Upon arriving I was promptly stopped at the door and searched for narcotics and once they found me clean they brutally beat and ripped out 4 of my teeth so I couldnt talk, after 20 minutes of straight beating they promptly went on their lunch break at 3 pm. My shopping experience was excellent!! I had a return and the customer service was fantastic!! The store had a wide selection of fresh produce and all the aisles were neat and tidy. I had a very pleasant experience and am looking forward to making that Walmart my go to from here on!!

TODAY I VISIT THIS WALMART AND I CAN NOT REACH A JAR OF MAYONNAISE, SO I ASKED FOR HELP AND AN ASSOCIATE IN A VERY RUDE AND LOUD WAY SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS OF SUCH LOW STATURE AS I, THAT IF SHE COULD NOT HELP ME IWOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN ASSOCIATE WHO COULD REACH THE JAR, HER NAME IS LISNAY AND SHE TURNED HER ID SO THAT I WOULD NOT SEE HER NAME BUT I HAD ALREADY SEEN IT. Its the first time Ive ordered and paid for it online and then went to pick it up they are efficient will oiled incredibly polite and everything was there they loaded it in my car I will do that again especially since there are staffers in the store who dont wear masks and theyre allowing individuals in the store without masks

The groceries pick up service attentive, friendly. I purchase groceries at least once a week. I have notice the last couple of weeks there are many vehicles occupying the drive up. I ordered my items the night before, had to go twice to pick up my order. For the staff to prioritize giving the orders to the people who are making deliveries for Walmart. I guess that’s priority to the customers that order ahead for pick up

Absolute ridiculous customer service in the pharmacy. Poor communication, poor care for customers time. I spent 3 and a half hours waiting for a prescription for diabetic supplies for gestational diabetes. I advised the first representative of having both private insurance and recently approved Medicaid. I had my provider resend the electronic prescription as per their request. I then was waiting to be advised. For 2 hours I sat until I got up to ask the original representative what was going on, she asks me to wait for another customer after I spent there 2 hours. I advised no Ive been sitting here as you have seen for 2 hours. She asked if they had sent the electronic prescription. I advised its an electronic prescription check your system. Then another representative worked on my prescription for another hour and a half. At the end of the time she said the prescription could not be filled because of an issue in their system and Id have to come back tommorow and I should have advised that I had private insurance, I advised that I had told the original representative that I had private insurance thats is why it processed through already and my prescription was ready for pickup when I came in 3 and a half hours ago. I told her Im not coming back tommorow Ive spent 3 and a half hours here already and not you, the other representative or the pharmacist have done anything to resolve my prescription in a timely manner. I advised that I would pay through my private insurance if this was too bothersome 2 hours ago and nobody listened. This was a very upsetting situation. 0/5 stars if I could rate them based on aore accurate scale.

My go-to Walmart. Easier on the wallet than Publix, WinnDixie, and whatnot when getting groceries.

Staff extremely friendly, helpful when you cant find something. Everyone is masked, you constantly see someone in isles wiping things down to be sanitized. Quick to help you to the fastest check out line. Love coming here!

Like all Walmart Neighborhood Markets, this store is small. It seems smaller than the ones I am used to. Very limited selection of groceries, however it does have the basic mainstays that most households consume. Very easy to get in and out of this store and it beats going to a Walmart superstore in a pinch.

Excellent service. It’s a grocery store from Walmart and not a super center so you can get produce, deli and food quick and easily. Very clean and nice staff.

The employees are really nice. Compared to other Walmarts in the Miami area, the customers are very pleasant. Overall, my favorite Walmart in Miami by far. I feel very safe at this one, compared to others. They are primarily food only, unlike many of the Supercenters. So, if you are looking to food shop, get quality produce and have a pleasant shopping experience, try this location.

We can always get what we want and attention is great, even at the time we were there (10:45 pm), when staff is understandably tired.

Few cashiers. The ones they have are winners of the slowest cashiers award. Parking is as you can expect to be at Walmart. The store is always a packed. It’s difficult to embrace people’s lack of fear of Covid-19. I stay away. I detest going to this store. Oh ! And 90% of the floor staff do not I repeat do not speak our English language. Ughs

When they opened management had a few cashiers, then got busy yet not enough cashiers. Merchandise is limited compared to the rest of Walmart stores in this area, deserving the neighborhood classification.

Store has good prices and produce, but shoppers do not keep safe distance or mask. It could be dangerous to shop. Go early or late when there are less people.

I love coming here because it is calm. I can do my $200 worth of shopping stress free. And I communte 25 minutes just for the great service and peacefulness.

The best part about this Walmart is the fact that this product has been on the shelves since March and every box is labeled Best By Jan 21st 2019.... I even showed them this issue in March yet somehow, all the expired boxes made it back on the shelves...

Hard to get any service unless you speak Spanish most of the employees will address you as if they dont know what youre saying unless you talk to them in Spanish I dont understand no comprehendo or the all-time usual mi hablo no Ingles my one always Im going to the store

I love wallmart. Its open 24/7. Employees do not speak English and good luck having anyone to help you but other than that Walmart is great with low prices. However I will say that it is a shame they only have one lane open at night time. They even cut off the self-checkout Lanes? Why have 20 registers and only have one lane open?

Horrible customer service no one ever helps me with anything I have placed multiple complaints about their pick up service and delivery service this store it is not even close to the service I’ve received at other Walmart’s

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEI was traveling in Brazil when my college age daughter called on 1/13 to tell me that she was low on food and hungry and broke and could I help. I placed a delivery order at 11:49AM on the 13th with a delivery time of 11:00AM-12:00PM on Thursday 1/14....got a notice at 10:54AM to approve substitutions by 10:30AM(Huh?)... I called when the order wasnt delivered by 2:00PM and was told that the order had been cancelled by a delivery driver.(What?) After communicating with Walmart I was told the the order was not cancelled and to pick a new delivery time....moments later was told by another associate that this order was indeed cancelled and to place another order .... the 2nd order was placed at 4:37PM 1/15 for a Saturday 1/16 12:00 - 1:00 PM was delivered and my daughter survived.....never again!!! I know that 13 eggs are a bakers dozen...not sure what they call 17 out of 18

Park far, far away.Like, at pollo tropical at the end.If you want dents and shopping cart marks of hatred on your paint, by all means throw my advice away. Line was a bit long and the self checkouts were not all being used. But still got checked in a decent amount of time when a couple of extra registers were added.

They are usually good except when it comes to cashiers. Its self check out which for a few items is ok. But when you have a full cart self check out clogs the store to much. The aisle are full and the staff is helpful

No one is ever on the same page. Ask one question to different reps and you will get different answers all the time. Glad its not a super store they will be totally lost. Management could be better.

Order my weekly grocery pick up here. Fast and convenient. Always pick good products and if your item is out of stock they substitute to the closets item at same price! Plus they carry my favorite chorizo for the grill!

This is a great place to go if you need groceries in a pinch. Workers are pretty nice. Most people speak spanish as a first language, which is a bit tricky for me but I get by. Parking is good, shopping carts are readily available. The selection is pretty good. The bakery is adequate but nothing special. They have great prices for body care products like shampoo and soap and medicine which makes it worth it. They dont have all the stuff I usually buy at other places, but they do have brands that I am not able to.find at other stores. So it is a bit hit or miss.

Bad service inside this Walmart, I went to buy beer at 11:20 pm 08/21/2019 and was closed with several pallets so that people would not enter the part of the beers, we questioned why is Daniel an employee who was sinister and arrogant with us And with other people who were questioning, he said he couldnt go in there and didnt give a clear explanation why, probably the store has already hit the sales target of the month to the point of denying customer service. He was even taking a drink in front of his clients at work, instead of doing his duty.We left all the shopping and went to Target, much better.

Beer store never stocked had to wait 30 mins. To buy 12 pack. Not just once last 3 times I visited. Will be taking extra 5 min drive to publix or winn Dixie. This place sucks

My experience was very pleasant. Super clean and organized. Good variety of everything with the necessary organization. Very well illuminated. Wifi does work which was surprising because in Hialeah that doesnt happen. Besides that, they have a liquor store, something I didnt know existed. The lady was really nice, I found an very good selection of liquors, angostura bitters, etc... Immaculate and organized as well. Very pleased. 100% recommended.

This is my 1st time using the grocery pickup service and I have to say I was very pleased and staff member who brought the groceries to my vehicle was very pleasant had a nice smile greeted me with a good morning and made it in over all exceptional experience.She deserves a raise listen up Walmart you cheap a** m************ give your people arrays especially that young lady that took care of my grocery weather and brought it to my vehicle. It is not the governments responsibility to subsidize a working persons living expenses.

Super convenient and close to my house supermarket, along with the basic necessities like toiletries, cleaning products, pharmacy, and more.

Convenience. No big Walmart shopping lines. They were very helpful.I remember that I got into a financial bind a couple of times while traveling back & forth to Miami from out-of-state for work & i had to wait a few times til morning for my paycheck to hit my account, until the early morning hours. They let me wait around (loiter) for my check to hit my bank so that i could move around as soon as it hit. I really appreciated that. Mind you i did not make this a habit, only 2 times.

Great selections. Super slow. Only self-checkouts were open. Had to wait in customer service line for over 20 minutes and the guy behind the counter seemed to need more training. I dont go often...

Probably the best prices in southern Florida. Definitely go if you dont mind spending half your life in the place. Asked for help and employee reluctantly helped. 600 ton women actually had to walk 50 feet to show me where the coffee was.
