So I arrived to Buchwald Jewelers after having visited 3 other jewelers in the diamond district area of Miami, “Seybold Building”. I was looking for an engagement ring at a certain price range and quality. I was introduced to Joe “The Jeweler”. He was extremely helpful and patient with helping me look for a ring within my price range and making sure I walked out with a high quality ring. I did my homework before visiting the different jewelers and he provided me with the most honest, upfront cost and quality associated with my price range. I highly recommend this place. And they do provide GIA certifications with your purchase.

I would like to start by saying that Lucy was amazing. I went in looking for an AP months ago and when they got one in, she called me right away. I was surprised that she had my information and remembered what I was looking for. The reason for my poor review is because of who Lucy called “her boss,” who I am assuming is the owner or one of them. I had a few interactions with him and he was arrogant and dismissive. He acts as if he is doing you a favor by selling you a $26,000 watch. He also quoted me a certain amount to trade in my Rolex and then he backed out for no reason. Apparently he also doesn’t keep his word. I eventually opted out of the purchase because I refuse to do business with people like that. Unfortunately, their sales people, specifically Lucy are the ones that suffer the consequences.
