I entered the store and the associate asked me my name. I asked her why she needed my name and what did it matter? She then had the audacity to ask me if I would be purchasing anything and told me that if I wasnt purchasing something, there would be no one available to serve me. My driver asked on my behalf if I could come in by appointment to have a look, and the associate responded said No. She then walked away. However, I noticed other customers were permitted to enter the store without the same line of questioning, and they were not told that no one would be available to assist them. She was very rude and unapologetic in her mannerism.As a customer and a human being, I believe that I am owed at least a modicum of respect and consideration whether or not I am spending money. This cannot be mistaken for anything less than what it was: A blatant display of discrimination and disrespect. To say that least, I demand an apology and an open reprimand of this employee.I await your response....
Been in multiple Cartier Boutique this one is not as welcoming as the others. The person in front wont even let anyone in. Service or purchasing. The guy in front of me just want his watch service. And he decline to even help him. When its my turn, my husband firmly ask the manager on duty to let us in and make me happy. We drove from Naples almost 2hrs away thinking this is a good day for us.I advise to go somewhere else and pick a city that has better service. We are in and out and the experience is not the same from other boutique like Tysons Corner or San Francisco.
I left a watch for repair because it was not keeping time correctly. The girl who took my order said I should expect an email from them within 8-10 days which would indicate what needed to be done to the watch and charges I would incur. Time passed, no communication whatsoever. I called and got a vague explanation saying that it was being worked on and it should be ready by the end of that week, early the following. Again, no communication, so I called. Now, it’s been three weeks since I dropped my watch. Again, same answer…”The watch should be here by the end of the week, early week. Now is week #4. I am worried, thinking that my watch is lost, stolen, or who knows what. I call to get a status. This time I receive the most ridiculous explanation, “You were not contacted because there was no charge for services performed”. WHAT? What does that mean? If you don’t charge, you don’t communicate with your costumers? Preposterous! So now, after four weeks, I learn that my watch is back in Miami ready to be picked up. The girl asks if I wanted to have it shipped to my home, NO! I needed to go in person, check the serial number, and make sure it was my watch. Besides this, the people at the store are stuck up. They are not friendly at all, and they judge you by your looks. I may not look wealthy, but my bank account and investments say otherwise. Do not judge a book by its cover. I will never go back to this store for service, and much less for purchasing.

I purchased here on 2 occasions. Associate Stephen is fantastic. As shopping is by appointment at the store; I highly recommend you ask for him specifically; Cartier is lucky to have him. And the iconic, quality pieces they sell are extraordinary.

Made an appointment over the phone and when I arrived they had me wait 20 mins until my “sales associate” was ready. They had me browse around the store and wait for him. When I passed throughout the store most of the sales associates weren’t busy. Finally was able to speak to someone and was assisted after waiting 20 mins. It felt very uptight and not welcoming at all. I ended up purchasing my second love ring and I’m happy with my ring but not the service received. Last time I was at Cartier, I was offered something to drink and they gave me a tour/ assisted without me asking. Not sure why people that work in high end stores are such snobs.
Service at this location is a DISASTER. They dont aswer the phone nkr emails. Waiting on a serviced watch and they cant even provide a tracking number, and no way to coordinate with FedEx. AVOID THE MIAMI DESIG DISTRICT LOCATION, AND MAYBE THE BRAND ALL TOGETHER. DISASTER. THIRD RATE.

Wasn’t allowed into the store because it was by appointment only. It is not unexpected due to Covid and as such doesn’t bother me, however, the guys attitude and nerves did. I’ve been to numerous Cartier stores and other luxury boutiques across several continents and I’m certain that the service here neither does justice to Cartier or the luxury industry overall. They’re probably super nice once you’re inside though.
I’m extremely disappointed at the poor customer service. I was told 15 min from the front door attendant; however, she said she didn’t want me to come in and wait that long, as it was “not very nice.” My phone didn’t ring for nearly an hour. I went back, and then she told me she didn’t have any appointments, and that they were fully booked. I told her exactly what I wanted to purchase. I observed several other sales associates standing around with no customers. I was shewed away with no regard to my loyalty to the brand.After being told to call, I did. I remained on hold without any regard to my time, again. The response from Cartier is poor and insufficient.

I agree with lots of the reviews for this store. If theres a store in Miami, that has real bad service is this store. Not expected from a store of this level. Ive tried several times and gave up. You wont find me here any more. They treat clients like unwanted visitors. I really think they get paid to be rude.
Roxom was amazing!!!! We weren’t able to make an appointment on the website and they mentioned it wasn’t working, and we were in a rush to get a wedding band! He was able to squeeze us in and make our experience amazing! If going here, definitely ask for him.
I could not believe that after you spend the amount of money that these watches cost. When you show up to drop a watch off for repair that they expected me to make an appt. yes they have an appt only deal going on due to COVID. When a product that is not cheap breaks I expect to that company brand to stand behind the product and fix it. As we were standing there in disbelief another customer came up who had been turned away the day before for a repair and had to come back who as well thought it was ridiculous. FYI I have never had this issue with Rolex or Omega. When a product breaks they fix it immediately. I am very dissatisfied with the way this store handles there repairs and customer service.
Sales associate Ana was unhelpful and unprofessional. Did not provide the service standard Cartier upholds. Was rushed during the appointment and was given attitude when I had questions or wanted to see a particular collection. Very dissatisfied with my experience at this location.
The sales lady was rude and when we asked to see different types of rings she said we dont have a lot and proceed to bring out only three rings. I find it hard to believe that a jewelry store only has 3 rings. She refused to bring out any of the more expensive jewelry or ones with diamonds. The one ring I was allowed to try on I bought and when I got home and opened it I noticed that they hadnt even cleaned the ring and it was dirty like someone had already bought and worn and then returned.
My boyfriend and I were shopping in the Design District and he was interested in going inside to see some watches. The guy in the front desk had attitude I would say arrogant not even a Good Afternoon, asking you what are you looking for obviously non inviting question. That’s the customer service of such high prestigious brand? There was no space for appointments until two days after. I was so mad that I told my bf to forget about the Cartier thing, with that attitude you end up losing customers, so sad.
Very poor service. Customer agents are not very nice. I have been several times and always the same bad service and rude employees. I have been in many Cartier stores around the world and this is by far the worst service I have received.I honestly think the Manager of the store should be replaced since a such a bad customer service is permitted by him/her.There is many bad reviews for a prestigious brand like Cartier.

I will start off by saying that when you initially get to this boutique and buy something from them, their service is excellent, the manager is very professional and the staff seem friendly. But once the transaction is done, be prepared to receive a hostile and highly inappropriate call from your SA if you ever need to get a service or if you dare to have an issue.I recently bought 2 pieces from this boutique and intended on adding more to my collection. Unfortunately, I had an issue with one of my pieces and kindly called to request a shinning service, which Cartier does in store, taking them less than 10 minutes and is free of charge (before COVID-19 you could literally walk into any Cartier boutique and bring your piece with you for this service, no questions asked). The manager who answered my call was very brief and respectful. She scheduled an appointment to receive my piece, which I thought would solve my issue.To my shock, a few minutes later I received a text message from my then SA which trascended into a call. It has probably been one of the most uncomfortable conversations Ive had in a long time, and definitely a first in terms of what you should never expect from a luxury brand. I felt belittled, lectured and discriminated by this SA, all because the manager notified her that she had to receive my piece for the service I requested.Long story short, do yourself a favor and go to the Cartier boutique at Aventura Mall. They took care of my issue with the outmost respect and empathy.

I came to the Cartier store on vacation to buy a watch. I get to the door and they said appointments only. The customer service agent was so rude I was literally so turned off that I would not go back.

Service is very slow, they have very bad customer service for being Cartier. Everything takes forever unless you are buying. Also, I have had Cartier watches forever. Clearly, the other boutiques are different.

Poor customer service . theyre nice and polite, but absolutely not efficient at all. I had an issue a watch bracelet and they couldnt figured out what to do. They were supposed to call me in a week; nothing, no one called me! I had to call Paris store, and they were able to figure out the issue the same day. I had previous issue with Cartier Miami customer service 2 years ago, the lady was nice but useless. this store doesnt represent well the luxurious brand at all.

Brought 2 watches for service. One watch was 4 months after service warranty date when I realized it had a problem. I never even wear this watch, but went on vacation and decided to put it on and noticed that it looses approximately one minute per day. I brought it back to the store, so instead of standing by their service and taking care of the problem they wanted to do another full service and charge me over $900.00. My second watch is still under warranty and Im waiting to see what happens then. I was always a big fan of Cartier and own numerous pieces. This experience has put an end to that. I will not spend another penny on their product if this is how they treat their customers. Stay away and spend your money where you will be appreciated.

We visited the store today to inquire about Cartier Drive watch special edition, Our sales service assistant Marina was wonderful and knowledgable and we have purchased quite a few pieces of Jewlery and watch from other Cartier boutiques but the attention and customer service was outstanding today. Will definitely return here instead of other Jewlers for cartier Men Drive watch, Thank you Marina. Thats the attention you need when shopping or looking at a fine Jewlery dealer.

I called to the store on december 23rd to see if they have a bracelet that i was looking for, they said they have it, i traveled all the way there and when i arrived not only they treat meHORRIBLE, but they didnt have it and they just didnt care AT ALL, i told the lady that i need it as a gift that i called twice to make sure they have it in stock and her answer was, i dont have it what can i do,... not even an apology, NOTHING AT ALL, thank god that i called Cartier in Aventura mall and they treated me in a totally diferent way, super nice, i bought my bracelet and im buying all my jewerly there from now on...

The staff is unfriendly. They are inattentive and pleasant, they need a customer service training, even more so when we are talking about a luxury store. They treat you like theyre doing you a favor or giving you something. On the other hand, the latter continue working by appointment is absurd. I had a very bad experience in that store, when I went to replace the crown Saphiro to one of the watches, they treated me as if they were doing me a great favor, with total indifference and an attitude of dreadful arrogance, in addition to having waited almost an hour to be attended, because nobody took me into account. I also wanted to buy another watch, but with the indifference and bad attitude that they treated me, I decided to go and buy a Rolex in the store next door, where the attention was spectacular. I am sorry because it is not the same attention that I have received in other countries where I have been in your stores.
