Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered brought my computer in with a cracked screen still working still able to operate. Was given an estimate of $240 when I said I’m going to pick up the computer my computer will not close right and the screen will not turn on. I am the owner of a small business and use my computer. Their responses your computer was cracked so there’s nothing I can do for another 5 to 7 business days. The gentleman told me to leave the store and call the cops.

I just went to this store with my celular and they are going to fix it and the price they quoted me is very reasonable. The customer service from the employee that care of me was great. Im a 78 years old lady and he was very patience with me and he is very knowledgeable about the product. He explain to me few thinks that I didnt know about my phone and how can I take care of it. Been working with these guys for a while now, everything I bring to them theyll try to get it fix in all ways possible. Many times I get amazed by the things they can repair for me which is usually my own clients devices.

The worst experience you can have. It is like being in Cuba carrying a TV or equipment there. It is pure invention and lies, they tell you that they are waiting for the piece and what they are trying to do is repair yours, they continue with pure deceit until you give up and ask for your equipment and money back. Later so that they return the money to you, if you are not pending they cheat you, to me the money spent more than 72 hours and I never entered my card and after I called them they told me to wait and until I went there in person they told me that there had been an error and the refund had not been made, they were going to do it again, pure scam. I had more than 20 days my tv with them and then like 15 to receive my money. I recommend that you do not even visit.The worst experience you can have.
