I dropped My Ram truck off because the AC fan would not turn on and off. It would keep blowing fuses. My personal mechanic had already taken a look at it diagnosed it and suggested taking it to the dealer to have it done as it may require the programming of the new part. I get a response via a text that my evaporator needed to be replaced and I was low on freon although I have never had a problem with the temperature. I just cant get it to turn on and off. After discussion A discussion collectively with them and my mechanic they stood by their decision their decision and wanted to charge me almost $3000 to do the work and swore that the problem was that it wasnt getting cold. Clearly that was not the problem. I think I would have noticed it when I was driving it that it was not getting cold. When I paid the service charge, the receipt still noted that it wasnt cooling which I found ridiculous. Theyre horrible and I think they are at the very least incompetent and do not want to admit to it. So I took my truck back and Im having it repaired elsewhere for the problem I actually took it in for.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE call center ! I’ve been for an oil change twice since they are the only dealer close to me which would make it practical to do service with them. I purchased an extended warranty since January and I was informed by the service department that I don’t have a warranty yet. In addition to when considering a service with them, just set aside a 30 minutes in order to reach the designated person in the call center. The call center is really disorganized and it feels that the employees working there don’t know each other and just throwing tasks to each other while putting you on hold.Just consider another dealers that are more competent because, BELIEVE ME!, they will do their best at the beginning in order to win you and then let you shocked with their bad customer service afterwards.

Sales department was awesome, but dealt with the service department today about a bubble in the sidewall of a tire. Absolute waste of time talking to these guys. Brand new vehicle with max warranty and they won’t cover the cost of a tire replacement all because I don’t have “Road Hazard” which was never mentioned when purchasing the vehicle. Felt like they were just looking out for the company and not worrying about the customer. Don’t waste your time with the service department!

Our 2015 Dodge Charger was having air conditioning issues. A mechanic friend highly recommended the service department to us. Ana was wonderful. They found the problem quickly and the cost was reasonable. We will definitely be returning with both our Dodge Chargers for future service needs. Would highly recommend taking your car for service here.

Sales team is good. BUT service here is bad.Went to dealership for oil change. After oil change, arrived to my house and found out car is leaking oil!!! From oil filter! I returned to the dealership explained the situation, left my car so they can fix it. I was told the Durango was leaking residual oil from the change of oil the did. Returned to my house and continue LEAKING OIL!!!!! From oil filter!! The worst thing is that this is the third time this occurs to me with this dealership. I promised myself to never again return to the dealership! Never!! Whoever performs oil change there doesn’t know what he or she is doing!! New pavers of my driveway now all full of oil. One week has passed and my car continues leaking oil and I was charged $150 for this mess. Worst worst service!!! I prefer to pay someone else to fix it!

Hi my name is Marbella. And I bought my first car here in Dadeland Jeep. My mom and I went to look at Jeeps that day and we got attended by Rojuel Farguharson. We were set on the our budget price and Rojuel took care of everything else. He made sure it didn’t go over. He showed us the car and I fell in love with it. And ever since everything has turned out positively right. He gave us his full attention in the whole process. I came in with the basics of knowing a Jeep to being able to sell one my self. That’s how great of a sells man Rojuel is. He showed me every detail their was to the new 4xe model. And he took the time to show me the videos and he thought me how to remove the doors and roof of my car. With all of this being said he was always super professional and never pressured us into buying something we didn’t won’t he was super real. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they FORGOT to tighten the wheels. I was driving north on US1 when the entire car started shaking and the ABC breaks stopped working. The entire front wheel came off and the left rear tire nuts were completely loose. Luckily no one got hurt. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I could of lost my life.

Bad service, a huge lack of respect, you buy a car and after two days it gives you problems when you ask to have it checked, they do not help you, they tell you that you have to leave it and they do not give you a car to move while they delay all the time of the world.

Deceptive, unethical practices and predatory!•Price was changed just because I walked in the door. I have emails, screenshots and an AMEX Auto Purchasing Price Guarantee to prove that the price was different before we started negotiating. The asking price jumped $1500 from the time I walked in the door to when we sat down to talk numbers.•They refused to honor the AMEX Auto Purchasing Program details putting them in breach-of-contract with AMEX/TrueCar.•Added ridiculous fees! Over $4000 in prep/service/detail fees! This feels incredibly predatory given the location of this dealership... The demographics of the area lead me to belive that the large portion of their clientele are payment driven and willing to accept any fees as long as the payment is affordable.•They greatly devalued my trade... I was offered 18% less for my trade than I was offered elsewhere! 15% doesnt sound like alot but in my case 15% meant almost $3000!!Somebody else may not have caught this but I am an industry professional. I have been around the Auto business and car dealerships since I was a kid. This is not a dealership to be trusted and definitely one I would suggest you avoid. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

First let me put out there that we received an excellent experience from the sales team. When it comes to financing we got a competitive rate. Now, the financing guy however played it smooth or lazy. He presented all the usual add ons as benefits part of the package you are gettin had us sign all the benefits one by one, the extended warranty, gap, etc without a word about price. He casually left the bill for last and finally just sign here he said. Now despite being young and quite inexperienced at buying cars, we didnt just sign, we took the time to read the bill and understand by ourselves that the benefits were not really included but actually being charged and added to the principal. We asked to redraw the contract. Had he been upfront this review wouldve been 5 stars.

Went in for a recall issue. My airbag on the driver and passenger side were both replaced. When I got back in my truck, the AC was no longer working. I drove down the street and was realizing this as i drove. I stopped in the parking lot of Brandsmart down the street. Turned my truck off and it wouldnt start back up. I was stranded for over 2 hours and called the dealership back. Deysi (from service) finally got on the line but told me I need to get the truck jumped and get it back to them. The truck wasnt taking a jump. I tried from an F-150 from a person passing by. The battery was completely dead. My girlfriend came with my two kids and we went to the dealership, leaving my truck at brandsmart. The sales manager told me until they know that it was their fault, I was on my own. Told me hed call me a tow truck but then doubled back and said Id have to call my own after not being able to get in contact with the one he tried to call. After causing a scene with the conversation getting louder and demanding they fix the issue, someone else finally came and said theyd send a service tech to my truck to get it started. They jumped it with a strong jump box and told me my battery was bad. I went straight to advance auto where I got the battery less than a year ago. They charged it fully and tested it. The battery was good, the alternator was good, the starter was good. My AC is still not working correctly and my power cable to my subwoofer was left disconnected. Also my radio was left hanging out. It was a VERY shoddy job. I missed a day of work dealing with this issue. At the moment, Im being sent away by the service manager, Maria, admitting that mistakes were made but theres nothing that can be done. They just tested my battery and its testing as good. Maria told me there was no way they couldve determined the battery was bad in the brandsmart parking lot with it being that drained. They did though. It also took a long time to get my vehicle back after the service. Im pretty sure they had to jump it off before they gave it back to me considering how dead it was.Had I not escalated this far and just taken what they told me, I wouldve paid for a tow truck and also a new battery.So far, these are the people that were rude and unhelpful with my situation:Ricardo Shedden - Sales managerMaria - Assistant Service ManagerStay tuned Dadeleand Dodge, there are some issues coming your way

Just called parts department to see how much they charge for passenger side mirror.The glass only 6 by 8 $297.00 .I called Advanced Auto $49.00.Anybody that shops here for parts should have their heads examined.Im disgusted that they feel the need to over charge there customers apparently over 600% of what honest intelligent business people would charge.And yes he stressed glass only !And after reading more reviews from other customers, I find it very hard to believe that so many one star reviews are peppered with highly contrasting five stars. I dont believe them for a second.

They didn’t work with me on giving me a good price so I can buy that truck that day. I waited over 6 hours just to learn they won’t be able to fix my issue due to FCA’s warranty repair requirements (an intermittently malfunctioning TPMS sensor. Yes, just a tire pressure sensor). At the end they gave me a free tire rotation, and I appreciate it, but come on, 6 hours? Really? Why let your webpage schedule more customers if you’re already overly booked?The waiting area had a Keurig, but no pods. No drinking water. Nothing much besides a vending machine. I’ve seen some dealers actually bake fresh cookies for waiting customers, so yeah, it can be a lot better.My service advisor wouldn’t give me any updates unless I ask. Within those 6 hours that I waited, I had to ask about the status myself twice. She never gave me any updates, ever. On the other hand, another service advisor actually got my attention. His name is Orlando and I saw that guy giving his customers periodic updates, even if there wasn’t any movement with their fixes. That’s just good customer service.

Apparently they dont care about sales. Ive been inquiring on a vehicle for over an hour. Dealership doesnt close for another hour and a half however no one answers the phone. If someone does, youre transferred to another line and no one answers. I am however getting emails but no one calls me or answers their calls. I have cash in hand to buy one of their cars but they cant be bothered. Bizarre.

I was thoroughly impressed. The salesman Reynaldo Montero was totally outstanding; as well as, Ray Quintana, the finance manager! They both went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our new car. The salesman, Reynaldo was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. My brother and I both both bought cars from this place. He had to call in just to remind them to send his license plate. Then he had to go in person to pick it up. I, however, have had to call in 5 times just to remind them to send my license plate. AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT. I called in again today and the lady on the phone was nice and polite, but the person in charge of my plate isnt in the office.This is ridiculous that Im already receiving payments for this car and havent received the tag. Now this is my first review Ive ever left at a place, because this is just garbage. Ive been patient for nearly a month already and you still havent DONE YOUR JOB! My temporary plate is about to expire and now I have to call back again tomorrow for the 7TH TIME JUST TO GET THESE PEOPLE TO DO THEIR JOB!UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted quickly and they were able to rectify the issue and have my plate ready by the end of the day ready for shipping. Which just makes the original several calls that much more infuriating that it could be resolved this easily. I am, however raising the review to three stars because Luis Perez is a man of swift action and diligence, willing to even give his own personal cell phone to have this issue resolved quickly. I do appreciate his efforts.

Check engine light was on, so I called and they had an appointment first-thing the next day. I presumed the light was related to some Start/Stop issues I was having. The light had turned off the next day, but Mike V evaluated the car and the stored codes (it was an idle code that had resolved itself), advised me regarding the specific things the Start/Stop system needs to operated (e.g., cant have AC on full blast or S/S wont be available), and sent me on my way with no charge for his time. Grateful for the experience and the consideration. Thanks Mike!

Took in my Ram 1500 to get the tires filled with Nitrogen, but they filled it with regular air and all 4 tires had uneven pressure !!!! Now I have to take all the air out and refill them with Nitrogen. These people are not honest, I saw the mechanic filling the tires with regular air after pretending to fill the tires in the nitrogen station !!

They will try to up sale you every time and when they can’t do that they will try to charge you for services that where not done. Worst place to buy a car as their business ethics are terrible. One person would claim one thing but the next day change it up, creating confusion and ultimately fraud. Do yourself a favor! Do not visit this place. I strongly believe that many of the reviews here are not legitimate to hide the bad ones.My story:I visited on a Saturday July 20, to place a custom jeep order; I was asked to leave a $4000 deposit. About 30 minutes after I left, they call me to tell me that the price of the vehicle would be higher because it would be a 2021, I immediately told them to cancel and that I would not pay any extra. I was asked to visit the store to talk about it, manager Ricardo Shedden said that he could keep the price the same if I decide to order, I still refused and asked for my check back. Manager Ricardo said that they can’t because is in a secured box and I would have to wait until Monday. I reached out by Monday just to find out that they took my money and that there is NO REFUND. The only evidence I had was that I discussed with the salesman that I wanted the money and that he would “CANCEL the order no problem” that I would have my check back. I visited the store two times to try to talk with Ricardo the manager, since he said that I would have my check back in front of me and my salesman Erick that Saturday. Ricardo said that he was not aware that the order was in place and that he can’t do anything.Conclusion, the ORDER was placed that same Saturday 20 of July of 2020 without my consent of being at a higher price, managers refused to give me a refund for 5 days, Ricardo even harassed me and my Father the last time I went which was Wednesday 24th and said that he would fight us outside if we don’t leave.The next morning, Thursday 25, my lawyer sent them a fax stating that they will be taken to court if they don’t give me the money in 3 days, also corporate called me to see if the problem had been solved. An hour later one of the managers called me to give me the check, if I removed the “NEGATIVE” and “UNACURATE” review. I pick up the check and they acted like nothing had happened. Paying for reviews is fraud and illegal.My advice, DON’T COME HERE!!!, check the true negative reviews, Find another place in which they are honest and don’t disagree with the agreement you had, and avoid ordering or leaving a deposit, if they say it can be refunded ask for their statement and signature, if you search you will find the car you want like I did that same weekend at Kendall Jeep!

Their service prices are absurd!! avoid getting service work here if your paying out of pocket.I brought my car in to get it fixed, they told me it will be 140 to check the symptoms which i was ok with, but they neglected to mention its $140 per symptom they found. They found two symptoms so they charged me $280..they wanted $2500 to fix both symptoms, i told them nope. took my car to a local mechanic got both issues fixed for $600.

If I could, I wouldve put 0 STARS!!! NEVER GOING BACK. First off, I had an appointment at 9:40 AM on Friday to have my Jeep serviced due to a light coming on. I was told by Deysi, the assistant service manager, that I would be getting a call later that day for a diagnosis of what was wrong and if I wanted to move forward. The end of the day came and I had not received any call or email. I called myself and apparently Deysi left and the service department was closed. I left a message and also decided to go in and see if I can get my jeep because I had not authorized it to stay there or was told anything about what was going on. With 10 workers standing around, no one helped us right away, until finally someone came over and sent us to a sales manager who again told me Deysi would be in the next morning and also said they have my keys so there is nothing I can really do... Very rudely. So now Im upset, I left and waited until the next morning. 8 AM and still no call, so I decided yet again to reach out and was told Deysi would not be in until Monday now?! Horrible communication. I was told to give them my number and one of the service ladies would talk to the mechanic and tell me what is going on with my Jeep. We agreed she would call me in the next hour or so because I would not have any other transportation there after 11 AM... 10:30 AM and still NO CALL. So I called AGAIN, I said I need to know NOW what is wrong with my jeep that this is ridiculous. I heard voices in the back telling the RECEPTIONIST to read me what was wrong, so ultimately I decided I need to just go get my jeep because none of this makes me comfortable. I went in and I discussed my problems with the manager at the time, and all he could tell me was how sorry he was that they are short on staff but as Im looking around, I see workers everywhere, so I do not understand how no one could reach out and give me information on MY jeep that I left for an entire day just to get one thing looked at. I still had to pay $160 for the diagnosis, and as I was about to pay I had to ask the CASHIER specifically what was wrong because not one service assosicate told me in person the diagnosis of my jeep. Overall, VERY BAD COMMUNICATION and HORRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM. I decided to take what they gave me and go elsewhere. I understand times are tough and there is a shortage of workers, but customer service is crucial anywhere and this Dealership lacks that and professionalism.

We were very interested in buying a vehicle from this dealership, called immediately and were even willing to travel 6 hours away to purchase what we thought was going to be our next vehicle. After asking for the price over the phone we were told it was 10k not including taxes and fees. We requested a quote of full detailed price with fees and noticed the price of vehicle was $10991. We asked to see if the 10k would be honored and was turned down. No big deal honest mistake maybe. Well looking at it again online it was listed for slightly cheaper... so we come to terms with what was offered and asked if they would take a holding fee. Thought that would be an obvious yes sense they would keep that money regardless if we bought it or not, nope no holding even with a fee. So we go to our bank and speak to our representative whom we have done this with on multiple occasions. She gets in contact with the dealership and now they dont want to settle because of some tax confusion that they did not care to want to understand as far as how other state taxes and tags work. The dealership said they would discuss the issue and call us back in 30 minutes, never did. In the end we are sad we are not getting a vehicle that we were ready to pay for but we are more upset that dealerships like this are still in business with awful customer service and ignorance to their customers. Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with, run while you still can.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and attentive, starting with our sales associate. There was no typical long hour debate on the payments but rather a smooth mutual agreement. Horrible Service from the Service Department. Bought the Hellcat from them and had an issue with it not even a week out. Brought the car back to them and they say its a transmission problem... They call the superiors and were told to change a module on the transmission instead of the transmission. There are only 6 modules in the United States, the car has been sitting there for over 6 weeks with no repairs in sight. None of the other dealers who have the module want to give it up!! How can this even be an issue?!? They do however have a transmission in stock but refuse to remove the module to verify this is actually the issue. We have made two payments on the car and for the 2 months we have had the beast its been in their shop. No loaner car offered either. WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

He was very helpful, informative and ultimately pointed me in the right direction towards a truck perfect for me. The sales staff were very welcoming and helped me get a monthly bill that i am comfortable paying. Overall i must say my experience at Dadeland Dodge was great, easy and memorable. THREATENED BY A SERVICE TECHNICIAN. On Feb 12th my RAM 3500 braking system was malfunctioning. I pulled over on the side of a busy highway and called Dadeland Dodge service department. After a prolonged hold, I was sent to voicemail. I was frustrated. I complained on the voicemail about them not answering the phone. Since my car was still unsafe to drive, I immediately called back. This time I got through and spoke to one of their service agents. She scheduled an appointment for me the following day. It was a pleasant and courteous call. A few hours later, I received a call from “Mike“ who claimed he was the Assistant Manager of the Service Department. He refused to give me his last name. Mike was extremely upset that I left the voice message complaining about them not answering the phone. Apparently, he took it very personally. But, instead of trying to be understanding or resolve the situation, Mike cancelled my appointment and threatened me physically. Saying, “If you insist on showing up for the appointment, I’ll meet you myself and then you’ll see what happens.” As well as promising retaliatory action against my vehicle if I dare to bring it in. Telling me, “Fine, bring it in, but once I get a hold of your car it will never be the same again”. I found his behavior extremely unprofessional and unsettling. Customer service should be about de-escalating situations, not proactively tracking down a customer (I never left my phone number) and aggressively attacking them and making the situation worse. I don’t know if “Mike” had a bad day, or if he is just an unstable individual. But I do not appreciate being physically threatened with violence or admonished with verbal abuse including foul language by a Dadeland Dodge service employee. Needless to say, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my vehicle in for service. I cannot risk having it damaged. Nor can I risk my personal safety with physical assault by one of their employees. It is unsettling that a generalized customer complaint on a voicemail (I didnt speak directly to anyone) would be taken so personally by a Dadeland Dodge employee. It was irrational, angry and violent reaction to an otherwise benign and avoidable situation. I am still in a bit of shock. It seems almost unimaginable that this sort of thing could occur.

I needed a part replaced for a recall and was discouraged because I went to another dodge location. When I called Dadeland dodge I spoke to Ana. She was extremely helpful and was happy to help me. We made an appointment, unfortunately due to weather circumstances (Hurricane Irma) I had to postpone my services. I called to reschedule and was pleasantly surprised that I again spoke with Ana, not only that, she even remembered me. Everyone at this location is courteous and thorough. I would definitely recommend their services. Also, thank you again to Ana for establishing such great communication, and building relationships, she definitely went above and beyond what her job entails, an incredible asset to Dadeland Dodge !

Chris brought the vehicle to my office, explained everything to me and showed me how things work. This is my first vehicle with the remote key, and other bells and whistles. As with any new vehicle it takes getting used to. So after work, I start the Jeep remotely, get in and cant move the gear shift to Drive. Panic, panic. I called Chris (who probably wasnt at work any more), and he walked me through the procedure two times so I would be comfortable with it. And just as important as his guidance was his attitude from beginning to end. Very gracious, patient and understanding. Always with a genuine smile. I felt like he really cares, that this is not just a job for him. The dealership is lucky to have him.

I am on my 3rd car not because theyre close to my house - because they aint - I live in the roads area - but because theyre a breeze to lease from. Im not big on wasting time (specially not going back and forth at a car dealership) so I walked in each time knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. My 3 negotiations have lasted a total of 30 minutes combined - if that. Mind you, I also consider myself a reasonable person so Im not going in there thinking Im getting a $600 per month car for $300 (which Im guessing is the reason for a lot of the bad reviews posted here).Yes, taking it in for service kinda sucks since Im so far but fortunately that isnt too often. See you guys in 36 months - or sooner :)

Went here to get a headlight assembly for my HID hi/low beam. The parts department quoted me $255 for it. 😂 I got the part on Amazon the next morning after I said no thank you to the stealer-ship. I saved almost $200 and the replacement light looks amazing. I would probably roll on the floor laughing and crapping myself if I asked for a quote for parts and labor to replace the light. Be careful when u buy here, I went there because I saw online they had a Chrysler for 10,000 and regular price was 12,000. My wife went bought the van when I read the paper work they sold it for 12,000 when I called to tell them, they acted like it wasnt on special. READ BACK AND FORTH OF THE CONTRACT. NEVER BUYING A CAR HERE. They will buy food for u dont let that fool u. Bought my dad a dodge ram somewhere else very good price and good customer service.

What can I say? Last Monday we had a terrible experience at this dealership. I really dont recommend buying a car from them.It took them hours to do the paperwork for a lease and after waiting a long time it turns out they did all the paperwork for the wrong car.First the car wasnt ready, after almost 5 hours of being there, they had to put gas and it they said it was dirty. Second nobody gave us a tour or walked us to go see the car (how to use it, the options) - absolutely nothing. They told us the card had certain features and then it turned out they were not there.Only after we left the dealership with the car and after driving a few minutes we realized that the car wasnt the one we tried, it didnt have a sunroof as expected.I waited to get home to give them a call to see what we could do since they lied to us as to the car having a sunroof. After being transferred several times, we were able to speak with someone and to our surprise, the answer was it is what is!! You took the car and now you cant bring it back even though it doesnt have the features you were promised. But in exchange and to make it up to us as they said they will give us 2 car washes. I recommend that everyone be very careful if you visit this place and look at every little detail of the car before driving away.

Went in late one night to buy a Jeep that was advertised online. Both salesman that handled my cash transaction were pleasant to deal with but it should be their job. The cars a/c was running warm. salesman said it was because when a car is in the sun for along period of time the ac runs hot...REALLY!!! Obvious low Freon and needed to be recharged. I asked, arent these cars certified? shouldnt they be perfect upon purchase? yes but and from there on was down hill. Requested to pick up my car at 9am. will it be ready? Well these things take a couple of hours....So why say they are certified Yet quickly took my cash yet no car until hours later, this story goes on and on. Jeep is great so far and runs well. But staff need EXTREME training on customer service and what it is to handle customer care & needs. went against better judgment from 2 other dealerships, which they expressed how bad this place is. These other places offered me service although I did not purchase from them.....WOW what a concept.......

I have been shopping around for a new car for a few months, I have dealt with many car sales reps. The one thing I liked about Dadeland Jeep is that the sales people are not pushy. Our sales associate Jeoffrey is excellent, he was knowledgeable of each individual car. And I was able to drive the three cars that I was interested in. Customer service was excellent from the Sales Manager to Oscar in Finance. I was able to purchase what I wanted at an awesome deal. I highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase.

Would do business here again. Dealership and management went out of their way to take responsibility for and correct a problem created by the finance company. Dealership and management were honest, responsive, and did what they said they would. Took a while, but it worked out in the end.
