.-----The most pleasant experience I have had at a dealership! Roberto was fantastic and treats his customers like family; finance team was also amazing and took time to explain everything. Did not feel rushed from sales nor finance and the would definitely recommend others to this dealership in the future.
