I JUST bought my car a couple days ago, it was all possible because of LUIS LOPEZ, hes the best sales man they have. he helped me get the price I wanted for the car I wanted and he was with me through the whole process. Luis Lopez is very honest and transparent and shows you the actual number and what it is that you are paying for, before buying my new car I went to 4 different car dealers and all the sales man acted like they just wanted to pocket some money and sell you the car at the highest price.but I meet Luis Lopez at planet doge he helped me with everything and made me feel comfortable buying my car he explained everything to me and he was very honest and transparent. if you are going to buy a car at planet doge I highly recommend you ask for Luis Lopez.

Tried to schedule an appointment for service with rental, was told I had to walk in. When I arrived, the service center was packed and I had to wait for someone to tell me they were packed and that I needed to drop off. They were willing to offer a rental vehicle for 1 day... I dont have much time to waste so I called around and was able to drop off at Kendall Jeep with a rental vehicle for 7 days while my recalls were fixed. Client experience is everything and this service department did not meet my expectations as a valued customer. Will be servicing my Jeep at Kendall Jeep exclusively. Giving 3 stars because the sales person and manager who helped me purchase the vehicle were great... service, not so much.

Two stars because they have nice facilities and would probably have a good selection if there wasn’t a manufacturing slow down. Sales staff pretty much ignored me and the only person that spoke to me about cars was another customer that wasn’t impressed. The biggest red flag for me was a man sleeping on a couch in the showroom. He appeared to be an employee but regardless of who he is management shouldn’t have someone (employee or customer) sleeping on a couch in the middle of the showroom.

After this last visit I’m buying a Ford. The service center here is ridiculously unprofessional, and the level of just plain laziness is amazing actually.Dropped my car off on a Saturday immediately told I wouldn’t have it till Monday at least. Okay I understand. Monday was told it would be done Tuesday, Tuesday was told it would be done Wednesday, Thursday they told me the part was in and it would be done in the hour, so I went in and low and behold “won’t be done till Friday”. It was finally done Saturday (7 days later). I’m okay with that but just tell me on Monday it will be 5 more days, don’t make me drive back and forth all week.They’re going to tell you from the jump to contact via text because that’s where they respond fastest. Might as well send a carrier pigeon. When I called I was put on hold for 56 min (have a screen shot) and took hours to get a text responseGot my car back and the radio didn’t work, there was plastic still taped to the window, and the emblem on my steering wheel was gone.When I called about the radio “well I don’t know” was the answer I received. The window I sent a picture and he said “I don’t understand take it off”And the emblem was a recall. But no one told me. Still no response about that.The 2.5 stars on Yelp is definitely way too high.

I’ve had a Dodge Dart for 7 years now, and there’s been a couple things wrong it.The service at this location has always fixed it, even when some of the parts for my car are not manufactured anymore since they know longer manufacture the Dart!Marleen and John always help me out when I go. Planet Dodge has been a nightmare for a year and a half. The first time I took my new Jeep for oil change and tire rotation they did not notate the tires. For 1 1/2 years I have had problems with my radio. First they lied and said that some radios had problems and waiting from corporate to get it fixed. I call corporate months later and find out it’s a lie. I take it back and they claim it’s fixed. I was the same. Finally they say they will change the radio. 4 radios were sent to them and they claim they never received it. Finally 5 or 6 months later they get the radio. The new radio is still bad. Now they tell me they are ordering a new one around another 5 months waiting. I continue to complain to Jeep’s complains Jeep complains finally tell me it’s arrived. I take it on Monday Eric says it will be ready the same day or the next day Tuesday. Wednesday I call and text Eric no response as usual. Thursday I call Jeep complaints they can’t get a hold of no one. Finally they email the manager Jorge. He says it ready yet wait until Eric calls me since he wants to make sure everything is good. No call from Eric. I call Eric on Friday. Eric & Jorge are both off. Jonathan will find out if it’s ready. No calls from Jonathan. Jeep complaints after my 2nd call to them finally finds out that it is ready. I never got a call from Planet Dodge. I pick up my Jeep and they never reinstalled SiriusXM. I had also left it for the key fab still giving problems they wrote unable to duplicate my concerns. I also took it because the backup camera needed adjustment because the tire was in image. They said unable to duplicate your concern. So none of my 3 problems were taken care of. I was without a car for 5 days. If I would have not called Jeep complaints I would have not gotten an answer from Planet Dodge in Doral.

Bought and service my truck at Planet.Even if I live in S Miami I go to Planet because all has been great so far.Today was disappointing.Got my oil change. At the time of the pick upafter I paid I went outside to ask where my truck was. They told my to push the button on my remote with the trumpet symbol and walk into the lot behind to find it...really??I sadly walked following the instruction and I found my truck blocked by another car so I went back to talk to the kid who instructed me and I ask politely to get my truck.Not a good experience this times.Service is called service because this is what the clients expect..and then it may become good service.Domenico Falanga

Mr. Jhons attention in service was correct, he also complied with each thing he said, when negotiating the cost was correct and judicious, the two stars to reach 5 is because if they could help me with the cost, why not? They make the principle to be able to help the client, and the other star is for the girl at the checkout when picking up the car, her way of expressing herself was very rude and I made myself pay with a card because there was already a box when it was 10 minutes to 3 oclock. pm, the boy who was in theory to deliver the car gave me the keys and said to look for it in the parked lot, he did not bring it to the service area, the car felt good I think it was a good mechanical job. Be careful when you going there. They are not only trying rip you off they are disrespectful. There is some kind of trend in Miami dealers specially this one that you have to agreed with whatever they got to offer otherwise they are going to snap you on your face. The sales manager got out of his office yelling at us trying to intimidate us just because we did not agree with whatever he has to offer. If you want to safe yourself time and energy do not go to this dealer. Miami is getting out of control. Sad but true. Never go back to this dealer. Need improvement in greeting customers and providing direction as well as having a designated area for employee breaks that is not concurrent with customer break area.I visited Planet Dodge in Doral on a Wednesday morning at about 7:4/ a.m. without an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation on my Ram pick up. I used the Express Lane and was greeted by the service person after he finished taking in 2 customers ahead of me. Intake was prety fast, but it took about 15 minutes before anyone greeted me.Facilities were clean, but 3 employees were gathered around the little food kiosk in the service area lounging, watching there phones and eating at the kiosk where there is no place to eat.From time of arrival to payment and departure it took me about 2 hours.Oil change and tire rotation price was less expensive then other aces i have uses.I will definitely go there again for oil change and tire rotation.

Thursday morning, after we 3 members of our executive staff, took time to review our upcomig lease renewals and decided on the car units available, your sales person said the published listed and posted on the car had an additional $10K dealer special fee. Is this legal? It was obvious that whatever credit we may received was going to be an offsett by her surprise unlisted fees. Our company has been a loyal customer of the brand for over may years and believe we deserve better. About year ago one of your advertised tv deals just desapered once we asked for it. Ibrahim is the best!This was my first time getting service for my Jeep Wrangler at this place and I don’t trust just anyone with her. I got an oil change and tire rotation, and Ibrahim was the main person i mostly interacted with. He was super friendly, easy to interact with and extremely professional at the same time.The only issue i had was that whoever changed the oil and drove my Jeep probably did not wash hands after changing the oil so the stirring wheel was a bit dirty and oily.Besides that, the whole service was very fast. The biggest waste of time of my life. I went in there today at 1:00pm because the battery on my 2019 ram 1500 went bad and it’s still under warranty and they refused to help me because the rep said it took too much time and paperwork. Really dude I’m in there for an emergency battery change since the one on my truck is not holding charge. I use my truck everyday. But yet they couldn’t do a simple battery change. On my way over I called to make sure they could help and the person over the phone told me that they would be able to help me ASAP since it was an emergency. Now I have to wait a week for next Saturday because I work Monday to Friday and I get out late. Thanks a lot for not helping planet dodge 👎👎

I took my car in for service on Tuesday August 17th and the only good thing about the experience was the representative Jonathan who was very nice. Other than that everything was horrible. First of all, I have a 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and they gave me an old, smelly and dirty mini van Chrysler. They asked me for $50.00 deposit in case I wouldn’t return the car with the same gas mileage they gave me the rental with. The next day the returned my car with not even a car wash. The representative said: I owe you a car wash! Which I think is super unprofessional. On top of that today is September 9th and the $50.00 deposit hasn’t returned to my car yet even though I returned the rental with more gas than they gave me the rental with. I reached out to the representative a few weeks ago and he said that he has nothing to do with the Enterprise rental department. I’m still waiting for my refund and I won’t return to that dealer for service ever again.

NOTICE! This review pertains to the service department ONLY. (I have had no interaction with the sales department.Planet Dodge, located on NW 12th street in Miami, has THE WORST oil change service I have ever had. I say this for several reasons. I have brought in my vehicle three times, and I have never left in under 1.5 hours. In addition, I have was turned down for service 2-3 times because they are too busy. The last time I took my vehicle in, I was again turned down for service because I was too late. I remember pulling in at 6:25 pm on Friday and handing my keys to the two guys accepting the vehicles. However, the guy in the office told me that he couldnt service my car because I was too late. The Planet Dodge website clearly states the hours for Friday as 7:30 am - 7 pm. If they stop accepting cars at 6:30 pm, they should change the hours on the website. In addition, the last time I brought my car in for an oil change, the technician broke my dipstick. He told me that they would replace it but that they had to order the part. He wrote down the part number on my receipt. When I returned to have the broken dipstick replaced, I brought that same receipt with me. I handed that same receipt to the guy sitting in the express lube station. He typed in the part number and then said, sorry, I cant help you, I cant find the part. I then took that same receipt to the guy in the office. He typed in the numbers and found the part immediately. The guy in the office had to go and talk to the guy in the express lube station before he would help me. I dont understand how the guy in the office could find the part, but the guy at the express lube station could not. Now im no expert in customer service, but I dont think that telling a customer I cant help you qualifies as good customer service. Even if the guy in the office couldnt find the part, I would think that, at the very least, he would go ask someone else for help; I know thats what I wouldve done. For these reasons, I will not return to have my vehicle serviced at Planet Dodge on NW 12th street in Miami. In addition, I cannot recommend this location for service to anyone. The only reason for the one-star rating is that the two guys; that accept the vehicles in the express lane; were helpful.

Very efficient service. Their text message updates and communication takes all the guess work of having your car in for repair (warranty or otherwise). Marleen has been excellent and always easy to reach. Couldnt be happier with the service they have provided.

Went in for an oil change early morning. I was 2nd in line and when the service dept opened they promptly helped me out. Ibrahim is very courteous and professional and Planet Dodge as a whole is a superb dealership. My car was done in less than 30 minutes. I left satisfied.
