The store front has that it opens at 7am i have been shopping here for a long time and always come at 7am before work but lately they must be struggling to open this early. The lady inside just looks at me and continues doing whatever takes so much of her time behind the counter. I just waited 20 minutes am very disappointed

The lines are always long. It takes too long to check out.

They locked the doors and then gave me attitude because I wanted them to unlock the doors (and this was an hour after opening). Also, they purposely dont put the prices on anything.

It has the general items you would need. Not all items were fully stocked. But given the pandemic; some items are scarce.

WORST shopping experience ever.Clerk was preoccupied with ordering merchandise, then I was unable to make my purchase because per the clerk statement, He did not have change for a twenty dollar bill.During my search for baby wipes, juice and sunflower seeds. I had found several home decorating items that I was going to return on my payday to purchase, but since this store has no change and could only accept credit card or debit card purchases. I will not return here ever! The other point is that this is the closest Family Dollar to Mid Town Miami.

Wish I could give no stars. Worst FAMILY Dollar I have ever visited. They had a problem accepting their own coupons and Pedro the store manager was totally inept at resolving the issue. I ended up returning all the items and going to another store.

This place does not have enought people that would like to work safety is important when walking down the aisle boxes are everywhereyou cant find what you need cashier do not speak english so cant direct you to anything General manger need to do something can we say corporate.

The manager Pedro is unprofessional and allow his staff members(Maria) to argue with customers during his shift. The store was filty with boxes everywhere. This was truly a safety hazard. The store should never not be open to the public if boxes are on every aisle and the buggies cannot fit in the aisles.

Sorry, but I have to say something, because it made me very upset. We just came with the whole family at 9:47pm and they said the store is closed and didn’t let us in. Everywhere on the website and on the door it say the store hours are until 10pm., so I assume the door has to be open until 10. This is not the way to treat people.

They close 20 mins early everyday and will try and rush you out the door telling you they lock the doors at 9:40.

I pay seventy cents on the dollar compared to when I shopped at Walgreens or CVS. If I get serious about coupons, sales and promotional discounts the number drops to fifty cents on the dollar.
