It was busy, but they were still professional and veryHelpful. The diamonds are good quality and prices are reasonable if you plan to come and spend someMoney. I love my tennis Bracelet and diamond ring. Dave was professional and so cool. He even cleaned my other JEWLERY for me. Gave me a Recipt and a fly box with a light in it for my ring. They try to rip you off by over charging. You can get the exact same gold chain $1,000 cheaper at a different store. Dont waste your time here, the customer service is terrible and theyre just trying to get over on you.

If I can give this place a no star rating I would. I went this past Tuesday to franky Diamonds to go see about a 14k Miami Cuban chain. I get there I ask the guy there if I can look at some 14k chains. He said they don’t have any only 10k. I asked why was that he said cause that’s what people get the most. I asked to see some 26 inch length between 7-8mm he said don’t have any. I asked a couple of more questions and the whole time this guy was very short with answers and came across he didn’t want to help me. So I just left cause it was a waste of time. I then went to a real jeweler in downtown Miami where I got to see some real chains and they guy at the second location was very helpful. So now I’m going to drop 5 grand on a nice Miami Cuban chain from there. I guess franky lost my business due to the guy who help me or better yet not help.
